Extremely pleased with JG Natural Stone! I took estimates from three places and they were the least expensive out of the three. Stopped by their shop to see their inventory and really feel in love with the leathered black granite. They came and measured and installed within a few weeks. We did 3 bathrooms and the utility room and we could not be happier. We provided the sinks and they installed them onsite. Great experience and highly recommend.

Overall bad customer service.workmanship good but if you’re looking to replace counter tops beware they will not hook your plumbing back up or move any appliances and if they break anything or scratch anything they pretty much say it’s your responsibility. I had Home Depot do the upgrade in my last home and they did it All But I wanted to support a local business and went with j g this time and learned my lesson.

I had used JG Natural Stone years ago when they were in a smaller location in Saginaw. I even got to tour their plant before selecting them. They moved to a much larger location in Haslet area or N. Ft Worth on Harmon Road. Again, I went out, they have a nice showroom, and walked me thru their plant. My kitchen remodel with new granite and backsplash was great over 10 years ago. Recently I hired them to put Black Pearl Granite on the fireplace heath (sitting area) and some porcelain marble thin tile as an insert in the wall on the fireplace. It all turned out great!! They are fair on price and do excellent work. I will use them again when I decide to remodel my master bathroom.

I needed a small piece of granite cut for this cabinet I built in the laundry room. They were able to find me a piece that matched the style I was wanting, and then cut according to the specifications I sent over. The cuts were perfect, it fit beautifully and looks amazing. The price was extremely reasonable and they didnt charge me for a minimum square footage. The next closest price I found was almost double what I paid for this piece. We had been looking around for months to find the best place for a granite purchase to replace multiple vanities in our house. From the ladies in the sales room to Jorges first onsite visit to assess the job - JG Stone has been excellent. We actually have the plumbers out today to install all of the sinks and drains and one of the holes was a little too small to accommodate the 1/2 inch drain. JG let us come up without any appointment with no notice to assist us in getting the sink hold cut a little wider. Overall, prices were very good, service is excellent, quality is top notch and we couldnt be happier with our new vanities and sinks.

He͛s also the only company that we have had to sue. The last one they cut an inch short on two sides. They also cut out for sinks in the wrong places. We had brought the vanity to his shop for him to measure. How could he get it wrong? When his guys tried to install, they made a terrible mess of caulking, sealant, and epoxy all over our freshly painted cabinets, toilet, and walls. Which in turn resulted in us having to paint entire cabinets again. Ive never had anyone do such sloppy work.He lied and said he would fix it. Since he ruined the last piece of the slab, the only acceptable solution was to buy a new piece that the customer approved of. JORGE LIED ABOUT HIS ͚I͛M GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT͛. He refused to refund the money paid to him for the job, $1100, and refused to buy a new piece of stone. [another $500] He is so glib; he thought he could lie his way out of his responsibilities to us. Now we will sue him for the $1600. He cost us 4 weeks of delays, and a customer who couldn͛t accept the crap he gave to us as a bathroom vanity top. Please see the pictures posted with this and stay away from this BUM!Look at how he tried to make the top fit. He added little pieces on the edges to deceive the customer into thinking the top fit. It didn͛t even make it to be supported by the cabinet box. And he told me that was ok. Being in the business for 40 years, he͛s just a liar

I was needing a granite top for my daughters hall bathroom and trying to complete it before she had a beautiful new baby girl (she was born 2:41 am early Monday morning). I came in on a Saturday and they came installed it on the following Tuesday 1 day before she was released. Jorge and his team were awesome very friendly to work with and had great prices on the granite top we chose. The techian was also friendly and did a great job on the installation only took about an hour. The granite vanity top looked awesome I couldn’t be more pleased. Jorge and Mary made the process incredibly easy. I was upgrading my kitchen last spring, and was on a limited budget. They were able to help me get the stone that best suited my needs. They didnt sacrifice quality, and saved me money by using a quality team to install the counters without changing the backslash. From research that is hard to do. After nearly a year I still love my counters, I had a small issue with some grout chipping but when I called them, they were very quick in finding a time to come out and fix it. I (No Problem Services) have used JG Natural stone since they started their business. They have installed 90% of the countertops we have had installed in that time. The reason they have not installed 100% is because we offer our homeowners 3 options, good-better or best as it relates to price, finish, communication and promptness. Some homeowners can deal with good or better product while more often than not they want the best. When we offer the best option and that is what the homeowner wants, JG gets that call.They have grown in that time. They have great people in the office, their communication via email and phone call is very good. Their estimates dont have hidden charges or surprises after completion. Their installers are very professional and super clean during and post install.Ive never filled out a survey for one of our vendors or contractors. I felt compelled to do it only after reading the negative comment by another contractor. I have never had a similar experience in 100 plus installs with JG. No company is perfect and sometimes there is some adjustments required. Never once have I had them let me or our homeowners down by getting a bad install or bad communication. I have never felt like they owed me or our homeowner a credit for something. Ive always received the estimate with the drawings, a clearly outlined scope that Ive had to sign and send in before fabrication.I had them do an install just this week. Before I had them go to the house for templates, I warned my customer of the bad review that I felt was probably missing facts ir all the details. I told them Ive never had a similar complaint but if they prefer we could use another vendor. They agreed for us to use JG and like is their standard, my customer could not be happier. This is after we made an adjustment after template were taken and JG had to make an on site adjustment.I 100% recommend JG to anyone looking for high quality installation and fabrication. You wont get better. As mentioned, we have 3 different installers and JG does 90% of our work and will continue to do it as long as they are in business.

Stay away...do NOT use this contractor!!! They are unprofessional. They schedule appointments and either do not show up or are 2-3hours late and do not call to apologize. They are unorganized. I had to call them more than 3 times to get a quote. Fast forward to after the work was done...they charged me more than what they quoted. They had several versions of my quote and could not clearly convey my amount due. I paid the balance in full upon completion of work (signed paperwork and all) and a month later they sent me an email stating after they reviewed their paperwork, that I owed a balance of $300. How can you provide me with a receipt stating I paid the balance in full and have me sign off on it ...only to email me asking for $300 more. To top it off, I have been waiting for a month to receive a refund for unused thinset and grout. The refund check was supposed to be in the mail a month ago according to Jorge and we called every week since receiving the same response. Jorge is very unprofessional and unethical! This has been an awful experience. I should have known from the beginning when I had to drive all the way to Irving to MSI to pick out my granite because he had a limited samples displayed in his store. Save yourself a headache and do NOT do business with JG Natural Stone, LLC.!

JG Natural Stone was fantastic to work with. They beat our quote from Lowes by about $500. Jorge spent a lot of time doing the measuring to ensure everything was accurate and well documented. The install was extremely smooth and when the guy was sick and couldnt reconnect our sink, Jorge came to do it himself. It was very nice to see an owner willing to get involved in the process with the customers. The ladies in the office were fantastic as well. Orginal very excited about this place, but things went down hill fast. Did not stick to orginal time frame, gave excues which made us cancel vacation. Then on day of installation they used wrong template for sink and tried to make it work, saying some people want the hole to big. After they finally realized they couldnt make it work, they left. Returning about 6 hours later, with a new piece, which was damaged and they installed that. Our day 830 am to 830 pm for 4 pieces of granite. No vacation, and an installed damaged piece of granite,that no matter how much they try to fix it I will always see. And yes, I paid full price. No discount for any of this hassle. Workers were nice. And this was not their fault.Im amazed that this company thought it was ok, to still charge full price for a product that was damaged. I paid. Buyer beware.

Our granite is beautiful but, quite frankly, we expected that. What we didnt expect was how great JGNS was when there was a problem. Jorge came in, assessed the problem and arranged a removal and reinstall without batting an eye. The reinstall happened yesterday and the result is stunning. We love our new countertops! JG Natural Stone set up an estimate for this past Friday and was a no show. They didnt call to let me know they would not be there or anything. Very frustrating when I left work early to make sure I was there. I have cameras so they can not say they came and no one answered to door

Employee showed up early without confirmation, didnt clean up after herself, and never got us a quote back. I havent heard from them in over two weeks despite leaving messages to call back. Very unprofessional.
