I work for a smaller carrier out of Michigan, my driver had some transmission issues. I contacted Kenworth of Fort Wayne and had the pleasure of working with Heidi. She recommended a towing company Parker towing. They were quick and efficient to pick up the truck. Heidi at Kenworth did inform they were extremely busy and wouldnt be able to actually repair the unit until the following Monday. They took the time to plug in and check what was wrong, they found the problem and they were able to repair it immediately! I cant thank Heidi and her team for the fantastic service and their professionalism! I highly recommend Kenworth of Fort Wayne! See Heidi or Ron in the service department!

From what I hear a few buddies that drive truck and they all seem to love this place therefore for totally opposite people different times but I asked them all seem to have the same answer and if its one thing they have in common its the fact that they like doing business at Kenworth so anybody who is looking to do business with the trucking company I would definitely recommend them because I can highly recommend it from a group of friends that I would recommend.

Does a very good job stocking parts parts department may be a little understaffed sometimes you have to call more than once but the guys there are always super busy we will continue to get our Kenworth parts there

The service writer and other personnel were exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Finding a bad fuse and 2 wipers replacement cost 333.29, If you can fix it somewhere else youd be better off.

About midnight I pulled in, told them my air dryer was out, they were willing to replace it right there, 3hours max. Came back a few moments later with some honesty and said I just needed an airbag replaced. I was in & out. I’m under a load so I really appreciate the guys who were on night shift 8/14 . Thanks for quickness, honesty & just nice customer service(that’s hard to come by ) so I’m grateful for just a little of it.

Only go if you dont mind having no place to park. The lot is full...VERY full. God help you if you have a trailer because there is no place for one to sit....even though they are a flatbed dealership. They have one display unit that is blocked in. Service is a week to two weeks backed up. Can not drive around the building, the lot is so messed up. Trucks everywhere, hard to drive around.On the up side the people there are very nice, helpful, and understanding of there lot issue.Update:Drove past at 7:45am, even from the road I can easily see no place to park. Parked in the fuel station by the Blue beacon and talk to other drives about it. Say story, theres no place to park there and unless youre a big company there is no chance of the work getting done for a long time.

No parking for trailers with out getting stuck. Long service times. Did not have the part I needed also, but they could order it with no shipping charge. I left with nothing.

Had to put an alternator in my freightliner in the parking lot. Had all the parts and were very helpful even when I did my own work. Seemed like a great place with good people.

Bought a truck in July. They were quick to get me in and out which at the time was appreciated. After 4 blown tires in the first month i was made aware that the tires were 10 year old recaps. Also spent over 30k$ and left there with my fuel light on and no help with that either. Do your homework before purchasing

Typical dealer. Dont spent 3+million in new trucks and expect that to impact their customer service in any way. Still treat you like you were some company driver who is wearing PJs and hasnt showered in weeks.

What a great group of people. Service was as professional and friendly as can be. Got me home for Christmas. Ill be back for sure. They also have a amazing selection of new trucks.

They had the NOX sensor I needed but no one available to install it. But they didnt mind me using their parking lot to replace it myself. Much appreciated.

Good food, and showers. Theres lots of truck parking, and the BB truck wash is on site with really easy access from the parking area. Theres a McDonalds on site as well for those needing to eat on a budget. The travel store isnt owned by pilot as the fuel pumps are so you cannot use your rewards for food on the days your busted from sitting too much waiting for loads.

Open almost 24/7. The includes the shop through the night. Reasonable.

One of the best Kenworth dealers Ive been to for work on my rig. They took great care of me and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Hope next time I need service that I come through here !

Discovered a bracket holding my FASS Fuel system had snapped in half. Drove it into the shop and not only did they get me in right away and welded the bracket back together but came up with a solution to add more support and strength to the bracket. I was having an issue with my drive side steer hub. When I went to replace the hub, a bolt broke off and needed to be drilled out.We tried to weld to the bolt to get better traction but the heads kept breaking off.Drilled out the bolt and helicoilled the hole. Grinded off the excess gasket, replaced gasket and was out in about 2 hours.Only reason for not getting 5 stars is the hourly labor rate.Still I am very thankful. Good job

Service after the sale does not exist! I bought a brand new, big sleeper truck almost 2 years ago. Every time I had to take truck in, I had to argue that it was still under warranty. Ive had a suspension issue from day 1. Palmer blames ARI sleeper and ARI blames Palmer and still not fixed. For $233,000 one would think they would at least try. My next truck will NOT be bought at Palmer.

I cant say enough good about this place. I met these folks at my Landstar million miler. A few years later i decided to order a new truck and go with KW. I called and reached Jason Lloyd, the sales person who dealt with me via phone for approximately five to six months. He was with me the whole step of the way, from ordering and making sure the fine details were done, to sending the truck to ARI and having things completed there. Wow, and what a patient man this is. I had a few changes thru the process, and he never said no, we cant do that. I also had major things put in, like a huge fridge/freezer. No problem...it was never a problem. The whole process was just easy and actually fun. To see how it all emerged and the outcome was the most beautiful truck ive ever had in 25 years. I thank Beth as well who did all the paperwork with me, overnighting things several times. I was treated like family throughout the whole process. I came to these people from Georgia and im glad i did. You will always have my business!
