Friendly and helpful staff. Two room humidor that is well stocked for every type of cigar. The staff member even warned me off of a cigar that he knew would be too sweet for my taste for medium-full cigars. I left with 5 Coronas for just over $30

Placed an online order for a super rare, limited edition cigar for my husband. The order was received timely and they provided me with a freebie. Definitely would recommend them to any one. Next time Im in Texas Ill stop by to check out their venue.

Great place to chill and relax. They have a great selection and friendly people as well. I always come here to buy my cigars, butane and anything else I need. I highly recommend this place and it is very easy to find. They sit right at the railroad tracks on Hulen and Grandbury Road. I,m down here in Texas from Chicago for the next few months on a work contract. I needed a place to relax and enjoy a good cigar after work and just happen to pass Paladins driving by one day. I was met at the door by Matthew who showed me around the shop as well as their Humidor. Great selection of cigars, lighters, whatever you need. You can relax in big comfortable leather sofas and chairs. This was just the kind of place I was looking for. Matthew and the rest of the staff make sure you have what you need . Very friendly vibe. I highly recommend Paladin.

Paladins is a family owned and run shop. Every person that walks through the door is treated with respect. The staff are eminently knowledgeable about everything cigars. The cigar selection is very large and they are constantly bringing in new cigars.

It is a place where the common man or woman can step into elegance for a short while and enjoy a unique fellowship. The two owners are well versed in all things that have to do with fine cigars and can equally field questions from those with lots of knowledge, or no knowledge at all, about the fine points of choosing and enjoying a fine cigar. Most importantly to me, they are genuinely nice and friendly people, which greatly added to the enjoyment of my visit to their shop.

Paladin Cigars is a great place to find a really good cigar. My cousins had his Dads Baby Shower there and we had a great time. I smoked a Aladino that was perfectly mild and went well with our Sazerac Rye Whiskey. The staff was friendly, very knowledgable and chose the perfect cigar for me. After a v-cut and a light with a cool mini flame thrower, I was smokin! Thanks for the use of the cigar man cave for the afternoon.

I have heard great things about your establishment by way of Mr. Battle. A friend of mine who I passed along the glowing sentiments of Mr. Battle has had the occasion to visit. He passed along a very favorable impression himself. I have seen pictures and heard accounts of many a fine evening spent smoking, enjoying spirits and good conversation. As of now I havent had the opportunity to visit, but I highly anticipate the occasion. I decided to leave my most favorable impression based on the judgement of two discerning men based on a review I noticed from someone of rather questionable character and motive. Love stopping by,wonderful atmosphere

Ive been in a good few times. The cigar selection is mostly of their own blends/brands with a select few cigars that anyone has ever heard of. They will always try and recommend their house cigars which they pay pennies for. These cigars mediocre at best but are still priced like a real premium or boutique cigar. I like to support the smaller name cigars, one of which I asked for, the employee heard of it and said he really enjoyed it, but the owner wouldnt give them a try. My suggestion is to try Underground Cigar Shop, or Pops Safari both which arent far, and have an awesome selection so save your money!

My experience was genuine and pleasant I was very happy and shy to be there but buying and selecting certain cigars based on taste and feel really made a difference. Highly recommend this place... Private label cigars, so they wont have Romeo and Juliet, etc.. However, Matt has a superior knowledge of cigars and can help you find your new favorite. You wont find a better cigar for the price... I got $7.00 cigar that was better than most of the $20 major labels. Plus, its a great place to stay and relax!
