My wife and I actually ended up here by accident, and thank goodness we did! They have some of the best pricing in the area and Jay went absolutely above and beyond for us. He explained every thing in detail to me about pricing, what was being done to my car, & what was wrong with my car. The only surprise I received from them was a cheaper price than what we agreed upon whenever I paid the original deposit. They not only took time out of their day to fix not just what I thought to be my only issue, but they did a full exam of the car and found other issues. Now I know most mechanic shops are notorious for scamming and saying there is more wrong than what there is. But these guys didnt even mention the other issues until I arrived to pick up my car and then was told about all the work they did for me. The original issue was a bent back passenger spindle, but when I got there Jay and his supervisor gave me the kind and amazing news, which was desperately needed at the time. They fixed my bearings, gave me a new tire since the old one was not rounded properly anymore, and fixed my alignment, and aired up my tires. ALL FREE OF CHARGE, simply because he wanted to help out some women who were having a really hard time that day. It put a smile on mine and my wifes faces, and definitely have a new appreciation for the people we live with in this world. Order a full control kit paid $1000 plus *TIP* to Mechanic to assemble correctly Monday morning left rear upper control arm lose came off on highway Tuesday morning almost killed me and only wanted to pay half my $ back

My family and I came in for a full tune up and we’re told that we also needed to replace the engine coil. We accepted and the owner provided an out the door total of 380, but once the work was done he asked for 420. Of course my husband said that was not the original deal and instead of honoring his word he charged 390 anyway. The car felt a lot better after, but the customer service was was terrible.Then a week later my car started shaking when idling almost to the point of stalling. When we had it read at Autozone we were told it was the engine coil that was just fixed. When we brought the car back the owner was out of the country and his cousin said that the cylinder where the replaced engine coil went was dirty and that was causing the misfire.Instead of correcting the issue, he kept insisting that there was no way to know that it was dirty and that “this wasn’t his shop so there’s not much he can do”. Seeing as we had just paid for this issue we were extremely frustrated and the owner’s cousin said it would be another 300.00! Of course we were completely shocked that a mechanic would replace a part without cleaning the area or at least notifying us that it was needed. We had our two small children with us and had no other option but to pay. Unfortunately we could not afford to pay another 300 out of pocket so the cousin offered the finance option. When explaining the option to us we were told it would be just like paying cash 300 out the door along with a 50.00 application as long as it was paid off in 30 days. We agreed.Once we received our approval the amount to pay had increased to over 400. When we told the finance person that this was incorrect we were told to contact the shop. I called and spoke with the cousin again in which he said that I need to call back to the finance person and advise them of the deal and that they would “explain it all to us”. Finally the corrected the amount, but now it included a 50.00 additional “processing fee” on top of the 50.00 application fee.At this point we were so exhausted and wanted the work completed (they wouldn’t start the work until it was done) so we paid again. We will NEVER get work done here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE DO EITHER!Stay FAR away from here!

I got my oil changed here, I had to buy my own oil and filters which was $69 because they did not have them then I paid $25 for them to actually change the oil. I drove 3hrs out of town and my oil late starts flashing, I checked my oil and it is bone dry!! All of my oil had leaked out of my car!

Paid for a wheel swap,new tpms, and a balance the only thing they did correctly was swap my old wheels off and install my new ones paid for all 4 tires to be balanced and none where severe shaking on the freeway between 55-70 I returned and they told me that they were balanced and that I needed a high speed balance never heard of that and turns out they didn’t install new tpms they just reused mine that work at times went back and was told everything was fine and done correctly yet I have my sensors going off and my truck shaking horribly on the high wayI had to go to another shop and got them balanced and guess what no issues they had no weights on themIn short place is a rip off save you’re money and go somewhere else

Good service. Went in for an alignment. When I asked the gentleman inside around how long it would take he hopped right on it and was out of there in less than 20 minutes.He recommended new tie rods and quoted me a price within seconds. Defenitely coming back to get that done.100 % reccomend.

There’s a great tire shop down the road from here that not only claims an hour or less but back up that with a money guarantee.
