Terrible customer service. Employee was chitchatting with his buddy The entire 10 minutes I was there, and cussing every other word out loud while two separate customers were in the store. They either can’t find anybody to work there or their level of expectation is the lowest I’ve ever witnessed. It’s a shame that this kind of behavior is more and more common place...

Cashier took a personal call while checking a customer out. She wasnt very friendly.

Great place for a baseball hat. A large selection of teams and logos. You can even get embroidery done for a personal touch. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Not a bad place to get a custom fit hat, they also have a nice embroidery machine if you want a logo put on.

Great hat selection, they can even embroider them to customize them for you.

Terrible customer service. We purchased two hats, got home, 45 minute drive, and the ink tags had not been removed. Went back with our recipe and one associate said check the numbers to be sure they didnt steal those THATS HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER AFTER YOU MESSED UP! We will take our buissness elsewhere answer share the experience with everyone.
