Cute little boba shop, Milk tea was okay, boba was a little hard. compared to other locations around, it seemed expensive.Paid $29.85 for 4 drinks.. 🤔

Boba connoisseur here! I was so excited to test this place out & hopefully find a new Boba spot.Upon entering, the shop is a cute, clean little tea shop. There are lots of drink options to choose from. I went with the Tiger Sugar Boba, with the classic tapioca pearls.When I recieved my drink, it was absolutely IG worthy! I wasnt particularly fond of the lids they used. I know they are popular with Boba, but the hole for the straw tends to just get bigger & bigger with each sip. The drink itself was alright. I felt like I paid $6 for a chocolate milk with Boba that was not good. :(The consistency of the pearls were very slimy & rubbery. Unfortunately, I didnt get to finish my drink due to the pearls being SO HARD to chew! They ended up hurting my jaw.Will I be back? Probably. Will I try something else? Definitely.

The prices listed on their website are completely different than the ones on the menu inside. A large honey boba milk drink on the website is priced at $3.95. When I was inside the store I ended up paying $6.77 for a large. $6.25 for a drink? It wasn’t even a large, it felt like a regular sized drink. The service was really slow which fine, but the drink was pretty bland. It tasted like regular milk with a little bit of honey and soft boba. The boba didn’t have flavor either, it was like a soggy flavorless gummy bear.The drink was also lukewarm which was weird. Idk it’s overpriced so what I received. I probably won’t come here again, especially when I know Kung fu tea is better and a little less expensive. The shop also smelt kind of weird.

Cute shop, but tea is not good and a large boba tea will cost you $7! I was really hoping that this would be good.

Their Tiger (Black) Sugar Bobba Milk is delicious and the place is neat. I visit this place a few times a week because it’s close to where I live. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’ve received bad service in the past and they tend to run out of bobba and other ingredients frequently. The taste of the smoothies is wonderful as well and their bobba is soft and sweet.

Wife and I both got drinks.Hers: Dirty BobaMine: Vietnamese Coffee.Her drink was above average; however, my drink was pretty lackluster... Unfortunately mine tasted like Folgers over ice. Ive had plenty of Vietnamese coffee, but maybe this was just improperly prepared. This was our second time here, and both times were mediocre. Maybe others have had better luck.

We been there for almost 10 times! Every single time we had Mike tea with Lychee Pop! It was great!! Recommend you to try that one!!!

Stumbled upon this place tonight after my Wednesday night Daddy Daughter Date Night. The drinks were great but more so, the service. The young lady who helped us was super courteous and thoroughly explained the menu options. New stop on my date nights with my kiddos.

I loved visiting this place! My Earl Grey plant pot was AMAZING. It was exactly what I wanted, and it was delicious. The flavored milk teas are also delicious, my kids enjoyed the mango and strawberry flavors! The boba was fresh and the person working was very friendly, I will definitely go back!

The inside was well decorated, and they had lots of different options for the boba. The music was pretty funny.

I am obsessed with this store because it is the only boba store I can find Green Thai milk tea, which is the best kind! They use tea leaves instead of powder, & it always tastes wonderful. Whenever I am in Arlington or Waco I make sure to stop by their sit-down stores too!P.s. In reference to the boba scarcity reviews, maybe its because I stop by after work, but they have never been out of boba when I go!

Do not waste your time going here, they never have boba, this place is super fishy I truly believe this a cover up of some drug smuggling or something fishy.We called at 6 pm to ask if they had bobba tea and they said not for another hour, we call and hour later they said 25 minutes, we get there 30 minute or so they have no bobba have bad attitudes, they went in back to say they cant serve us without a mask.Yeah dont waste your time .

I called ahead to make sure that they were okay with people who cannot wear a mask, they let me know that it was company policy that they would NOT refuse service to anyone not wearing a mask. I got there and the lady asked me to wear a mask, so I told her what they said to me over the phone. She let me know that she didn’t care and that I would have to wear a mask to order. I was very disappointed since I drove a long ways to get here. Sadly I will not be going back here again.

Their online menu states that they have non-dairy milk teas, but I go in and they dont. Terrible service. I go in nicely and get treated badly for even asking. Literally no other tea, not even tea without milk. Go somewhere else if you really want tea.

Dont waste your money at a place where the employees disrespect customers, dont remake your drink when they make mistakes (but instead make you order a new drink), and then give you mediocre tasting drinks. No thanks! Plenty of other bubble tea shops in the metroplex that do it right.

I found this place on a complete coincidence and was not disappointed!! The staff here is very kind, professional, and fast. The tea has a taste it was brewed recently and is fresh. The pearls are cooked to perfection & are extremely tasty. I will be coming back and telling more people about this place, keep up the great work!

Came in from Illinois while my boyfriend was deployed for work...ABSOLUTELY PERCECT! The milk tea and Boba were made just right. And the tiramisu mocha was a nice change up as it is a unique blend, also made to perfection. Im a huge critic so most of the time its either too sweet, not enough, too icy, etc, but theres nothing I wouldve done to change it! AWESOME JOB!

Horrible. I ordered two drinks from this location I added my number in case they did not have what I was ordering. First their website did not work at all. Secondly they didn’t have the proper seal on the cups because the seal machine was messed up or whatever so the drinks literally leaked everywhere when you try to drink from them. Thirdly they didn’t have what I ordered and didn’t call me at all they just decided to make up their own ideas of what to put in as a replacement for what they didn’t have... like what?! What if I had an allergy? And whatever y’all decided to put in my drinks without asking was exactly what I’d be allergic too!? Then when we kindly went back in and said this isn’t what we ordered or want can we just have a refund they said “No! We do not do refunds or remake drinks!” Like y’all really are horrible. Will never recommend this place, and will never come back ever again.

Edit 2: Deducting another star, because I have now visited a total of 4 times at this location, since my original review and the boba is ALWAYS hard and the flavor of the drinks are lacking flavor and not made with consistency. Not sure what it is, but it’s slowly making its way to the bottom of my list of go to boba shops. Their Arlington location is MUCH better in quality of drinks and service.Edit: Deducting one star because I’ve visited 2 times since my last review and there’s been boba that has not been cooked all the way through and it’s hard in the middle.I love 1102 for their green thai milk tea and the agar boba 😍 My boyfriend and I always crave Tiger Sugar, but since it’s so far we can’t have it often. Went to 1102 not too long ago and found out they make their own version and it’s pretty good!! The workers are always very nice and fast too c:

I would like to suggest to try a vietnamese coffee.

The tea is very good. The service is hit-or-miss. But a huge problem is that I have been to this store literally 6 times when they were out of boba. It apparently takes 45 minutes to make tapioca boba pearls once they are out. About 1 in 3 times, I leave with no boba tea. :(

Never tried this place before but My daughter was craving some Macarons and I googled and I found this place so I arrive at 8:50pm mind you they close at 9 and the ladies at the counter SEEN ME PULL UP and as soon as I walked up to the door they went to the back and the door was lock! I even knocked and they didn’t even come to look! How RUDE an unprofessional!!!

Drinks are great but they are out of boba more than half the time we visit and this time failed to tell me till after they had charged me for my drinks.

When asking for my drink I specifically asked for boba and grass jelly, after getting my drink and going home I relize upon arrival that they left out the boba that I paid for.

I love ther avocado smoothies,cozy place and friendly staff.

Its such a cute & clean little shop and the ladies that work there are very kind, quick, and professional. I highly recommend their Mango Oolong Tea with Mango Jellies and Passion Fruit Boba! Delicious and refreshing! Ive been here twice just to get this drink and its been consistently perfect both times. Ill be going back soon with friends to continue to enjoy this place.

I would come here multiple times a week but they are always out of items. I totally understand that items may sell out on occasion but it’s more often than not.It’s a total waste of time to come here, they have nothing to sell.

Location is clean and beautiful. Young girl at front was very mad we came in lol... I asked for suggestions as it was my very first time there and she said nothing, I ordered 6 drinks and I asked which one is which when she handed me the drinks, she responded quickly and again rudely and unpolite. Not coming back...

So amazing! The environment is wonderful, this place is so adorable and cute! The people are so sweet and the drinks are AMAZING! You can customize everything even down to the sweetness level and they also have like a self service station if youre in a rush! SUPPORT THIS PLACE!

They take so long, and its such a small place.

I stopped in on my way to a meeting for some tea and a quiet place to work. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and walked through the process of creating a perfect boba tea drink. Their menu is big and theyll help you create exactly what you want and even let you try a sample if youre not sure. They wont rush you but they certainly will hurry to get your order ready when you do. They even offered to turn the music down while I worked. Hope this place is around for a long time, I will come back often if they are.

So glad another boba shop opened in Fort Worth! The ordering process is different from the one in Arlington and there isnt a food selection like that one either. The drinks still taste the same, so yay! The guy working there was very enthusiastic and explained the unique ordering process well.

1102 is one of my top favorite tea houses! Its tucked away in the Ridglea Village Shopping Center. I like to order from the menu and go to the refrigerators in the back to pick my toppings. I recommend the hojicha, genmaicha, and green thai milk teas. Drinks are dairy-free, so 1102 is great if youre lactose-intolerant. Service is always fast.
