Cannot recommend enough. My shutters are beautiful and were very reasonably priced. Whole process was easy from start to finish. I especially appreciated my installer, Roger. He did a great job and always kept in communication with me. He even came back after our my initial install date to help fix a few things. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Blinds Brothers did our shutters for our new house. And they are gorgeous. We love them. As time goes on with our house we needed some kind of shade for our patio. We called Blind Brothers got our new shades done and we love them. It is exactly what we wanted. They did another outstanding job for us once again. I would absolutely recommend them!!!!!

Very accommodating and thorough.My installer caught a pinhole in one of my shades and reported it before I even knew about it. I appreciated that level of detail to his job.My only suggestion is the installer should have a small hand vac to clean up his mess when he has to drill into the wall.

We have a very large pool and outdoor living project that has been a real nightmare to complete. Initially we were going to use our pool contractor to install outdoor shutters, but after several false starts with their subcontractor, we decided to find out own. I reached out to Blinds Brother’s and they immediately made a positive impact. They were professional, on-time, and competitively priced.It did take a long time to get the materials in due to the ongoing supply chain constraints, but that was expected.The installation went smoothly. It has been quite literally the only part of our project that we haven’t had to have something fixed or re-done.We’re very happy with the final product and would recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor shutters.

I had several companies give me quotes on patio screens to compare price, quality and warranties. Blinds Bros was definitely the best “value”. They knew far more about their product than any other company and they had the best warranties on the screen material, motors and the install itself.But where they really impressed me was when it came to the install. My install was not easy due to the side rails being mounted on stone columns, which made for an extremely irregular mounting surface. So I was really concerned about how that would look, not to mention how much caulk would have to be used to fill in the large gaps between the rails and the uneven stone surface. I wanted it to look good but I didn’t want to have screens that would require a lot of future maintenance due to a lot of caulk being used to fill in large gaps. But they had a mounting solution that not only works great, it looks great as well. They worked the stone irregularities until the gaps were minimal and required as little caulk as possible. But most importantly, they didn’t call it good until I was satisfied.I live on a golf course so a lot of people see my screens. And as such, several people have asked me where I got them. And as a 100% satisfied customer, I do not hesitate to point them in the direction of Blinds Brothers. They are very professional and great to work with. And most importantly, they do what they say they will do.

Blinds Brothers are so professional and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Their plantation shutters are real wood and are made in Texas with Texas wood! Family run business, provided enough detailed information over the phone to make me want a detailed estimate. In home estimate did not disappoint and matched the information provided over the phone. Installation time line was not met but it’s COVID, so it’s understandable. Only constructive criticism would be to keep us informed when a delay to the time line is going to occur. Install crew was very detailed and exceeded expectations. Cost of the exterior screens was reasonable. Love that they are motorized.

Ordered blinds one day short of 15 weeks ago- still no blinds or appointment to install. Wish I could review the actual product. I understand that COVID has put everything behind - but this is almost double the 8-10 weeks we were assured. Every time I’ve called I get the “probably next week” line. Very disappointed with the wait time and run- around.

Theresa, their design and sales person measured and advised and suggested products based on pictures I had; and on my home’s and my design personal design style. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Then the company was good about keeping me updated on my order since COVID delays affected expected delivery times. However, the delivery time was great in spite of COVID. Installation followed with professionalism. I highly recommend this company for your window treatment needs.

The shutters took awhile to come in but it was basically out of their hands, due to the Covid situation and they were at the mercy of the manufacturer. I would highly recommend these guys. Overall I am happy with choosing Blinds Bro’s. They were very friendly, competitive on pricing (we got multiple bids) and installation was top notch.I was a bit frustrated throughout the process for a couple of reasons. Timing and communication.It took almost 5 months to get everything installed due to an error on their end - they didn’t have all of our shutters so we had to wait another 4-6 weeks for 1 shutter. They also need to be more proactive with communication. We had to reach out multiple times to get things scheduled or keep things moving.

Blinds Brothers was recommended to us by our builder, Highland Homes, for our blinds and window treatments in our first home. The Owner, David Sorrells, came out personally to our home (because his staff was super busy all over the metroplex) to ensure we got our blinds as soon as possible. Because of Covid-19, there was some delay but David made sure to keep us updated. When the Blinds Brothers team came to our house to do the install, they were professional and super fast! I was so impressed on how quick and efficient the guys put everything up and we have a lot of windows! Ive been a Blinds Brothers customer for many years. They are my go to company for quality window coverings, because I can always count on them to do great work at a reasonable price. Most of the windows in our home are custom size...and its never easy to find a reliable company that can handle customized window coverings. Thats why I consistently turn to Blinds Brothers. They work with us to pick the perfect window coverings...get them customized to fit our windows...do the installation...and most recently...they even came out to remove the window coverings so we could repaint...then returned to put them back up after the job was done. I cant say enough about them. If you want to do business with a quality company...I highly recommend Blinds Brothers.

Everyone very personal & professional. Price seemed a bit high for small automatic awning but appears to be high quality. The installers were excellent, helpful & polite.

The quality of work was very good. However, there were significant delays that were frustrating. The company took on more than they could handle and the delays impacted their customers. I would have appreciated communication about the delays, but I had to call myself to find out what was going on. Personally, I feel that saying “we’ve just been so busy” is not an acceptable response. Again, happy with the final product and they’re really nice guys, but suggest you book 3 months ahead of when you’d like to have your screen.

Installation crew was courteous and completed their work in about half a day. Very happy with the quality of my shutters. I thought there might have been excessive overspray on the shutter panels, but Im content to live with this minor issue. Would be happy to do business with these folks again in the future.
