What is the point of having curbside if no one is coming out? I waited over an hour and then when I called it sends it to customer care and they cant get ahold of anybody in the store. Smh just sad.

Adding on another server and has been a challenge to find everything I need. Although they are not as stocked as Newegg or others atleast I have never been sold counterfeit hardware from Bestbuy. Also I never have to wait that long for the curbside pickup.
Phenomenal customer service in the Mobile Department.Bobby is a legend. Had problems with a phone I bought via trade in and the return was tricky at first. Bobby got my exchange straightened out. He was very patient & understanding despite multiple hurdles never encountered before. I appreciate him going the extra mile for customers. 10/10.

Amazing store, you can get what you need here. They have everything. Come in and go home with your product, aint none of that wait a couple of days for shipping and handling just the way I like it. Im happy the Best Buy made it through the turmoil.

Went in ready to spend money wanting to build a custom gaming PC but they had almost little to no stock available. I explained to the associate working that I only wanted to build custom but he was more interested in selling me a Gaming laptop that was a really bad value for the money and can hardly be considered a gaming laptop. I guess he thought I was gullible. TV associates were nice and helpful. I guess that is what best buy has become known for. Its a shame the closest actual PC hardware store is in Richardson over an hour away. Oh well.
The best Best Buy store Ive been to. Staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. Any online Pickups and curbside orders are always hassle free and fast. Recommend this place to anyone who requires tech with excellent service. 11/10 β

Purchase a 65 inch tv in December they offer protective plan that would cover everything cracked screen. Specifically asked for cracked screen they said yes it would cover and now that i need it they said they dont cover it need to train employees on what there selling

Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves using such a terrible shipping company like LSO! Totally and utterly ridiculous. I purchase a new cellphone on 9/4/21 was told Id have my phone on 9/7. No phone in sight. Called the best buy hotline. Seriously a joke no one could tell me why my phone had been delayed! Colin in the escalation dept said in order to cancel Id have to come back to the store as they were not taking calls. I tried calling this so called shipping company LSO and 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone with answers! I was hung up on multiple times and never spoke to a soul. BUT this morning at 838am Somehow my phone mysteriously has been shipped but delayed for bad weather in the same city I live in!!There is not a cloud in the sky.. Again I waited 45 minutes and didnt speak to anyone! This has been a horrible experience,I would NOT recommend Best Buy nor LSO to my worst enemy!

I always love visiting Best Buy. I tell myself Im only going in for a little while but get sucked into staying. The electronic section pulls me one way while the appliance department pulls me another way. So much to look at and view that you can get carried away quite easily. I had a very good experience and felt the location in Rockwall Texas to be very safe and friendly. I had great customer service and felt that the employees provided very good welcoming. I was looking for computers at the time.
Did not enjoy being harassed by every CS worker on the floor, especially when they couldnt answer any technical questions about the computers/tablets.None of the Apple all-in-one products were working.

This is usually my go to store for TVs. They always have a great deal on open box items. However this last trip was the first time I had been there since covid. I ordered an open box TV online and they didnt note that it didnt come with legs. I had to return it. When I went in almost all the pen box TVs were just strewn on the shelves haphazardly. I walked around the TV section for about 30 mins unbothered until someone asked me did I need help (an older white gentleman with a grey ponytail...thank you!). I already knew the TV I wanted but didnt see it. He helped me find a replacement TV as the one I was looking for was out of stock. He asked if I wanted it ordered but I wanted a TV asap to play my Call of Duty. I was out the store and on my way 10 mins after that.
Best Buy has definitely fallen on hard times and 40 minutes inside of the store it was easy to see why. They only had 3 sales people for the entire store as it was explained to us and one for each section. We asked for help several times and even had to call the national Best Buy phone number before being referred to a manager. The manager was able to help us but it shouldnt take so long to buy what you know what you want. Literally all we needed to do was pick up said instrument and couldnt even accomplish that. We tried calling the 2 other area Best Buy stores to check inventory but phone calls went into an IVR saying that they are not accepting calls and go to BestBuy.com ...if my wife wasnt leaving tomorrow there would be no way in heck or high water that I would ever purchase anything at Best Buy again.

Cell phone service center needs more support! Poor guy was by himself, super sweet... but I was there around an hour waiting to get my screen protector replaced while another staff member was hovering around the phone section but doing ??? Best Buy do better and support the staff when they get swamped.
They were under staffed per their employees own words, so we had to use their computer to order what we needed ourselves. Not a big deal but then after they said those were for employees only. The entire store was searched for someone to assist, they were nowhere to be found or a few actually ignored us completely (talking about you little guy with the curly hair, yellow vest, and moving the ladder and the other one who answered the phone as he saw us and walked all around us, hung up the phone and took off). Youd think a company that prides itself on having a Geek Squad would possibly do something like maybe put a little password on their computers. I mean it was setup like anyone could use it and the layout was self guided, worded for a customer not internal at all. Lets you setup your own account, asks if you want various add-ons, but again, worded exactly like their regular website. Nothing at all to give away it was proprietary software or an internal system of any sort. Didnt matter though, got it set up, paid for, scheduled the install, and left. I guess I should get the credit for my own sale? If you guys still do that.

Had a routine visit. In for a replacement hard drive for my PS4, and out with one in hand by as quick as possible. They are doing a good job of keeping things spaced out, sanitary and wearing mask. I got what was needed, and it was a positive shopping experience during such a stressful time to get out to make a purchase.
People friendly atmospheres was nice and comfortable.
I went in to get a new Apple Watch yesterday. I had pretty decent service, but then I opened the case up for my watch and it was already cracked and scratched up. I went in today to return it with my husband. My husband was not wearing a mask in the store so the guy at the front told him βSince you are not wearing a mask, donβt ask anyone for help.β This seemed extremely rude and unprofessional. It made me not want to come back after many years of using them for all of my electronic needs. This is not an okay thing to say to your customers.
I have visited this location several times. Ive had it with the terrible customer service. I spent $600 and waited 20 minutes for someone to help me. I returned and tried to purchase a security camera system to spend several hundred dollars. I waited over 15 minutes watching 3 guys talk to each other at the front entrance desk. Not one offered assistance. I hope to NEVER return.
I ordered online. I was able to pull in to a spot and send them a message from my phone. I was notified when they were on the way out so I didnt have to keep searching for someone coming out of the store. Once I received the notification, I watched for him and saw him immediately as he was in his uniform with a yellow reflective vest on over it. He brought it to my window and asked me to verify the order pickup number. Very easy process.
A little lengthy on the wait time. But all-in-all, it was a pleasant experience.

After the install team was late for the appointment they came up with $300+ in extra install fees. Buyers beware, the extra service team follows about 10 minutes behind the install crew ready to go...shady business practices. Last time i spend any more money here. NEVER AGAIN! GEEK SQUAD was NOT helpful in resolving anything. Be ready for an extra fleecing!

Went to buy a car stereo. Found one I liked only to be told they didnt have it in stock but I could get it at the Hulen store... WRONG!!! Went there to pick it up only to find it was NOT there. You know, if I wanted to just waste my gas, I can think of a ton of places I would rather go to.

I had to wait a few minutes for a salesperson, but it was busy so that was understandable. The entire experience was informative and I got the laptop suited for my needs at a reasonable price.

I bought speakers and a receiver for my little brothers truck on his birthday from best buy. Scheduled an install 2 1/2 weeks out only to have them call me an hour before install that we have to reschedule. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. The worst part is when you call, youre put on hold for 20-30 min at a time.
ZERO!!! I placed my order. READY FOR PICK UP IN 1 HOUR! SOOOOO I come up here and not only is it NOT available. Im told that I can return it. Then buy it and Id IMMEDIATELY have it. But the convenience of having curb side is NOT an option. Or it wont be available UNTIL tomorrow. The employee actually said its promised but we cant live up to thier promises AN ACTUAL EMPLOYEE SAID THIS TO ME. BEST BUY YOU NEED A SERIOUS RE-EDUCATION IN RUNNING A BUSINESS.

Was on hold twice for over 15 minutes before I just gave up.Edit: Im pretty sure their phone system is set to not try ringing an associate until you have been on hold for 25 minutes. It started ringing at 25min on the dot. Despicable.When I finally was able to talk to someone, they told me that they had a Macbook Air with M1 chip on display. When I got to the store, I discovered that wasnt true.

Customer support is very week. I strongly believe they just refuse to answer their phone. Numerous times this week, I have been on hold just waiting for a real person as a representative to talk to about a pressing issue I am having and it is just absolutely impossible to reach them at all.
They fired half their employees like 2 weeks ago. They are very open about being short handed. My in store consultation was ignored twice. They seemed pretty desperate and the entire environment was chaotic. I wont spend money here, management wasnt even available to speak to me. When you call in to store they direct all your calls to call center whos working from home w no management.
Horrible! I made my purchase online for the new Delux Avengers Game $80 from the parking lot of my job to pick it up for my son who will be leaving the state tomorrow morning. Only to drive the 50 miles to Fort Worth @Best Buy on Hulen! And be told the item I purchased was out of stock. We have the free tin but not the game. I guess we sold out! What time is it. Oh yeah the end of our day. Sorry! That was the statement from customer service.I then got in my car. Looked up a @Target that was .5 miles away. They not only had it in stock, but amazing customer service as well.

Not bad associates but they lose all the interest in customer service, poor attention, and the geek squad line takes forever, Id rather go to another store.
Great selection of TVs
I went in to this location with the intention of buying 3-4 products and only walked out with 1 due to the poor customer service from this place. I struggled to find help because there werenβt many employees around and the ones that were around wouldnβt bother to ask me if I needed any help. An employee by the name of Cole was the only one who took the time to ask me if I needed anything. I went in hoping that the employees would help guide me and inform me on the proper products that I needed. Instead, the one product that I did end up purchasing actually didnβt even work out for me.
Coming from an Alaska employee, this store was fantastically clean, everything was nicely spaced, there were social distancing markers and reminders, and the layout of the lines for Customer Service, Geek Squad, and checkout was great.
Mobile Geek Squad at this place has been incredible. Working with me and my needs on a special security install, Im sure took allot of patience. Thanks for writing with me.
