Worst place ever to buy any meat !!!!!!!I will never go back or tell my family to go to this Unsanitized place ! Don’t buy any of there meat, we bout tablitas they were very bad made us all sick . Asked for a manager they hung up on me . Called again then a man answered and I asked may I ask who this is he said what do you want, I told him you have no customer service, I called to speak to manager, then he said no we don’t have customer service, that was the manager I was speaking to, what do you want, Jose Martinez, is the manager who I spoke with to ask him nicely if he can do a refund he said no and started to yell no he can’t that is our policy . I will be calling the food inspect usda.gov on them . There meats are different color and smell bad . I will never go here aging . And I am still waiting on that copy I requested of his policy on refunds .

Be careful on the meats from mi Tierra especially the fajita Norteña disgusting and sticks badly oh they also over charged rude peoples never comply with a customer.

Good penuts and okay pan dulce they probably change bread makers evertime because the pan dulce is constantly changing flavor and apparance And flys are constantly getting in the pan dulce>=[

Tried to over charge us on our purchase by $60. Cashier was extremely rude and said it was our fault. Be careful with your card here! They will not want to give you your money back!

So disappointed! Ive been coming here for over 4 years. Even though I have to drive across town. My main reason was to purchase ground Chicken breasts because I never found anyone else who would do it. I use to love this place but now when I come around 7pm there is no carnitas everything clean like they want to go home early what happened I know they got a new manager but this sucks now they never have tamales last time I came to buy sweet tamales and they gave me a Goya bag with them I thought they made them here whats going on😑

Bought barbacoa, carnitas, and asada for a party and everyone loved it. Everything was flavorful and still juicy even with reheating. Service was helpful and quick.

So unprofessional I called to check prices the guy said they cant give prices out against policy the people up there dont want to work gave me one price and said he couldnt give all the prices out for policy super lazy people yall stay away from this place

Very disappointed, I bought fish and shrimp ceviche at River Oaks branch, thinking it was the same quality as Camp Bowie branch. Out of two and a half pounds of ceviche, one pound was just serranos and almost one pound was tomato and coriander. Do not buy in this branch, the quality leaves much to be desired.

If I could, I would put zero stars on it, half an hour waiting for a tummy tuck and still for them to give it to me cold .. they are waste
