I will never return to this location.1.) Their drive thru is ridiculous. Its a very tight space and youre locked in even if they dont have what you came for.2.) I was informed at said drive thru that they dont have cheeseburgers at that location. What?!?! But ok. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and two blizzards.3.) Took me 20 minutes to get up to the window. They asked me if I wanted lids for my blizzards. They didnt flip them they just handed them to me and shut the window. I waited for 3 minutes and they opened the window to tell me to pull forward and they will bring my sandwich out. I asked how much longer they said 3 to 4 minutes.4.) They bring my sandwich 6 minutes later.I paid $5.29 for a pice of chicken, some brownish lettuce and dry bread..5.) Also the time on the receipt did not match up to the texts I sent my boyfriend while sitting in drive thru. Drive-through receipt says 7:17PM the text I sent my boyfriend about them not having cheeseburgers was at 7:08pm. Thats a huge difference. So someone is padding drive thru times... just saying.

This DQ is kind of a joke. We called to ask what time they close, and they said 8 or 8:30, it depends on how we feel. WHAT? Also, we have a discount card that the high school kids sell every year. The deal is good until August 2021. This is March 2021. They wouldnt let my son use it, telling him that it wasnt valid. I seriously used that card 2 days ago at that location!

Great ice cream cones.Definitely on the small side for the money. Even the largest cone is small. So small, I had to ask what size it was when they handed it to me. I told the gal, I ordered a large cone. She said, that is a large. The face I made after she said that was EPIC!Even the Blizzards are shy 20% less ice cream if you were to pound the bottom on a hard surface & let the contents settle.Come on guys! If you are charging us premium money, give us the product we paid for.

The girl at the register said hold on, so we waited inside and waited and waited as they dealt with every new customer that came in through the drive through before us, even though we had been there for like 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and never come inside, theyll just ignore you.

The chicken strip baskets were the worst Ive ever had. The chicken was dry and the outside had a strange taste. The fries were bland and undercooked, and the gravy was very thick and barely warm. The texas toast wasnt toasted and had what appeared to be yellow grease glopped on it. Disgusting. I was given the wrong flavor blizzard and when I went inside the employee who had taken my order grabbed it from me and said it was rung up wrong. No apology or friendliness, just bad attitude. She gave me the new blizzard without a word. Certainly dont recommend this store.

Food is good but this my third time here and they are very slow at getting your food. Ice cream no biggy but ive never waited so long for food before. 15 min almost everytime. Sign should say Slow if in a hurry dont stop... ugh no going in resturant either even though the restrictions are lifted in IN..

Worst Dairy Queen ever. The customer service is horrible and the way they make their blizzards match. Ryan, the manager gave several excuses as to why the service was poor rather than taking the feedback and moving on. In fact she was rather dismissive, making a statement and hanging up the phone on me. Never going to this location again.

Slow, took over 20 min to get my order and they didnt even flip the blizzard upside down even after pointing out the sign. Also had butterfinger pieces in my Reese extreme blizzard

Came here to get ice cream with the kids. Walked in 840 pm. The staff working, 3 females, were immediately irritated and giving dirty looks. Once we ordered, the one girl said “the lights are being shut off at 858pm just so ya know”Will never come back here! Terrible service!!!!

Ordered a malt and a milkshake, it took nearly ten minutes at the window to get our order. I have worked at an icedcream shop before, ten minutes is insulting stupid for such a simple order.

Waited 17 minutes for a blizzard & sundae. The girl at the window acted like it was no big deal, said it took so long because the lady in front of us ordered good. Customer service was horrible! When we walked up to place our order the kid just looked at us. When he repeated our order he merely munbled. The rest of the people that were working there acted like they were just hanging out with friends. No work was being accomplish. It took forever to get our whole order!! Very disappointed!!!!

Hadnt been there in quite awhile. It was always dirty & employees were less than enthusiastic. Today was great. Clean, neat, friendly. Maybe new owners or management, dont know. I tried the dreamsicle cone. It had no dreamsicle flavor. Wish I wouldve gotten my standard blizzard.

Best ice cream cake

I have always loved DQ but the last 3 times Ive been in and ordered large blizzards and half way through all im eating is plain vanilla ice cream. I stopped this last Sunday and got a large pumpkin pie blizzard. I got to the top of the word blizzard and all the pumpkin pie stuff was gone.

Extremely underwhelming! Nothing wrong with this location or its staff. I just feel like the concept, food, etc... is just not up to current standards. It’s from a bygone era. No wonder DQ’s nationwide is in decline.

I was an employee at this dairy queen location for a little over a year. Recently I checked the ratings for the store. I was surprised to find that a particularly difficult customer of mine had left a negative review (one of the only negative reviews). So I am here today to shed some light on this situation. At dairy queen we were forbidden to take food back over the counter or back through the drive through window. Its a health code violation. I handed Mr. Donald Martin his first treat, and he stared at me confused for a good thirty seconds before he rudely said Carrier? I informed him of our policy and asked him to hold onto his treat while we assembled the rest of his items, but he forcefully grabbed the carrier from my hands and shoved the treat (a vanilla shake) into it, and then handed me back the carrier. I tried to hand it back to him, as it could not come back through the drive through window, and he yelled at me to just leave it. I sighed, and walked away; leaving my coworker to finish his order. Mr. Donald Martin I would like you to know that you were not the highlight of my day, as I seem to be yours. The highlights of my day included my dog projectile vomiting at three in the morning in my bed, a pop quiz in my spanish class, having to cheer up the girl I tutor every morning because she is going to be held back a year because of circumstances out of her control, receiving a C on a paper I studied really hard for, and turning in my two weeks notice the night before. Mr. Donald Martin I am so touched that you felt the need to rant about me on Google ratings, and I would like you to know that I am exactly that petty as well. I got a mini blizzard and a smoothie and it took 30 mins. Very slow service. Plus, got my order wrong. Also, he never repeated my order. They always should repeat an order to the customers. Ive been in that kind of business and Ive always repeated the orders back. Very bad service. They gave me a small blizzard I didnt order instead of the smoothie and very rude. Talked bad about me behind my back. Totally never going there again. Going to the one on Illinois for now on.

Went to DQ and got four treats through drive through. I asked for a drink carrier. The girl handed me my first treat. I took it. She came back with a carrier. I handed her back the cup. She said I cant take it back. OK ahh... Well then you hold it while I push the cup in the slot (apparently my germs spread). She did. Then she tries to tell me she cant take it back. I never even took it. So I told her just set it on the pass through window until the rest of the order was complete. So she did the whole oh my God rolled her eyes and walked away. The girl that finished my order was polite. Apparently they are totally sanitary at The hollows DQ. Just dont ever touch the cup until you are absolutely ready to take the cup. I ought to go in and order then tell them I cant take that because they touched it... Germs.
