I put some earrings in layaway in September. Got the earrings and they were not the same earrings that I had put in laway. They where switched. Was very disappointed because was looking forward to having those earrings.

Gave them 1 star, due to the way they done me over my loan. To be true fully they do not even deserve 1 star. If you use them to pawn items just watch out how they do your loan. After what they did to me. I well never deal with them again. The people who work for them was very rude to me over something that they told me could be done, but wasnt allowed. They told me that I could do monthly payments. Which I thought I was making to only find out, they was not taking it off my loan at all. All it was doing was going to them to hold my items. So be very careful dealing with them. I just wonder how my innocent people they have done this same thing to .

If youre getting a loan, and you plan on retrieving your items, make sure you take photos of everything you place in this facility. They will take your goods.

We never have a problem here, although there is no signs on the door this pawn shop is temporarily closed. My husband went to get our belongings and they are closed. He called another cash America and they said the north Clinton store is closed for deep cleaning so someone either staff or customer went in with covid 19 and infected the place without using a face mask why else would they be closed for deep cleaning? But still we like this store and the staff is always smiling and very nice, sometimes there is a wait to be assisted by staff, but if we wait patiently we do receive assistance!

Rude staff. Told us that she wouldnt take our junk. And that we as customers are supposed to go into your store and show you how they work. As somebody that works there they should know how these things work as well as the customer, but when you dont know and ask she comes back with that... Okay... Will NEVER go back to this store again!!! Beware!!!!

Went to purchase a ring for my daughters 16th birthday. While I was waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, I found the perfect ring for her. A gentleman (I use that word loosely) finally came over to me. He was rude and very unprofessional!! (I should probably mention I was the jewelry manager at a pawnshop for 19 years... So I know what Im talking about). I still went ahead and made my purchase. I paid 10% more to have a 30 day warranty. My daughter wore the ring for 3 days and 2 diamonds fell out. I took it back hoping they would replace the missing diamonds. They said they would only exchange the ring (nothing like the one I bought was there). Then they asked if I had the 2 diamonds that fell out. I said no, they fell out. Keep in mind these were .03pt diamonds. They said they wouldnt be able to fix OR replace it since I didnt have the diamonds. I said, but I bought the warranty. They said there was nothing they would do. WARRANTY IS A JOKE AND WASTE OF MONEY!!!

This place fed my habbits when i was young. No matter what i brought in. They would offer me something... Now thats America

Love this place! I have purchased multiple laptops for my family from here at a fair price. I do my due diligence and research before I buy and inspect each one thoroughly. They have a 7 day full return policy and 30 exchange policy which is good, although Ive never had to use it. I just make sure I go through everything right away after I take it home. I purchased the first one January 2015 and we still have every one working properly. Good deal.

I always shop here, people may not know Processy or they may not speak English but this should not be rude and customers should not be scolded staff is very rude we give money and they do not give something for free!!!!

Always friendly, and seem to help you out if they can. Sometimes trying to get a case opened takes a while, but Ive never had an issue

Bought TWO apple watches. Was promised it was free of any other accounts. Cant activate cellular because they are under someone elses PLAN!! 🙄 the fact they dont even offer a 7 day warranty is beyond me. I asked what they cold do and dereck said “ we will make it right” then said “theres nothing we can do”Like ok. Just spent a lot of money on a product thats worth HALF what i spent bc of this issue. So thanks cash america. INSPECT YPUR THINGS BETTER . Smh

Ive bought several things from here over the years and am extremely satisfied with all my purchases.They have a great 30 day return policy with receipt and had no problem returning the one purchase that was slightly damaged apon purchase

Rude staff. Also, was offered more at two other places. Would be my last resort and even then I would probably forget about it.

The staff is friendly. The service is quick. Normally do a decent job at loaning on things.

I am not happy right now. First time ever there.. spent over 200 dollars... I got 1 ring in the transaction ...and the ring I picked out .. by the time I was done shopping... was not the same ring they put in the ring holder . I am going back down to thete tomirrow. Either they exchange this for the ring i livked oht ..or I best be getting my money back. I would never have purchased the one I was given.

Worst customer experience Ive ever had. over the phone they mumble, are rude, and it sounds like its coming through a ww2 radio. you walk in and they treat you like a burden. awful experience.

Walked in wanting to buy a saxophone for $230, there was me and one other customer in the store, I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes in front of the saxophone while 3 employees were at the other counter talking with the other customer about what video games are fun....what a joke, Ended up walking out and will never be going back.

Mostly overpriced, and not willing to negotiate when you show them the correct value.

Is a place where the attention is kind, and the prices are considerable to the product, if you are looking for something cheap, come and check it.

Extremely rude ... Seem to be angry when I asked them to do their job and gave me no help over the phone hung up on me twice and then refused to check their inventory for what I asked for I dont know who it was but it was a lady that deserves to not have a job there.
