What a great place! You can tell when a business is built on passion and this one definitely qualifies. Their level of service reminds me of how we all wish businesses were ran. They were courteous, patient with my questions, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help me. I wasn’t steered towards the most expensive choices, but the product that best suited my needs. I look forward to each time I can visit Fort Worth and Southside Cellar is at the top of my list!!I hope you visit, when you do, make sure you meet Shawn and Hutch. Both are great guys with tons of knowledge.

If you’re in downtown Fort Worth, specifically the south main district, this is a must stop. Best beer selection AND best pricing, no doubt; not to mention an awesome atmosphere to just have a beer and chill.

Ive been to several breweries and taprooms around Texas and I must say this by far the best experience Ive had. Amazing beer selection an actual cellar inside and the staff and owner gave us the best hospitality, would recommend to anyone who is into craft beer

This place is amazing. The first time I went, the bartender treated me and my group like we had all been friends since high school. Some of the friendliest people I have ever met. And an amazing, ever changing beer selection. You could go into this place every weekend and find beers youve never had before. The taproom is cozy with a nice selection of beers as well, with a nice little secret room with additional beers you can buy. This is one of the greatest places Ive encountered since moving here. I cant decide if its a good thing or not that Ive moved to Springtown. Now I only make it to this place once a month or so... But if I lived closer Id probably be there 2 or 3 times a week. Keep up the good work!

Me and the hubby have frequented this local joint since it opened! The staff is lovely and the beer selection is amazing!!I would say we are craft beer folks and I like the heavy rotation of beers we cant get our hands on or breweries that just arent close.

Very great barbecue here, Tyler our bartender was very nice even handed out samples, to drinks 🍺 we weren’t sure of.

New favorite local hangout. A lounge style craft beer joint with lots ya of selection on tap with a store attached. Growler fulls as well with surrounding restaurants providing grub.

Hidden gem. Stopped by here after Hop Fusion around the corner. Went in to a store, found a taproom with 29 taps and a cellar off to the right! Yes please!

Just popped in for a few items but this is definitely a place if like to spend more time in!

This is my favorite place to hang out in DFW! The environment is comfortable and welcoming, you never feel like youre crowded. The selection both on tap and in bottles is amazing, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about beer. You cannot beat this place!

I love Southside Cellar. They have premium beer and wine options both to go and to drink in their seating area (proper social distancing for COVID-19). The tap wall (with growlers and crowlers) is among the best in Fort Worth. The owner and staff are great and very helpful. Its a completely different experience and worth a visit. Drink local and support small businesses.

Fantastic shop with a fantastic selection. Cant say enough about the staff and their knowledge. It helps to know what youre talking about going in but you can absolutely go in new to beer and they will hook you up. Often the only place I can find select beers that Im craving. Go!

Its a great bottle shop that has a very interesting selection of beer to go and on tap. I picked up a Jester King beer that Id been wanting to try, and they had stuff from a couple of breweries that Specs and Total Wine dont carry. Their selection on tap was great - good variety from good breweries. The highlight was the bartender, Jenna - I asked her what she thought of a beer Id had before, and she was able to expertly describe the style and taste of it, and what she liked and didnt like about it. She seemed interested and excited to talk about what she had on tap.

Super cool spot to hang! Warm, inviting, comfortable bar with an amazing selection of beers on tap. Have a bite from one of the many nearby eateries like Bearded Lady, or play a board game with friends while you enjoy one of the many delicious beers and wines. Then conveniently grab a 6 pack on your way out the door from the retail side!

The owner and staff make this place. Yes, its a great location with comfy corners to try a brew. Yes, it has a solid selection of bottles and taps. AND what impresses more is how warm, knowledgeable, and helpful their team is. I learn something new each time I go, and feel right at home as I try new things. Keep doing what youre doing!

This place is now my new favorite bar. The selection of beer is excellent the ambiance is calm and enjoyable and i loved the furniture. The bartender Ben was knowledgeable and kind and even helped me find my friends hat when we forgot it. This place is awesome see you next weekend!

This is a great place to lose yourself from the care and worries of the day. The tap list is amazing, with a lot of beers that are rare or hard to find. The owner is amazing and makes everyone feel welcome and at home. You can order food from great restaurants nearby.Ambiance and vibe are homey and chilled. I can’t say enough about how great an experience me and the wife had.This is a must for visitors to Fort Worth as well as locals.

Cant wait to go back, I love the vibe here. This place has created such a chill atmosphere with an excellent drink selection. Service was excellent, bartender took the time to talk to everyone about the drinks and make some great recommendations. Shop is full of great drinks to take with you as well.

Just visited this location for the first time. I love the ambiance and the beer selection. However, the bartender (brown hair, plaid shirt, glasses) was completely unfriendly. Did the least amount of talking, my friend asked for a sample of beer. Didn’t respond. A customer had to ask for her. She sampled the beer. And then when she asked for a full glass he oddly asked, “ have you been there before?” She said no and he then asked for her id. (She already sampled the beer. Aka too late for an Id check) he set the beer in front of her and said nothing. Horrible guest service. When she closed her tab he over charged her, but didn’t notice notice until I paid mine and that was when he then gave money back from his wallet. Keep in mind, there wasn’t a line.... If you don’t like talking to people, don’t work in customer service. Probably won’t be back.

You first come in to the buy to go section that has a filling selections and a couple of refrigerators with singles. Then you walk to the taproom that is a classy lounge with a homey vibe that comfortably sits 50 or so. A large selection with reasonable prices for the diverse beer selections. Friendly staff that is present for a conversation or to help lead you to a beer.

Amazing staff and very knowledgeable towards ALL the different taps. Theres plenty of help around the establishment, so you shouldnt be afraid to ask recommendations from the friendly staff members! Definitely will be returning to hang out and to purchase beer!

Great place great beers and the staff was amazing. We came on a sunday night for a beer during our walk and the guy behind the bar was knowledgeable and friendly. Will 100% be back probably this week.

We came today when they opened doors and fell in love with the place. Shawn and Damien are so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the Key Lime slushy and the Kaiser Imperial Octoberfest. Come check out this gem!
