I got to the laundry mat at 830 and the doors were locked and there was a couple ladies doing laundry inside never so much as looking at me as I stood in front of the automatic doors waiting for them to open..only to find out they have new hours they close at 10pm last load at 9pm. I proceeded to observe that this laundromat is not the cleanest laundromat and looks nothing like the pictures they portray this agitates me because I actually drove 18 MI to get to this specific laundromat that says it closed at 11:00 p.m. and was the cleanest and most family-friendly family-friendly means that if someone comes at 8:30 when your doors arent supposed to close till 10:00 anyway last load 9pm thats you at least acknowledge your customer on the outside of the door. Please fix your hours on Google so that other people dont drive so far and get as discouraged as I am I cant give you five stars because I never got the opportunity to interact with the laundry mat and its employees

An absolute pain in the butt. The dryers do not work. I switched my clothes so many times. Out of a hundred dryers like 20 work. People were in line for working dryers. And there was so many people. So not recommend at all.

You have to buy a card to use the machines, there was a crazy guy in there acting erractic. Most of the dryers didnt work.

I’ve been here twice now, two consecutive Fridays and both times have been completely satisfied. Washer are fairly cheap and free dry. And the dryer is really hott so no need to use up all 40 minutes of initial time given. I’m not sure of the Hispanic lady who works there but she is so sweet. And oh, cards only. ($2.00) I know this may turn people off but to me it’s not a big deal. Well come for years to come or whenever I decide to stop being cheap and get my own washer/dryer.

You have to buy a pay card for 2$ & the pay card machine only takes $5s . I spent $4 on a large machine just for the water not to work so I had to spend another $4 to wash my clothes in another machine. Never coming here again. Zero stars.

If you are traveling a far away and you need to use restroom when you doing your laundromat, ***restroom is NOT OPEN because of COVID-19 but Owner ISNOT cleaning the washing machine or the dryers machine after each person or the Baskets. The owner as turn off the The Wi-Fi and also the TVs.😔 But! prices as Increased to wash.I would like to Report them to the health department for run a Business without any restroom for customers. Failing to keep Customer safe COVID-19 **None cleaning of the washing/Dryers/Baskets and the Machines that the kids play on.

Clean enough. Have to have $5 bills to get a card and the machine charges $2 to load. So in reality if you load $5 you are only loading $3. Bathroom isnt even a bathroom. No toilet paper at all and the door doesnt even shut. I dont think Ill be returning here again.

Unfortunately my dryer in my home isnt working at the moment so I came to the Express laundromat to dry my clothes. The service attendant is incompetent and the dryer steals your time which in turn steals your money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could have give them 0 stars.

Update your hours, both online and on site, or fire the guy who closed your doors at 9. I drove from east fort worth because of your posted hours. Im not getting that gas or time back while carting around a 2 year old. Thanks for nothing jerks.

I went there twice, this is the cleanest Laundry I have seen around. They have free dry if you pay for the wash. They have card system. Card cost $2. I was not sure if I was returning back. After use I returned the card and the manager refunded me the cost of the card and $3.28 which was still on the card. Very helpful staff. She immediately cleaned the washing machine after my use.

I particularly like the store because it has very efficient heavy duty washers and dryers. They offer free dry, if washed there, which is cool. I also love the smiles from their staff and more than willing to help you.

I be there today at 8pm and the lady is really nice and everything really clean yes the dryers not working is the only bad thing the restroom really clean and smells like clean

Horrible place! Most of the machines are broken. Dryers dont dry! Bathroom is nasty. Its a total waste of time & Complete robbery. Just dont do it. Period

I had the WORST experience the other day. One of the machines didn’t take my soap, I let one of the employees know which he was hard to find, by the time he came to “help” my clothes was already on the final rinse. It was too late to do anything. He gave me the phone number to a Ms. Kelly which I would be able to reach her the following day any time after 10am. It’s the next day, I’m on the phone with her and at first she’s nice trying to explain to me how the machines work etc. when I continue to try to explain my problem she gets aggravated and starts giving me attitude saying it’s not her problem. I asked her if there was anyway I could be reimbursed not even cash just money on my card. With that same attitude she told me “it’s my day off, if you wanna speak with me see me in person in the morning” (it’s 12pm when I called her I was told she’d be in at 10) She continued and told me “I have to put the phone down” I asked for the managers number and she hung up on me. I’m not sure how trained these employees are but she was VERY rude and no help at all!! Don’t get me wrong the laundromat is good to wash clothes it’s just some of the machines DONT WORK and the customer service is VERY POOR

Very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I just didnt like that I had to buy a laundry card instead of just putting my money in the machine. Glad I only had to go once, but it was nice.

You have to buy a card for 2 dollars to add money to it to wash instead of coins. Its $6.50 to wash with warm or cold water but $7.25 to wash with hot water. Yes it is free to dry and they have about 59 dryers but when i was there they had 6 people washing but they used all the dryers because they would only put in a few clothes to dry so i had to wait to dry my clothes. Washers takes 40 mins to wash

Wish I would have read the reviews before I came here!! Although the attendant was nice the washing machine I paid $6.85 for did not work, there was no shut off option for the machine, so I had to wait for over an hour for three machine to stop when it should have only taken 45-50 min!!!! The attendant could not give me a refund, said I have to speak to the manager in the morning which is even more inconvenient for me as their hours are not specific. Not a happy camper.... Needless to say I will not be returning. 😣😐😣😐😣😐

This places washer machines tore up half of my clothes and over charge for washing because drying is free. And the people that work there are to busy worrying about each other than caring for customers.I had towels that said they finished but pulled them out and they were beyond soaked. None of the dryers hardly work either.

Rude attendant. The washers were dirty and there was lent an other small objects all over the floor I wouldnt take my year old in there cause it was dirty he had to stay in the car with his dad. The Indian looking lady attendant harassed my kids about being by the arcade then she was rudely addressing them while I was outside attending to my baby. Not to mention she was washing clothes while on the clock but claims she could of been washing for a customer. My opinion 👎👎👎

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!The attendant was busy talking to a guy idk if she just meet him giving out her number or something when I got there about 930p. After her loud convo with that guy everyone could hear she was like ok IT CLOSES AT 11p AND IF YALL AINT DONE BY 1050p NOT MY PROBLEM, I DONT GET PAID TO STAY All while punching her right hand into left hand talking rude. As for me I did say DAMN THAT WAS RUDE I was my first time and it will be my last. These attendees dont need to be hired thinking they can talk to customers all crazy while the boss isnt present and then nothing is done about it when making a complaint. She needs better customer service or FIRED!!!!!!!

They close early, at 9pm. And whether your clothes are dry or not make you leave at 11pm promptly. Thats like a restaurant making you leave and you havent even finished eating your meal. Very unprofessional and rude. Dont spend your money here.

They make you use only this 4 dryers machines if you are here and not use the washers the time for $1 allows the machine for 20min and not working properly dry besides that you had to buy a card that will cost you $2 plus whatever you need to spend here *NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL *

This was my favorite laundry mat until today. The card machine took $20 and didnt load card. I had to take clothes out of 5 washers and move them to smaller washers since my cash was gone.Took almost 25 mins. As clothes are drying it turns 11pm. I was forced to take my clothes out of the dryer while still very wet. I would have been finished but the card issue took up some time. It was very rude and unprofessional to have a customer take home wet clothes due to their machines not working. $30 was spent yet I came home with wet clothes. I will never drive the 15 mins I drove to go there again.
