After a horrible experience at the Hiley Mazda Hurst with Clay, Hiley of Fort Worth was heavenly! Everyone was SO kind and genuine. The facility was gorgeous. We called and got in touch with and he let us know what was available and we let him know we would be there the in a couple of days. The day of, Rusty and another sales manager had to head home for some emergencies so we were greeted by Jeff around 7pm. He was very honest with the vehicle we were looking at (Demo car) they took off a bit from the price since it had 900 miles on it already. They honored my Mazda Loyalty and Military discount (which Hurst location did not). We also appreciated Rusty being honest from the start about the vehicle having 900 miles on it already. Once we were ready for billing, Brandon in the Finance Department was very knowledgeable and we felt like he truly cared about getting us the best deal. There were some tech difficulties and others that were out of his control so the process was lengthy, we walked out at about 9:30ish. Jeff stayed the WHOLE time we were with Brandon so he could personally congratulate us and to make sure we left happy. We came to pick up the next morning and Rusty had greeted us and shook our hands and thanked us for buying with them. Great team!!

My wife bought a 2018 GMC Acadia from this place and has had nothing but issues. I am on the Sales side in my current role and we had a customer that was not happy with a large sorter system we sold them. After working with them to try and resolve it we took out the system, upgraded them to a better one (they paid the difference in the upgrade) and they still want to do business with us because of how they were treated. This car continues to just shut off for no reason. My wife got it at least 45 days ago and has had it in her possession for about 5 days. She even took a video of it shutting off on its own. Garrett is despicable. He wouldnt last 3 days at my company because we dont screw over our customers and go as far as to say that shes the issue and doing it on purpose...thats what he told my wifes friend. Worst car dealership I have ever experienced. They take advantage of people...

Incredible place. Their prices that were listed online were honored in store, no questions asked. Very clean, inviting atmosphere. All of the employees clearly took pride in their jobs, as well as their company. Even as I signed the dotted line, I never felt that I was being forced to buy the car. As a first time buyer, I went in with my mom for general advice. She loved the experience so much that she will be going back soon to purchase her own car. My salesman’s name was Zen, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He was engaging when appropriate, but more importantly (for me) he gave my family our personal space. In doing so we never felt pressured into making a decision, which in turn led to a 10/10 experience.

One of my best new car buying experiences. It was all done online and phone calls. It all started with Zen (sales person). Super nice guys and very knowledgeable, answer all my questions and when I was ready to make the purchase Tim (sales manager) was a great! Tim gave me an awesome price that I flew into town and drove my new Carbon Fiber Edition CX-9 home. And I cant leave Lori (receptionist) out. I got there super early and she was so nice. Made me feel super comfortable and relaxed while I waited. Definitely recommending to friends and family and will be back.

After a really frustrating experience at the Arlington location, Dillon Young went above and beyond for me and my dad. He was very transparent, and he really helped us get the best deal possible. Be careful before you start business with them. If you are planning on paying cash or any other way with them, I found out it wasn’t allowed. They will only sell to you if you use there financing companies.After 1.5 hours of waiting for my credit to be ran, they were not able to beat my interest rate given to me by my personal bank. When I told the finance manger that I would finance on my own, he said I could not buy the vehicle.His words “ we have a business to run and need to make money. The only way you can buy it is by financing through us.”

I went looking for a new vehicle because mine was no longer in working condition. I scheduled multiple appointments in one day with different dealerships to test drive different vehicles and make sure I didn’t purchase the first car I liked. This dealership was the only one organized and ready for me. They were the last on my list and I showed up late. Edgar was there waiting for me and had the vehicle I wanted to look at pulled and ready for me. Even though I arrived right before close he was informative and showed me the vehicle with no rush. He also showed me additional vehicles on the lot once I realized I liked others more. Since it was close I decided to leave and return another day to test drive. Edgar was not there that day however he text me ahead of time to inform me he had set me up with Samantha and she would await my arrival. When I pulled in to the dealership Samantha was waiting there with the vehicle I wanted to test drive. She gave me a full rundown of the vehicle and sent me on my way to test drive without a member of the dealership with me. I liked this because it didn’t make me nervous or feel like I had to have awkward conversation with someone. Once the test drive was over we went over cost. I eventually came back to purchase the vehicle and Edgar was there. He walked me through everything and went over all the details of the vehicle again. Everyone was incredibly nice and easy to work with.

We actually were able to meet him the next day when we returned for window tinting. Samantha actually was our inside sales rep. They were both really great and very knowledgeable. Samantha took care of me over the phone live 600 miles a way. When I got there she met me at the door had my paperwork ready. Within an hour and a 1/2 we had test drove the car did the financing and were on our way home. If you want to avoid a headache, I would recommend you to stay far away from this dealership. It amazes me that they have so many good reviews. They never discussed the extended warranty with me, and when I tried calling them to cancel it within the timeframe of cancellation, they kept avoiding my calls. Until I finally went up there, I filled out the cancellation form to later find out from the bank that gave me the loan for the car, that they told them I never filled any cancellation forms with them. Still trying to fix this situation, but still haven’t heard from them. They are super nice when things go their way, but if you have an issues you will never be able to reach them. Really disappointed with this situation and I hope no one else has to go trough this, for it is very frustrating.

I worked with Zen and Rusty on my trade in and new car and it was such an easy buying/trading experience. I only had one car in mind, test drove it, tested out the features and brought back my trade later that day, finance was taken care of about an hour later. I was literally in and out so fast. They were very low pressure, they knew their stuff, asked me what I wanted as far as vehicle/financing/trade in. Considering my last car buying experience (different brand and dealership) had me tied up for close to 8 hours and I walked away almost 4 times this was a completely different experience. Definitely check them out if you’re in the market for another car.

Ive waited a couple of months to write this review to cover not just the purchase, but also the post-purchase experience at Hiley Mazda. I purchased a new MX-5 two months ago at Hiley. My primary contact was Jeffery Wooten. Jeffery has been amazing. He first contacted me when I showed interest in the vehicle without being super intrusive. Jeffery was ready for me when I showed up for an initial look and test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and performed a thorough walk around and explanation. I came back later in the same day to work through the paperwork. Samantha helped me at this point. She was also great. She helped with explanations of options with no pressure. Purchasing was straightforward. Samantha also helped me get set up with the Mazda app on my phone and connected it to the vehicle. Super easy. Before leaving, Jeffery told me that if anything (dirt, stain, etc.) gets on the leather, that I could use makeup removal wipes to clean off. Sure enough - about a week later there was a slight black smudge on the passenger seat. I had makeup wipes in the car, and it cleaned right up! Jeffery has followed up in the months after purchase to ensure everything is well with the vehicle. Really appreciate the his customer service and attention to detail. Thanks Jeffery!

On my second purchase, there was a new Sales Manager named Walter who is equally impressive. At first, we couldnt come to an agreement on the car but Walter took the time to sit around and chat and showed genuine interest. We found a few common interests and the conversation shifted from cars to general life. After working with Edgar remotely for a few days, we were able to come to an agreement and the entire team took care of everything so when I arrived, I had very little to do to drive away in my new Mazda. Now the new dealership is open and its gorgeous. I visited the service department today for a minor question and the team was on-top of it and even shared little videos to my phone from the service garage showing me what they were working on- very neat. Walter even recognized me and stopped to say hello. Great team- great cars- great experience. There is a reason I went back and bought from them again- great customer service! If youre looking for a Mazda, it might be a drive to the West side of Fort Worth (I live in downtown Dallas), but its completely worth it.

I just wanted to tell you, this has been the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had! Chad, Matthew and Troy were incredible to work with! All three were easy to talk to and relate to, wanted to do what they could to help me get into the vehicle I wanted and gave of their time and energy to make me feel important. They delivered my car to the school where I teach, I signed papers and I had a new car! On top of that, I opened the trunk to find a really cool emergency car kit which I had not been expecting. Hiley will have my business from here on out! I will be a return customer for sure!!

Bought an awesome used Mazda 6 I Grand Touring, looks like new. Edgar Elizondo and the rest of the staff had me in and out in less than an hour. Cant recommend them enough, will definitely be back to get my wife a new car.

Over my 68 years, I have bought a number of cars and must say the purchase of my 2020 Mazda was enjoyable. I have been a Lexus guy for many years; 1996 ES300, 2000 RX300, 2007 ES350 and 2012 RX350 so you may ask why a Mazda? Well I was blown away by the Mazda 3 and its technology. Tim Chapman went through all the features in comparing the Hyundai Elantra against the Mazda 3. He helped me compare all the features and I was able to easily make the final choice. Then on to the dreaded finance guy (Mathew) Ha, Ha. For me I hate this part of the process but I must say that Mathew made it go very smoothly and before I knew it I was on the road. However as the team was waving goodbye and I sat looking at all the technology, put it in reverse and nothing. I couldnt remember how to release the parking brake. Garrett was the perfect sales guy to work with.   We handle most of it via email and phone.   He answered most emails within minutes.  When we arrived at the dealership for the test drive he had it pulled up and waiting on us.   Total time at the dealership was under a hour that included test drive, paperwork, financing and getting car detailed.   Garrett is very confident and this made the process seamless.  Matthew in finance had me in and out in minutes.   Other places Ive been too you can spend 8 hours at the dealership.  You guys have this down to a science.

I waited a month after my purchase to leave this review, just so that all of the follow-ups would be included in my comments. I bought my gently used, 2016 Mazda 3 through Hiley Mazda in Fort Worth.. basically during the whole snowmageddon scene. I had just returned from deployment and had nothing better to do than to sit in the hotel room and quarantine.. and shop for a new car. I got a hold of Chris Carter (sales) at Hiley after seeing the car online. He was amazing despite the fact that they had to shut down for several days due to burst water pipes in their offices and general below freezing conditions that werent safe to navigate in. He kept in touch with me via phone and email throughout. As soon as they were up and running again, they cleaned up the car and got it ready for me to test drive.The car only had 25,000 miles on it and it was super clean after they tidied it up. They even brought out a specialist to rebuff the wheels and to get rid of a couple of tiny door dings that you would expect any car to accumulate over time. After putting a brand new set of tires on it and realigning it, it was hard to find anything about the car that wasnt practically new.Coming to a final price on the car was painless and despite the normal sales pitch from the finance department to buy an extended warranty, the whole experience was low pressure. I walked out of there satisfied. I did not purchase anything that I didnt want to. For me that means no extras ..and I have not had any regrets this many days after. Brady from finance is a super nice guy as is Rusty in management. Everyone that I dealt with seemed to sincerely care that I was happy with my deal and treated well. Chris Carter is a top-notch salesman who is very personable and has followed up with me at least four times since I drove off in the car, making sure that I know how everything works and that Im still happy with the car. I typically like to buy from individuals as opposed to dealerships because I like to keep the focus on the final purchase price as opposed to the monthly cost of everything. These guys allowed me to have that conversation with them and I very much appreciate it. I would use this team again and I would recommend them if I were to hear someone was shopping for a new or used car.

My wife decided to upgrade her Mazda 3 for a Mazda CX5 on a Friday afternoon. We had the privilege to have Anthony Rodriguez as our car salesman associate. He was very nice and patient with us. He brought out all the different CX5 models in stock to be able to see the difference from each one. We were able to decide what she wanted on our own with no hassle nor breathing on our necks. Cheyne Witt from finance was also real nice and helpful. It went real smooth and we were done in no time. I also want to mention Tim the manager working there. He really gave us a great deal and good trade in. We were really surprised and grateful how it all went so nice and pleasant with the whole team in purchasing her Mazda CX5 Grand Touring Reserve!!! Bought a cx3 there last month. Chris Carter (not that one 😀) was really good to work with and treated me fairly.Buying cars isn’t fun but he made the experience much less trouble than I expected.

We recently found ourselves needing a bigger vehicle unexpectedly. Cece met us as soon as we parked and from there on made our entire experience incredible. We never felt pressured or pushed into any decisions. If every car buying experience could be as smooth and stress free as this one, there probably wouldn’t be the such negative stigma that is associated with going to dealerships.
