Auto Care Center did a great job on my new tires. I got there at closing time unfortunately as soon as I could after work. Dave Edgar and Joseph really hooked it up they even stayed a little late to get me knocked out I cant thank them enough. Best price in town on my tires. The staff was courteous and professional. I will be buying tires from this place again.

What you would expect good value

No service when there is no car for servicing and there was 6 employees just having fun and talking by doing nothing and I ask for counter for help but he told I need to take appointments but he told only for two days later. So bad that this location Walmart have lazy employees. When someone come there to get the help but couldn’t get no help poor service. This location took whole 2 hrs to change one car oil change

Great customer service. One of the technicians noticed I had a leak and brought it to my attention. Loved how they consulted me before moving forward.It took about an hour for them to have my car ready which is not bad at all given there were 2 cars before me. In the mean time you can shop/look around.Will definitely be coming back for my oil change.

I have had a few experiences and all bad. Came in for four two new tires and requested the same two that I currently have. They checked and said they had those and it would not be a problem. The looked similar but the next day when driving down the freeway I almost lost control of my van. They put smaller tires in the back where most of the weight goes and almost caused a serious accident. When I talked to them all they offered was a tire rotation and was told they no longer keep those tires in stock, after the had already told me they did and they should have asked me if putting anything else on my vehicle and they should have known not to put the smaller tires in the back. I thought o would give them a chance. I go back for an oil change and they put the wrong oil in causing my check engine light to come on and causing me to have to pay big money to have my transmission flushed. Never again. I’m so angry and disappointed. Not to mention there is always a ridiculously long wait.

Quick service

Second time coming to this location. First time was for an oil change which took around an hr and a half. Thought I’d give them another shot as they may have just been understaffed that day. Been here 2 hrs now and counting just to get two tires patched. Yes price is low but they are very slow in getting you out the door.

They stand by their warranty but they are slow! If you have some place to be, DONT go there! The wait is a least 3 hours for a tired plug which with any other company takes 10 to 15 minutes once youre on the garage... Oh I forgot to mention they pulled my ride in quick to make me wait! Not cool!

The service seems to always be up to snuff and you cant beat the value. Employees are very helpful and up front. The only drawback is that you can wind up waiting a while to get any kind of work done. The past two times Ive been its taken over two hours for an oil change and another repair. I wont complain since its still the best auto service experience Ive had overall. I always just go for a walk at the TCC campus across the street while its being worked on.

I will never bring my car to this place for service again! They are dishonest and the the department manager is rude. They lied to me about the condition of my tires telling me that my tire could not be repaired and that two of my tires were is such bad shape that I was taking my life was in danger (they, Tim, made me sign a waiver, which also states I refused to have my tire repaired, the reason I was there). They stated I needed two brand new tires for a total of $130.00. They made me wait 1 1/2 hours to tell me what I needed. Then when I was trying to explain why I was going to the tire shop I used, the department manager, Chase, walked away while I was talking. Needless to say, I went to my neighborhood auto center, was told my tires were in good shape, and paid $7 to pull out a nail and patch the tire in less than 10 minutes. I honestly never expected Walmart to have dishonest mechanics. I now know better. All of my auto maintenance needs will be done elsewhere from today on.

I barely trust these guys for oil changes. Their customer service is pretty crappy as it has taken as long as 5+ minutes for someone to come and inquire what services I want while the grease monkeys are just standing around with their digits stuck where the sun dont shine. I rarely come here as I have a guy, who is 10 miles away and charges $15 more, but has wonderful customer service and knowledgeable staff.

I was there at 6:00 pm on Saturday. They agreed to change oil of my car even though there were four cars ahead of me. A lady at the front told me that my car was ready but when walked to my car, no servicemen was around. They had already taken off. I believe they changed the oil only. They didnt even checked tire pressure. I had one wheel with 30 pressure and rest were 34. Ill definitely complain about this. Dont even go there.

Took a while for anyone to notice us and then when someone did the other clurk came out acting as if she were busy doing nothing ( i could see her). She then was like i can handle this thanks in a very harsh voice tontge person who asked if we needed help. But by that time i already figured out what i needed for myself

Got pretty good service when we got a flat tire right out front they got us in their the tire fixed quickly.

Always do a professional job in a timely manner. Plus I can knock my shopping out of the way at the same time. 🐼

Horrible, I had taken my car a few days ago and had an oil change & asked them to please check the air in my tires as they looked low I was ensured that they always do that with every oil change...well my dad checked ALL my tires and were about 24lbs low each!!!! Obviously they don’t do what they say they do

Went there two days in a row, both times they were closed early. Whatever Walmart your tires suck!

Awful in every way

The ONE TIME I visit to get tires turns into a 3.5 hr wait . Because of SHORTHANDED and a need of a translator...your hiring problem seem to roll over to the customer..
