Hayden was very knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and professional. He fitted me for a new mask and provided several examples to choose from. He explained how to care for it and encouraged me to call back if I had and questions or needs. He appeared to be very caring and gave me some information about automatic cleaning machines because the one I had been using was likely damaging my unit. Ive been using the service of this company for four years and the staff have all been excellent to work with. You arent just another number. Youre treated with respect and care. A terrific place to have on your side when you need equipment, supplies and advice.

I want to say after having a very bad experience with Airway Oxygen in 2016, I am so thankful to say that I had a great visit today. Lisa was awesome and very enjoyable to work with. She took her time with me and made sure I understood everything about my cpap machine and how it worked. If this is the type of employee that Airway now has working for them, I will be a very satisfied customer.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. They were careful to make sure my equipment was just right for me and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Definitely will recommend!

Airway Oxygen is great! I took the prescription to CVS and was informed that they would order for me, but would not bill insurance. After calling the physician, I learned of Airway. They were glad to help me and Bill insurance. The item was in stock and there was no wait!

Received a call from Aero-care about my CPAP supplies. I didnt know who they were since I am using Airway Oxygen. Aero-care rep stated they merged with Airway Oxygen. I wasnt notified of this so called Airway Oxygen to verify. Explained this to Airway Oxygen rep. Rep wasnt very forthcoming with info. I would have thought this might have been communicated in a mass mailing to customers. I thought customers were something they valued.

My husband and I both use CPAP and have been going to Airway for years because thats where our doctors told us to go.Weve never been happy with the service and now its even worse. I am somehow able to order my supplies online but we cannot do that for my husband. We have called repeatedly. They send us the same links over and over, that dont work. It seems hes not in the system now, although he was in 2020.I tried to pay my bill today, which said overdue even though I had not gotten any previous ones. I had to jump through hoops to figure out how to do it, could not do it at the Airway Patient Portal, had to go through Aerocare portal, no explanation as to why, the Airway Portal has a Pay Your Bill link but wouldnt accept my information.When we got our new CPAP machines, even though wed had machines for years, we had to rent them and figuring out how much we were being charged, for what and whether we were being ripped off was extremely difficult. I have a whole folder of communications between Airway and myself.Just not at all user friendly, at least from our point of view, for a variety of reasons.

Received a invoice from a collection agency from Airway Oxygen. Spent hours getting passed around trying to figure out what had happened. Trying to reach 1 person that can answer questions has been futile. Is there no one in charge? They will not provide me with a contact, they do not know why I was not billed, they do not know why I had a 0 balance 2 weeks ago but now owe them $1000. What happened to Airway Oxygen... This feels like a scam!

The support people are very good when I can get in, but they don’t returns my calls. Frustrating.

The Respiratory Tech that walked me through my CPAP setup and use of it was phenomenal! Not only was she professional..she was very personable and articulate! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this place to all!

There customer service is terrible. I call the Fort Wayne number to get supplies for my CPAP device. I have not gotten a call back after 24 hrs.This is not the first time this has happen to me with Airway. There automatic phone system is poor also; one has to listen to a lot of options before you get to extension one needs. And after the wait you still dont get to talk to someone. I leave a message and no one calls you back. I have called my insurance company United Health Care to complain about this poor service.

If they cared about people they dont show it. I have a bicep and need supplies. Stood in lobby and was never served. Hope I dont die in my sleep.

Our insurance company was fighting a bipap machine needed for our 4 year old. Jon was bale to work on a deal for us to help us get her much needed machines Lisa set her up in the office with her equipment and the rest of the staff was also great and paitent with her. A++

Our helper, Allison, was terrific! My fourteen year old and I sat down with Allison for about an hour learning all the ins and outs of the new machine. Allison had my daughter try all the buttons and connections to understand what to do. Allison was patient, kind, and personable. My daughter has Down syndrome and I would like to say that Allison did a great job listening and working with us. It was very much appreciated!

Airway Oxygen did a great job of getting me hooked up with my new CPAP machine. Allyson took the time to show me how everything worked and answered all my questions. The front desk person was also very welcoming. The overall environment was welcoming and very pleasant.

I had heard how CPAPs are hard to wear, smothering, etc. so I was nervous about getting one. The RT was so wonderful. She explained things very well and asked the right questions to help me determine the best headgear. She was also very sweet and funny. She made me so at ease to use the CPAP, which I have done comfortably every night since I picked up my equipment.

Chris was the essence of patience. I appreciate her kindness.I met with Chris this morning. She was very patient and thorough and explained everything well. It was nice to get to know her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Meeting with Chris was a good experience.

This is my first time using the cpac so obviously I’m a little nervous. From the start, Airway Oxygen, has done an impressive job keeping in contact, going through instructions, insurance, and finally the initial setup at home. The unit was personalized with my settings and already set up. Basically a plug in play once I had it all together.Going over the material brochures, it was easy to see that they took a personal touch and pride. Things that needed my direct attention were highlighted, pages for quick reference were dog-eared, and everything put in order.My PCP suggested to give them a try and got the ball rolling. From what I have already experienced, the phone calls with Alison, I’m excited and looking forward to some restful sleeps.UPDATE:Over the past few months, Ive updated the 5 stars to 3. What is listed above, was absolutely correct and a great experience. They explain to you in the begging about a consultant calling you every 30 days, or messaging, to see how you are doing, if you need supplies, if you have any questions. And the first 30 days are important because if something doesnt fit correctly, or you wish to try a different head gear, mask, etc.. it would be no charge. Wonderful.Except, that never happened. In fact, 3 times I called without a call back; twice to their messaging center and once directly to the VM of the one that helped me originally. I did call a fourth time and actually got a hold of someone to order some supplies. Two weeks later, I called them once again asking about the order and the one at the desk said I just faxed it over. Two weeks later after I ordered them and you just now faxed? I had asked about the non returned calls and the answer was We have no record. (sigh)So I finally receive the replacement parts and they were not what I ordered. It will work though.I asked my doctor about them since she was the one that set it all up for me. She was sorry to hear about the later experience and offered me two other companies I could work with.Ill give them another opportunity but if things dont improve with the customer relations, I will have no choice but to drop the stars further and work with someone else.

I was greeted and signed in immediately. Faith then took me to a private room to discuss my new equipment. She answered each of my questions clearly. She let me put the headgear on in her presence to be sure I had it right. She had her face mask on though out my time there. Very quick, thorough, professional, and pleasant.

They park their vans in front of my house . it sucks because those of us who actually live here have to walk a block in the dark with kids so some jackass who doesn’t live here can park overnight . Get the truck out of here !!!!

I got very quick service when I called yesterday. Allison got the new machine ready quickly. She did a great job. I will point out the ball was dropped there last month when ordered. It seems that my new prescription order was not filled till I called and asked about it yesterday. I spoke a few weeks ago to someone at Airway and they said the prescription was received and it would only take a day or so to get it. I am glad I reminded Airway that something was wrong.

Airway O2 offered options for then mailing my items along with telephone education sessions when my items arrived. Alison was very professional, an excellent teacher, willing to answer all of my questions, especially in regards to product comparison. I was very satisfied following my visit.

Airway oxygen really came through in a big way for me. I had bad buildup of Co2 in my lungs that kept me in and out of the hospital, getting worse each time. Dunno what I would of done if this company hadnt came through for me.

I have been trying to get catheters since March 4th. I didn’t need the lubricant and I told them not to send them. Yesterday I got a box of the lubricant 🙄, today I got a case of men’s 16” long catheters! I’m fed up with this company!!!

I went in one for new mask for cpap, sat for half hour and then asked again for service, sat another half hour then left. I called for new components on another occasion for cpap, took about three weeks and was charged twice what the parts were at other places. Then they said insurance blah blah blah when i asked why Im charged twice for headgear. Officially done with them. Cant recommend.
