I came in to have some of my bathtub glazing product tinted for a client. Rich had never worked with the material before and was very diligent to ensure he tinted it correctly - he even called the manufacturer of the glaze to make sure the type of tint used and speed of tinting was correct. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail!

The employees at this store (1001 N Henderson, Ft Worth) could use some training in customer service. When I walked in there were 3 employees behind the desk and two men, who were together, sitting on stools. No one said hello, welcome... nothing. I waited for a bit and not one of the three people there said a word to me. When the two men left, I was finally addressed but it almost seemed that I was putting them out. I was told that it would take 20 minutes to match my paint (which was Sherwin-Williams paint) and sure enough, it took 25 minutes. After I paid, no friendly thank you just a flat have a nice day. I will probably drive the extra distance to another store to keep from going back there.
