Stopped last Friday to look at a bike. Internet and door are inconsistent/incorrect on business hours. Internet said 10A. I arrived there at 10A, and its closed. The door says winter hours is 11A. Very well, my bad for not calling the day before. I came back at 11A. Still nothing. I called, no answer & the voice recording says opens at 10A (which contradicts the door). Being from out of state, I had lost my patience. The next day (Saturday), I drove to Wauseon Ohio and bought a bike....My thoughts are if something as simple as business hours arent clear, I probably dont want to spend my money there....

Staff is friendly and helpful. Selection as far as bikes and gear could be better which is the only thing keeping this from 5 stars.

Best personalized service! The staff at house is great, they want to help everyone on a rider to rider basis. You w ever have some sales guy trying to sell you something you dont need for your bike. I buy all my parts and get all my service done at House. House also offers local Yamaha demo days, which is great for anyone wanting to try out a new dirtbike!!!

Tried to call 5-10 times over the course of this past week to confirm the date/time I should bring in my bike for a scheduled service. Never answered their phone to confirm... I guess Ill be taking my business elsewhere...

Ive tried to call many times during thier reported OPEN HOURS, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Very frustrated. They just lost a BIG customer. If I could give less stars, I would.

They are open on Mondays, which for a bike shop is unheard of. The staff really know their stuff! Forget ordering parts off the internet go support a local shop with a staff that is committed to helping you ride, because they ride!

If you want to browse for bikes and gear in complete solitude this is the place to go. You can certainly count on being ignored by anyone working there. The other customers were more helpful.
