Unresponsive. They take your money and you never hear from them again. No one returns calls, or acknowledge your concerns. Job was not completed as promised, even after 6 months.

We decided to use the legal 3 day cancellation policy within 30 minutes after the salesman John Quintana left. He said hed get back with me. After reaching out more than 5 times, I got no response. I called customer service and they put me on hold and NEVER came to the phone. I contacted anyone I could possibly get ahold of and tried to go through the business office. Again, NO return call. Sure they claim they have these great warranties and service. Yet its absolutely impossible to get in touch with them. They tried to take our $2300 down payment and run. We had to file a claim against them to get our money back. We got it back. I would NEVER recommend this HORRIBLE company to anyone!!!!!

Still awaiting a call from them. August 1st called about my flooring in the corner of my sunroom being very soft. Finally came out Aug. 24. Said it was not good. They even taped it off. Have not been called back yet. I have made about 6 calls and am told it is not even written down on my account. Not happy. I understand the shortage of help but I would like to talk to someone about what they are going to do about it even if it will b a while before it is fixed. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH CHAMPION!!!

They were very unprofessional. My front screen door is not sealed right. The repairman said I need a new screen door. The first one was new. Then They installed the patio doors. They are sagging and not square. They have to remove the patio door and reinstall them right but I have been waiting several months for someone to do something Tony

The sales rep showed up on time and was very courteous. We have gone through 3 other contractor estimates for this window installation and all of them tried to over sell me. Champion came into my house, listened to what I wanted and didnt try and sell me something else. I really appreciated the demonstration on the UV blocking aspects of the glass, and the details on their production line that create a solid window. Having samples on-hand of the corner welds and vinyl really sold us on the quality. In the end, they were very competitive on price and their business model meant they were ahead on lead times too.

Tremendous high sales pitch, dishonesty about others’ warranties, AND NOT BBB accredited! I will NEVER call Champion again to get a window bid!!

We had our first 11 windows done by Champion Windows 2 years ago, and the service was amazing. From the first initial quote to installation, everything was timely and professional. They answered every question we had. We had the final 14 windows measured and priced today. Mike V. was awesome! He was very professional and friendly. He had some great recommendations for some problem areas. We will have a total of 25 Champion windows in our 145 year-old home, and we couldnt be more pleased!

The Champion Sales Rep, Lance, presented us with Sunroom options for a 3 season and 4 season room addition to our home. He was very helpful and his professionalism was greatly appreciated. We decided to go with the 4 season sunroom addition as a result of this presentation.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Lance to discuss options for replacing windows in our home. Previous owners had replaced some but not all of the windows in the house. Upon inspection, Lance inspected all the previously installed windows and answered any questions we had regarding the existing windows. Due to the great warranty on their windows we were able to get our screen replaced (there was a hole in it from the previous owners). Lance was able to answer all our questions and help us come to a decision on which windows and frames work best. Lance was very professional and the Champion Windows team were quick in their response for an inspection and future services and appointments.

We were able to make our estimation appointment easily online. Lance Knapp was on time for the appointment, spend a lot of time answering all of our questions and making our budget fit within our project scope. He didnt try to over sell and was honest when answering our questions.

Sean came out this morning and well explained the company features of a front door and side panels for us. He was obviously proud of his company, where he works. He appreciated my time by being responsive to my questions, but not making me hear lots that I didn’t need to hear. The fact that his company has been around so long and materials are from the good ol’ USA 🇺🇸 sat very well with me. I also like the warranty features. I don’t have a door put in yet, but my first impressions were positive and hopeful. Thank you, Sean.

Set an appointment and they wanted to come inside to do a siding replacement estimate. Would NOT give me any details or pricing unless they entered my home !!! How stupid. Guy drove off and was was very confrontational and rude. I just wanted an estimate.

Installed new construction window within 3 hours.So far very happy. We had to wait for it to be made one month, but once they got it the installation was a breeze. Rob and Chris did a great job!I wish I could share photos here :)
