JR provided excellent service! He was fast and very friendly. I was greeted when i arrived and JR completed the service quickly. The priced product were the same as quoted. Very pleased and highly recommend!

What a complete joke on all fronts! DO NOT COME HERE! This place does not know what they are doing, thought it was a safe bet considering all the good reviews but they lack consistency. Spent 4 hours communicating back and forth to have a low profile tire available for purchase and mount/Balance the next day in the AM, after calling that morning to confirm Im good to go, I get to an odd industrial location given to me by their employee. As I arrive, the manager tells me he doesnt have the tire, then after a run around he comes back and says he found it. On top of that he tells me its gonna be more than I was quoted, roughly $17 more because its low profile (which I told them it was from the get go!). To top it off, Im still waiting for one tire to be installed (as in I gave them 1 wheel and tire separately and all they need to do is take off old tire and put new one on) at a tire shop that is completely dead. 1 car in the bay. None in parking lot. Customer service is DEAD, even in Texas. If you like things done right, go elsewhere.

It has been great until today they got new guys behind the desk I got 8 tires and they said they had the tires here then two hours later they told me they did not have the tires here it took another 1 1/4 hours to get the tires here I have been getting me tires for southern Sents 1991 now they lost my business and I will tell everyone that I know what happened to me this time if you go there good luck
