Husband and I have been using them for what feels like a decade now. The overall service and lead times have been great. Right now things are very hard to get, so be patient when it comes to product. Communication was very good, and very to the point. We did calm a few times, but we have always left a voicemail. Every time we call it seems like they just got off of the phone with someone else. Have always been attentive to the both of us. We never thought to post a review until a small group of guys decided to bash them. Go to any other big Google site recently over the pandemic, and look at the reviews. People wonder why over the last year stuff has taken longer. Apparently they dont have the news, literally everything is taking longer.

Theyre always helpful and very friendly. I love the reliability of this company and its products. I wouldnt go anywhere else for parts. Ive called around when looking for the best price and they always seem to come out victorious. I look forward to dealing with them for years to come!

Please don’t waste your money with them I order a set of headlights on July 8th and haven’t had a call back yet. Still haven’t received the product. It is now has been 3 months now. Maybe now I would finally get a update since I’m posting on here smh.

Edit: I requested a refund from them and have an email that states itll take 7-10 days. Funny how it doesnt take them 7-10 days to take your money. Its been 10 days and I havent received my refund. Bunch of scam artists and thieves. Ill be filing a fraudulent charge with my Credit Card company since theyre not refunding my money.This company is a scam. I placed an order with them and have yet to receive it. No form of communication from them saying when the order would arrive. Its been 2 months and I still dont have my parts.Edit: When you try to lie that your customers didnt send you an email or call, and in retaliation, you post their personal information online. This is the trash type of business this is. Stop lying about your customers and how you do business.

Dont buy from the jokers. I have been on a back order, waiting list for 4 months! A back and forth with the owner for months so I wanted a refund. 6 months later I finally got a refund! Turns out they never intended on shipping me my part and it seems like they didnt want to refund me either. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Terrible experience had to wait 4 months for half my order and file a dispute for money back. Do not give these people your money. They update you with tracking numbers without the carrier receiving the item from them. They offer great prices but beware YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, and thats IF you get it at all. Chad and Nick are great talkers, bad doers. Nox Racing is not what it used to be, was a customer for 4+ years. Your better off paying a bit more to not only wait less, but also to even guarantee your purchase.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Terrible, dont recommend. Complained he was scared when I came to see my bike and was open carrying my weapon. Lied multiple times. Says he did things he didnt. Terrible experience all the way around. Ask around before taking your bike to these people, there are plenty of people to reference my experience just ask. I wish I didnt have to give a star at all.

DO NOT do business with these guys, ordered multiple items in May, confirmed availability Chad stated they were available. Received one item and that was it, they give you the runaround, multiple wrong tracking numbers. I honestly dont know how these guys are in business of selling parts. Requested a refund for remainder of the balance, and still havent received my money. These guys are croooks!!!!!!
