Jeff went out of his way to get boots fitting how they should. He explained how the boots were made and the reasoning behind the premium price. Even after knowing I wasnt purchasing today, he put me in 3-4 pairs so I knew how their boots fit and the differences between the sizes. Today I had a dear friend treat me to the Rod Patrick boot experience. I was personally fitted and tended to by the President Bobby Smith, I choose the South African full quill ostrich, dark brown. I finally have a pair a boots that fit! The sales staff were fantastic. I spent 2 hours trying on various style boots and learned that my boot size was a 13aaaa. All my life I had to settle for a 13a boot, which did not fit my feet properly. An excellent experience and I walked out with a beautiful fitting pair of ostrich boots. Really nice sales folks, but the boots just did not fit my feet. They have a great selection and can build to order. They also have a nice selection of premed boots in both men and womens sizes.we enjoyed the shop and the attention. The boots were really well made and some I tried on were very soft. They make leather and some of the more exotic materials.
