Being a Chef always on my feet ten to twelve hours a day my whole body would ache from my feet up.As soon as I put these on I was sold. I could actually feel relief immediately. It hasnt been quite a month and my leg, calf and back problems have pretty much disappeared.This will be the best thing you have ever do for yourself. Do it you deserve it.!!

My daughter and wife both have the GoodFeet arch Supports and they are life savers. Working 12 hour shifts at the hospital with the hard surfaces... much much better.

I went into the Good Feet Store a skeptic. My pain was making me unstable, constantly worrying about falling. Robert took me through some tests to see just what I needed, one of which almost made me collapse. He caught me and we laughed about it later. When he gave me the supports and I took my first tentative steps, I immediately felt relief and confidence. My skepticism vanished. I asked Robert to perform the same tests on me that almost made me collapse and I was stable. I suggest to anyone who has foot related pain, especially that which makes you feel unstable, go to this store. Enter a skeptic, as I did. Im pretty sure you will leave confident in your new gait. THIS THING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!

They seem to do a thorough job of checking you out. Ive just left so Ill have to see how the product actually helps.Down part is the web site allows you to schedule appointments. They are meaningless as it is all as you walk in the door.The website also doesnt allow you to schedule an appointment the same day. The problem with this is that it falsely led me to believe that they were closed on Sunday and I waited for Monday. On Monday I tried to schedule for Monday and it wouldnt let me so I figured that out. The wife and I would have went in on Sunday and had been able to work together instead of me missing time from work.Expect to be here for an hour wait and an hour or more to get fitted, etc. Not the 10 minutes you see on Google review. I knew that wasnt realistic and is probably no fault of the store.

I came into The Good Feet Store with hope of helping my painful knees. My experience was excellent. I was treated with respect, I was not pushed into a corner to purchase anything, and my needs were analyzed. Glen, my representative, took time to explain and demonstrate how being able to walk correctly took pressure off my knees, gave me balance, support for my back, and entire body. After purchasing my equipment he was careful to give me instructions on how to use the arches. He was also willing to take my calls after I had used the arches to answer questions. After following the program designed for me for a few weeks, my knees have improved significantly along with my balance and walking endurance.

For someone newer at his profession with Good Feet Scott had a good grasp of product knowledge and the 3 step program. Good enough to stop during his presentation and answer questions or concerns I had. He did this, and then continued with a professional presentation. This showed me that this person must really be committed not only to the product, but the program as well. It also assured me that any later concerns or questions would be handled in the same professional and confident manner. I would consider my experience with Good Feet and Scott an exceptional one.

Robert and Scott were both very helpful fitting me for my new insoles. Helping me find the correct fit! Height recommend spending an hour and helping your self out.

Walked in wanting information due to suffering from plantar fasciitis. Older man working there was pretty rude and condescending. Seemed like he thought I was too poor to afford the products they offer. I asked if they sold orthopedic shoes of some sort and was met with a haughty no. Dont bother unless you wanted to be treated second class.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. Tried various inserts till they got the one that worked perfectly. I originally went to Good Feet about 4 years ago and was very satisfied but as my arches changed felt it was time to change inserts. Very pleased with the new ones and if in the future I need adjustments I’ll definitely go back to Good Feet.

Hi there I was at the store about 6months ago and was well taken care of.My feet needed this program but not able to purchase the whole plan .so the man suggestions was to get just one .so I did and it worked out very well.i am impressed.and I purchased a pair of shoes that are so comfortable.thank you.im sorry I dont remember the gentleman s name.

I went to the goodfeet store in Ft. Wayne,IN last week. I was very pleased with the reception I received by Glen. I explained the problems I had been having with my feet. He explained that I needed to strengthen my feet with insoles. I had been walking on the side of my right foot. He took a lot of time to explain to me how I could improve my feet by wearing three different insoles. Increasing time worn each day by one hour. The first few days were not pleasant. The arch in both feet burned and hurt. A week later I am beginning to notice less discomfort. I know something is happening to change my feet so that in time the discomfort will decline. I have only been one week into this program and am very hopeful it is the answer to my foot problems.

I have been using these for almost 4 months .. I love them after the first day I was so impressed that my joints, legs, feet did not hurt. Follow the plan layed out and you will be amazed!!!

The people in the store were friendly and welcoming, and there was never any pressure to buy anything. There were several other customers in the store, and everyone was focused on their customer. Very positive environment and I learned a lot about joints, posture and how I walk.

I had learned to live with foot and ankle pain for most of the last 20 years. I was an offensive lineman all the way through college, and as a result of having my feet stomped on for so many years, they were in a state that a well know local podiatrist told me he couldnt guarantee he could fuse everything back together. I had heard and seen the commercials for The Good Feet Store program, but didnt believe the testimonials from the many satisfied users. I finally swallowed my stubbornness and visited the Fort Wayne location which is where Glen Hart, a certified fitter, convinced me to stand on imprint carbon paper to analyze where my stress points were. I was not easily convinced about what he could do for me, in fact I left saying let me think about it. I know Glen thought he would never see me again, however I was back in a chair with him sliding the inserts in my shoes the Monday after that weekend. I have experienced a dramatic reduction in foot/ankle pain and fatigue and would encourage anyone who suffers like I did to go see Glen Hart at the Fort Wayne store on Coldwater Rd and let him do for you what he did for me! Glen did a great job when fitting me to my brooks. They work great for my running and recreational activities!

Everything sounds good when your there. But when I start actually wearing them its HORRIBLE!! MY FEET ARE WORSE NOW!. I WISH I NEVER WALKED IN. Dont go THERE. Dont waste your hard earned money. Spent 900 dollars hoping for relief.

The facility was clean and professional Robert our sales person was so friendly and nice. He was very helpful and informative about my questions and concerns about everything. I enjoyed my time with him, he really showed he cared, I was snt just a sale for him. So far so good on the products.

I was having problems with my knees and I could feel a difference right away. With in a week my knees stopped Aching and my legs were not hurting anymore. Wonderful results. I wish I had gone to the good feet store a long time ago.

Great Sales Pitch....gave them an HONEST try with NO relief...Returning them tomorrow to get my money back (58 days) Let you all know how they handle it

My wife and I went to the Good Feet Store to seek relief from back and feet pain.We received excellent service and orthotic devices which have greatly helped alleviate the problems we were having.

I went in to the Coldwater Road location on Tuesday of this week. Robert helped me. He listened to what my issues were and we tried the 3 insert process they offered. As soon I put the 1st set in my shoes and walked around the store I could feel the difference right away. The store is under new ownership and it sounds as if it was needed according to these other reviews. Robert was also in training and I think he did a great job in helping my feet feel better.

Awesome. Feet, legs and back are doing great . I am glad i came in . I recently had knee replacement and this is also helping in that area as well.😊😊

Ive had plantar fasciitis for 5 years. I tried every over the counter support and many different expensive shoes, nothing worked. I have had a lot less pain with my bunion since Ive started using the arch supports and I dont even notice wearing them now ( but I definitely notice if I forget to wear them!) I am so glad I have them. They have helped tremendously.

I didn’t truly believe that my knee pain would improve with better foot support. I wanted it to work, but I wasn’t really convinced. I used the program exactly as I was told. By the 2nd day, my pain was halved. At the end of the 1st week, I could walk, squat to file, and stand all day. I’m a believer.

The day I used the Inserts relived my back pain by 95 percent. They really do work!

Excellent team and product!

Went in the this store yesterday to check it out, a very wtty sales lady. The firts thing she ask me was my shoe size and gave me the sales pitch. i bought a pair of shoes and Arch supports. After wearing the shoe for 2 hours my feet hurt ( because they dont carry wide sizes). I tried to return the shoes today, they told me tough luck. This store is all about sales and not about customer service.

Her purchase was over a year ago and we are sorry to hear that she was not happy with them. We ask customers to communicate to us so we are aware if something is not right. Amazing results !

After a few months I started getting right hip pain. Many $100 of dollars for chiropractic help, massage therapy and a trip to ortho doctor for an MRI. Finally dawned on me about the good feet arch supports. I took out the supports and no hip pain! I have pretty bad scoliosis thought these would help. Money lost to a very bad product. Feel they should be reported to better business bureau. How sad that a company has to do this to people and how sad for those of us who have lost money. What a shame.

I walked in and told them I have plantar fasciitis. They showed me an insole and said it only cost $729. I turned around and walked out.
