I was here on Mothers Day weekend. It though it was busy the staff were amazing. When I made my purchase I discovered the bad they put put my purchase in was reusable. I absolutely loved it ❤

My experience at Vera Bradley was one of the worst job experiences of my life and a total regret and waste of time. The majority of the staff was very stuck up and rude. They use seasonal employees so they can go on vacation and relax while seasonal workers slave away and miss out on their Holidays, all to become terminated after the season. They then offer part time late shifts if you would like to re apply after the season (late as in 11:00 p.m). They taught us to continuously lie to customers. I almost resigned one day, then I was reassured that everything was going to be okay buy a CSR supervisor. I also shadowed a CSR who became loud, frustrating, impatient and down right RUDE, on my SECOND day on the call center floor. I became vigorously ill and went to the doctor which caused me to miss 2 days of work. They then terminated me after 2 weeks stating that I wasnt catching on right after a supervisor told me it could take MONTHS to get the hbu of everything, and mistakes happen. They never gave me a chance to show my doctors notes or to show me the small errors I had made. They give UNORGANIZED training sessions, and materials werent working . There were days we would sit in chairs for HOURS before they could fix their technical difficulties. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE unless you like being walked all over, working late night shifts, and if you are a stuck up, unwelcoming person.
