Bought a commercial trimmer in the spring. I spent about $800 with the trimmer and some attachments. Not even two months later it breaks down. Well it came to be a spark plug that went out. Easy fix but still shouldnt of happened especially on 1 month old commercial trimmer. And they want to charge me $55! For a spark plug! Seriously over priced. Do yourself a favor and go to Proline down the street and buy yourself an Echo.

We have ordered parts from them 3 different times over the years and each time was a big fail. The parts were either never ordered, or the wrong parts were ordered by them. We really try to give our money to local businesses but we are DONE with Muttons. It is so much easier to order the parts online and have them delivered to our house for a cheaper price.

Took my exmark in because the mower deck was uneven. I cut commercial properties and any down time really sets me back. Rob looked at it and had it fixed in 20 minutes and I was back to work. I also have had good luck with the sales people. Landon is great to work with. Highly recommend Muttons for buying power equipment or service.

I bought a used mower at the end of the season. In the spring I mowed for the first time and the drive idler pulley went out. I called to see if there was a warranty option. He seemed rather annoyed that I called and put me on hold till he helped others. Waited and waited to hear Nope, 30 days from sale only on parts but could buy it at his cost but none in stock. I went to Lees Outdoor Power in New Haven, they had it just as cheap and in stock.

Always friendly and helpful staff. If they dont have what you need they can get if for you.
