I believe this is a good job. It has consistent work, stable hours, decent pay and fair management. This is a job where you get what you put in. It is physically demanding and fast paced, youll work in multiple places within the factory itself and youll move a lot. Youll learn new things here about machinery, logistics and organization if you pay attention. A person with a strong body and a keen awareness will excell here. This is not a job for individuals who do not like to work. This is a job for people who like to work, learn new things and accomplish clear set goals.

Great group of people to work for. Very high output,high energy, quality oriented work force. The only thing I would suggest would be a better warmer atmosphere for the wood mill(shack). People perform better and with a more enthusiastic approach when they are warm and comfortable.

Anyone that says this is a good place to work is a liar. Almost slave labor. The owner threatens to force people to work off the clock, hires parolees so he can threaten with violation, no safety stops on equipment and about a thousand OSHA violations. I went from $10 an hour to $9 an hour when Steve, the owner, found out the V.A. wouldnt help pay my wages. The absolute worst place Ive ever worked, including the Navy when I spent 7 weeks in the Gulf during summer. STAY AWAY!!!
