We have only ordered twice, but both times the delivery was in advance of the promised due date and the delivery staff was professional and personable. The first delivery man took the time to explain everything to us, particularly because we recently moved out to the country. It was much appreciated.

I like the new email notification feature telling me that a delivery has been made. Now I will know to look for the bill that is stuck in our door. There has been times that I dont notice the bill for over a week. Now I look for it right away. Thanks for the new feature!

First and second year prices were not bad. This year(2018) go to refill and $1.00 more than if I owned the tank (crazy!). Then they wouldnt sell me the 500 gallon tank even when they said they could later after it was installed 2 years ago.... Its been 2 weeks and they have yet to come take back the tank Im no longer renting and credit me for the fuel in the tank. Moving it myself! Bought a new tank outright, no more depending on companies like Farrell that want to stick it to you. I buy from Cidermill Propane! Cheapest price in the area and fill you tank in a day or two.
