Dr. Taveka Hicks was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my 2 children at todays visit. Saturday is the offices busiest day, however, they are a well.oiled machine, organized and cordial every time we come. Yes, there is a wait, however, with an all-in-one location, it is well worth every second for our large family (with good insurance coverage, with many options, FYI.) Dr. Hicks took time to explain EVERYTHING to me, make sure our kids were comfortable with our decisions. Etc. I cannot recommend this place enough. THANK YOU LUCK!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTIABLITY.I went in over 2 weeks ago for replacement FRAMES. They called today saying my LENSES were in. I NEVER requested LENSES I requested FRAMES. Now having to wait AGAIN until the correct thing is ordered.ZERO accountability The lady LEGIT didnt care they got things screwed up. SMH I spent too much money with them over the years to be treated so poorly. Telling all my family and friends personally and on social media not to use them. A simple WE APOLOGIZE FOR OUR ERROR would have went a long way SMH! - Signed FED up LONG TIME customer

Their name is perfect for them.They only take walk ins which is great if you are looking for something quick.they also accept medicaid as well. Staff is friendly. And they have a small kids area with a TV. I got 4 exams done in one day and I must say I got out at a pretty decent time..they even looked at my 5 year old..this is my first visit but definitely wont be my last.

Guest wifi password: luck20/20They were pretty busy but I feel like we got through our eye exams at a decent pace. The doctors we had were nice and knowledgeable. We opted to pick up our glasses the next day instead of coming back a few hours later.

Fast Service. My daughter’s are happy. Dr Wang 👩🏻 was our therapeutic. She is AWESOME . Thank You. Staff is Great as well. They help me with more resources. Luck Optical only see ages 5 & up. I wasn’t able to get my son see at age 4. Yes, they take STAR (Medicaid) Cooks Children, just to name one. Yes, you get the exam and glasses the same day. I hope this helps.. OVERALL 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for polite staff and fast service.

Need a better system. Waited for an hour outside just to pick up glasses. Getting an eye exam and glasses should not be an all day ordeal when you are there 15 minutes after they open at 9am. It is now 1:20 and the glasses have been ready since 12:30 and we are still waiting to pick them up..... been coming here for almost 15 years with my kids. NOT ANYMORE. Associates rush you to get you out the door but definitely not to get you in. Feel like they are all about the $$ not much customer service anymore.

Worst customer experience ever Manager and glass frame adjuster could not walk 15 ft to ask there co worker a question about my billing. By far the most unprofessional group of eye care ppl I’ve dealt with . The manager is prime example of poor customer service even when pulled to the side by the so called VP Manager kept displaying ignorance by still talking over her boss explaining why she shouldn’t do her job. I’ve been coming here for 20 years. This place is a joke don’t waste your time and money

Waited 5-7 days (business days actually 11 calendar days) for my glasses and no call from them. When I called they lied and said tomorrow, at 6pm for 2 days in a row. Then the story changed to the lenses were scratched etc. the whole time i am nonfunctionaly blind. They said it will be another 5-7 days etc etc after being lied to repeatedly i demanded my 500.00 dollars back. They credited my card and after 24 hours the refund is still pending. Save your money and frustration Luck optical has went downhill and has become a typical corporate thievery outlet. Not the friendly family owned buisness it used to be!

She’s very patient and professional in solving my eye problems and concerns, plus she gave me some very useful advice about how to relax my eyes when I’m at work, which is very helpful!! This use to be my favorite place for eye care. But not anymore. Heres why. I waited over 2 hrs for contact & glasses exam. I decided to keep the old frames on my glasses and just get a new glass with a new prescription. I received my glasses all scratched!! A guy tried fixing my problem but i think he just put the old glasses in my frames because the new ones were super scratched. Let me just say that I had to go twice to get my glasses. And never did receive a message or call letting me know that they were ready. Also I paid out of pocket.And they still made me lose my time and screwed up? Thats not it. I got trial contacts. Finally found a brand I am comfortable with. However, they didnt have the prescription I needed on my brand so gave me another brand on the left eye with the prescription i needed while they supposedly say they were going to order the correct trials for me. I went to the contact follow up the next week. They had no idea why i was there. I had to explain all this to multiple people. When they finally understood they said that nobody ordered the correct trials for me. To go back another day when they had arrived. I just called right now. Was left on hold, I told a girl all this again. And she answered uh ok how can I help you?. Screw you luck optical. You are not the only ones out there for eye care. Im so glad i didnt purchase contacts from you!

I have got to say, I have been with luck optical for years but have never experienced this great of service before! Recently went in for an eye exam and glasses, doctor was super nice at explaining things, he helped me out a lot. The lady working in the glasses area she was blonde and had curly/wavy hair, she made my experience so much better! I love the service here and it has gotten so much better.

Dr Dean helped me and my children out fast and courteous service. The wait in the lobby was HORRIBLE the only staff who kept me sane as well as 4 other children was SHANTE she was very polite patient and understanding.. Made my visit worth while because my kids n i was about to bounce that wait to be seen for a exam was well over 2 hours. Dr Dean got all 4 of us in and examined withing 45 min! Way to go DR DEAN AND SHANTE!!

I am extremely impressed with the service. Every member of staff was absolutely incredible. I’m at a loss for words at the impression everyone made. Affordable eye exam and frames priced to fit any budget. From the time I walked in to the time it took to for me to pick my glasses out. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience in any way given how late in the evening it was. The provider and staff serve with pride. Amazing!!!

Likesd this place because you dont need an appt and its open Saturdays. But when I really needed them on a weekeday i got off work early to get my sons eyes checked they turned me away, it wasnt even 6 yet. No line no nothing. Very disappointed! Will not be returning soon. Made an appointment elsewhere.

I used to love going here but last time I went it wasn’t pleasant! I drove 2 hrs in that’s how much I loved them.. I went & got a super quick run down eye check & was told my vision was good, he bypassed all my concerns.. mind you I’ve had glasses prior from the same clinic but the dr stated that the glasses I had were “trial glasses” which didn’t make sense lol.. but yeah, save the time & the wait! They got my wifes glasses completely wrong and she had to use her old glasses till they got the new ones fixed. I had an eye exam and when I got my glasses back, my distance vision was very poor. I returned to luck optical and they re-examined my eyes no charge. The glasses they made for both of us were good.

Great experience, this year and last year! Dr Bradford is so very informative. She explained changes from last year to this year, she even compared images side by side with me and she compared images from last year, as well. This was an all around great experience. After the exam the doctor herself escorted me to the eye glass selection area where Cece assisted me. Cece was awesome! She took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for even going as far as picking from selections that were not on the floor. That is customer service! She listened and she delivered. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and she made me feel like I got the very best deal walking out. I will be back no doubt! Thank you Luck and keep up the great work!

I dislike how they are doing things now, they should really do appointments because it seems like their front staff forgets what people are waiting outside, I waited in my car until they were supposed to close for them to call me, holding the clipboard they gave me that they said they would get from me later. Never got a call, even after I went home I never got a call. They asked me for my number and assured me they would call when they were ready for me but they never did.

The general staff is awesome.They are not 1 hour glasses. Took days.They didnt have my contacts in stock.The manager showed no care when I expressed my disappointment and concerns days later when my glasses still werent ready. They have been using the excuse a machine broke for over a month now.Something is wrong and this place is going down hill. And watch. Ill get a response from the business thats going to be basic. That doesnt excuse the negative experience I had.

Dr Steenblik was very professional and spent a lot of extra time since I was diagnosed with an eye disease verifying it and deciding on the best solution of contacts. Really needed an eye-exam and was not wanting to do it because of sanitation concerns. My experience was absolutely beyond my idea of clean. They kept the waiting room spaced out and people spaced out side . Inside everything was being sprayed and wiped. The Doctor wiped everything in front of me and was so professional. The Doctor took extra time to see how my health issues might be causing eye trouble . Then you still get to look at frames however u pick the ones u want and take them to a tech for help in deciding and they clean and put back. Please if you want real help deciding ask for Cecile she was amazing. Been going there for years and never had service like this. Thanks Luck. Barb Bilbrey Tillman

I went to Luck tonight for a routine eye exam. My experience there was GREAT and impressionable enough to prompt this (my first) Google review. I am SO pleased and impressed with my visit today. The staff was cordial as soon as I arrived. Everyone was prompt and explained everything very well. The doctor I saw took her time and was very thorough, and also educated me on new findings with my exam. The cherry on top of this visit was in choosing my glasses. Mitzi, Ray, and the lady who ran the register (I’m sorry for not catching her name) deserve their own 5 stars. They were gracious, friendly and helped me pick my glasses without pressure even though closing hours approached. As I got ready to leave, Ray escorted me to the door and watched to ensure I made it to my car safely as it was dark outside and I had parked on the far side of the building. Thank you, Ray!!! To say I am impressed is an understatement. I would recommend this place over and over.

Very pleased with my experience at Luck Optical. Bought 2 pair, regular glasses and sunglasses. When I checked out I was surprised when they offered a little cash back in a unique way. I wont spoil it for you. After a bit I decided that I did not like one pair of the glasses. In spite of being after the 3 month grace period and the fact that I had made the mistake of picking a pair that I should not have, they exchanged the frames for no charge. I left the glasses that I was unhappy with. As I was leaving, the technician caught me. She was concerned that they were my only pair and offered to let me keep them until I got the replacements. I still was able to use another older pair but I appreciated her concern. Great job Luck.

This is the third year in a row I have had an issue at this place. First year they ordered me the wrong contacts (i use daily they ordered the other kind.) so I had to wait an extra 2-3 weeks for the correct ones. The second year was basically the same except this time they ordered the wrong prescription. I got the call about 2 weeks later saying the correct ones were in. When I went to pick them up, they noticed they were still incorrect!!! They had shipped the correct ones back and kept the old wrong ones. Had to wait another 2 weeks!!! Don’t get me started on trying to get them to help you out with some temporary ones to get you through the time it takes for the correct lenses to ship. This year, I went in for my annual exam and contacts. They told me I had to wait until February (I went in last week of January.) I went in today and now they tell me I have to wait until March...simply irritating but I have finally had enough of this place. The girls working there today were not rude like any of the other ones I usually encounter that’s the only positive I have after 3 years.

I have been getting my yearly exams with my family with Luck Optical for over 7 years now. I see the renovation changes that are better. There were more doctors available which was also good due to the high volume of customers at any given time. I think appointments would be good. Overall the quality of time and service given by the doctors for the examination are good.

I have been a patient here for almost 20 years, but Im considering leaving. I dont mind the first come, first served eye exams because I am usually seen within half an hour. The doctors I have seen over the years have all been friendly, caring and knowledgeable. When I was able to wear contacts, I had no complaints - great fittings and contacts arrived quickly. If this was all I had to base my review on, Id give *****FIVE STARS*****.Getting eye glasses, however, has become a *ONE STAR* experience. Again, its first come, first served, and Im okay with that ... except that its frustrating to see four to six young ladies in the eye glasses area standing around talking to each other while customers are waiting to be helped. On my last attempt to get glasses, I had to come back three times. The first time, I waited 20 minutes to be helped (even though there were young ladies sitting around doing NOTHING) and had to leave because of an upcoming appointment. I returned the next day; there were several people ahead of me, and I didnt feel like waiting an hour or more. I returned a third time the following week, and complained about waiting while there were young ladies sitting around instead of helping customers. I was helped almost immediately by a very helpful and caring young lady (I really wish I could remember her name, because she was wonderful and I would let her help me if I ever return), however my frustration with the whole process cause led me to cancel my order after it was placed.Another frustrating aspect of getting glasses is that I feel the young ladies ordering and fitting the glasses are not very knowledgeable about which frames, lenses and coatings are best for patients - and why - and try to put customers in the cheapest glasses possible even if they arent the best for them (I realize thats what most people want, but I want the best vision possible). Now that I have done my homework and know which frames, lenses and coatings will work best FOR ME, I may return to get the glasses I need.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Order My new prescription glasses they said it take 7-10 day ok, waited 12 day called them not ready yet theyre behind ok, they said be ready in another week ok I understand called 8 days later they dont even have them in their facility that they are on back order. Meanwhile Im here struggling to read with old prescription. Now I have to wait another week they say, dont recommend them they just lost a repeat customer. They could have told me this information in the beginning out of courtesy but NO.

Good experience with the exam. Dr Delgado was very helpful to explain everything and thorough. Front office (reception) is unprofessional. Girls do a lot of cutting up and whispering in front of customers. Dont seem to have much to do. One of the girls rolled her eyes towards another when I asked a question about what my insurance covered. Billing was not correct when I was leaving. Should have been a copay + fee for optional testing. Final billing included charges for services not performed. Be prepared to WAIT.I probably would have talked to someone about frames but noticed that there were several people already waiting to be helped and several of the staff were standing around visiting. Seemed disinterested in helping customers. If it werent for Dr Delgado, I would not be able to rate 3 stars.

Literally the best place Ive gone for glasses. Ive been wearing glasses since 1991. Anyone that gives this place anything less than a 4 must just be a really miserable person in my opinion. Both of my visits were perfect. they have so many to choose from. Both pairs I have gotten were made in less than two hours. I see perfectly now!! My fiancee is more than pleased with her new pair as well. We will be going back FOR SURE in the future. Thanks folks for being awesome and just flat out THE BEST around!

Wanted to get a new pair of prescription glasses tinted here. Took them in, paid for the tint and went back 4 times with no luck at Luck Optical! They damaged my new frames and only refunded what I paid for the tint. Back with no tint and damaged frames.Signed release and your personnel inspected lens and frame thoroughly to make sure there was no damage before they would accept them to tint them as we discussed. Also your release was for cracking lens when you where taking them out of frame. Thought I was dealing with professionals.Damaged new frame beyond repair and I had to make 4 trips. Also, when I came to pick them up you had to carry them back personally to your lab 3 times before you could even get lens back in frame somewhat correct.

It was hard even giving this place 1 star. Its very sad for me. My family has been going to Luck Optical since they were downtown . My Great Grandmother was their 1st customer in my family. The Luck family has sold the business, sadly. It has become the absolute opposite of what it use to be as far as customer service. I went to order my glasses there 2 weeks ago. After explaining I would not be using my insurance due to the previous set they paid for having the wrong RX prescription, I would pay out of pocket. I guess they assumed I was poor ? Incorrect assumption. But after not getting called by the lady who got my paperwork for a very long period, while I looked for frames while waiting. I finally went to see what the hold up was? She was making labels ? Trust me when I say it was a very long wait from the 1st statement till I saw the label making. I left, went to another place & am quite happy! I would not recommend this place to anyone, the kindness& customer service is totally gone. It is 100% only for profit. FYI, the frames I liked at Luck for $ 400 were $ 250 where I bought them.

I generally do not expect much from luck. Im usually ok with my glasses and service and sending my glasses back to have forgotten elements of my order filled is usually not a big deal. It happens a lot though. This time was especially frustrating. Because it the high luster polish was still frosty. I dont think it had been done. So I sent them back to be polished. Tnot a big deal for me Im used to it, but he fellow who was there to fit my glasses told me that he didnt think they would come back from the lab any better. It was obvious he thought I shouldnt send them back. This so called high luster polish should be called frosty finish. Then I tell him twice that my ears were uneven and he didnt adjust for it. He hands me a perfectly straight pair of glasses. And says, there thats good and hes finished! I could tell he was a bit miffed at me for not being satisfied with the edge polish. I was frustrated and tired of trying to communicate with someone who was not happy with me and was rushing to get done with me. So I leave. In the all the frustration and rush I forgot to check for the anti glare coating. I call back to make sure and the lady that answers the phone tells me to call back in an hour that she cannot leave the desk. And she will tell me then. Good grief! Id like to mention that when I arrived at said desk about 30 minutes before NOBODY was there and had to wait a few minutes for a person to show up. I dont mind waiting, but I really do not like to be rushed, put of and lied to.

Had a great experience at Luck today. All the workers are extra nice. I had to take a pair of my glasses in to get fixed and Ray Espinoza was the absolute best. The arm snapped off of the glasses and he replaced them with a frame of my choice no charge. I almost cried because you dont find many people that are genuinely nice and care about there job and their customers like Mr. Espinoza. Thank you so much and we will continue to be Luck customers and really hope Mr. Espinoza will be there for many years to come.

1 StarThey don’t take appointments and it’s a long wait when there’s like 7 doctors. It’s seriously like herding cattle in there. Not very efficient. The waiting room has a high pitched ringing sounds and not enough seating. The girls upfront were nice and the doctor was nice. The doctor said my vision changed some and my prescription was a little bit stronger. I went to check out frames and they had a huge but crappy selection. It was like picking the best of the worst. So I left to go check out frames at vision works. I showed them my vision prescription which was filled out as no lens/ no prescription... but I need glasses so I’m not sure why that was left out. We called and of course the doctor was out. I had to spend money out of pocket to have my eyes checked again, this time at vision works and what do you know, I need a slightly stronger prescription. They dropped the ball and I spent so much extra and unnecessary time and money just trying to get new glasses. Now I have to mess with an insurance claim... Don’t waste your time here

After calling for 2 days and being put on hold and told I’d be called back only to never have that call returned by multiple people over multiple days. I called on Friday and explained to LaQuita I’d been trying to reorder contacts and verify my insurance benefits but kept being passed off. LaQuita and Cynthia went above and beyond to verify my insurance benefits, send me my prescriptions and get everything ordered then and there.

I stopped by to look for a new frame, for existing lenses, and I told them I had Cigna Vision Insurance. They asked for the full Social Security number for the primary card holder, my wife. I refused. They said that they would try to process it without the Social number. When it came time to check out, they didnt show any insurance benefits. I asked them to run it through again, and they again came back and said that they required the Social. I again refused, and I walked out.After I got home, I called Cigna and they unequivocally said that it was not necessary to provide anyones Social Security number in order to receive insurance benefits.

Took off work so I can go in for an eye exam, when all is done I asked for my prescription and the lady did not give it to me. I know she was having trouble with the terminal so honest mistake but I called the next day to have it mailed, because they said they couldnt email. Its been over a week and I still have not received it. I work long hours so when I did have a chance to go in, they have a paper on the door that the office will be closed for 2 weeks. So what am I supposed to do ??

On a recent visit i would like to let all who read this know that Dr. Bradford was very informative, explained the entire process, shared with us about our inner eye condition (blood vessels shown on computer etc). She is very helpful, kind and laid back All other staff were also very good. Mitzi, who helped us try on our glasses after we got a prescription from Dr Bradford and quoted the various prices, is fantastic, friendly and great with people. Having used Luck Optical, then using a large Eye care business on Hulen, then coming back to Luck optical, it is clear hands down, Luck Optical knows how to run a business and treat people with respect! Best Eye Care business I have ever used, and they take many kinds of insurance.

My first experience here 4 years ago was awesome! I have since moved 30 minutes away and drove to Luck, passing several competitors, expecting the same experience. I am really disappointed and frustrated with the customer service and quality of my glasses. First, I asked for the package with anti-glare etc to be put on both pairs of my glasses I purchased there. This was not done and I did not realize it until I got home. I returned the glasses to wait another 2 weeks for this to be done. Secondly, after the glasses returned from the lab, they left the transition tint out of my lenses. So now they have to be sent back AGAIN! The pair I chose to take home so that I can see, has marks on the outer edges of the lenses. Last but not least, the staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all. I sat there just waiting for service without anyone saying anything. I needed help choosing a frame and was left on my own. The sides are too short and I will be returning them. The customer service and quality product has really gone downhill. After spending $1,000 on glasses this is the kind of service you get. Luck Optical will not be getting anymore of my coins!

Most unhelpful place to go to. My daughters contact ripped and she’s at a Cheer comp her dad was going to run and get a temp pair jistvto get her through the comp. Easy right.... NO every person refused including 2 managers stating her exam is out of date. I understand that it ripped and needed just to get her through and would be bringing her that Monday. Still refused to. But they didn’t have any issues asking me 6 month supply of contacts a month before her exam would expire. I would think if they are so worried about exam date they would have looked and said I can sale you a month supply instead of MAKING me buy a 6 month supply knowing her exam was up the following month. This place just cares about how to get money not patient care. I work for a Dr office and know first hand if anyone treated a patient in this manner they would be gone.

Have been going here for years. They are always busy, and you just have to be aware of the time and season when you go. Today I took my daughters broken frames. They were not salvageable, but the had exact pair, different colour. Paid for frames and he put the old lenses in new frames right then .. adjusted them to match old frame and I was on my way... the insurance department is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will continue to use them.

Ive gone to Luck Optical for the past 5 years for my familys glasses. Theyve always been great. I dont know what happened in the last year, but the girls in the front are incredibly rude. They dont even try to hide their irritation at the questions I asked and were very dismissive. The Doctors on the other hand, were great! I think they just need to focus on retraining the front staff. They need to be aware that holding a personal conversation while I am standing there waiting to check in is unacceptable. They looked at me and continued to talk. Only until after they were done, did they acknowledge me. Even then they were annoyed. One of them made a comment about how crappy her day was and how slow her shift is going. It was very unprofessional and made it a very unpleasant experience!

Went in to get a new lens prescription, and it wasnt right the first time (due to my insurance it had to be sent off to another location to get the lenses made). I went back to get them fixed, and the staff was extremely professional about re-doing the lenses, Dr. Delgato and Mr. Raymond especially were very understanding, and helped me out by redoing my eye-exam, getting a new prescription, re-centering the lenses (!), and ensuring they were 100% correctly put together, all free-of-charge since I came back within 90 days. I have been going to Luck since I was a child, & now bringing my own kids in. If you are on a budget, or in a rush, Luck is the place to go for eye exams. Their hours and the walk-in clinic setting is perfect for people who work long hours. I actually drive in from out of town because none of the eye care businesses local to me are even open on Saturdays. The optometrists are knowledgeable, precise, and never try to upsell me into contacts I can not wear.

I was told there would be a 30-45 minute wait for an eye exam. Within 15 mins they started the initial exam. Within another 5 or so minutes the doctor came out to the lobby to get me. Doctor Bradford was very nice and helped me out promptly. I appreciate how easy and convenient the walk in service was.

My glasses I had broke and not repairable. Well I had to find some new glasses quick and went to Luck Optical as my last resort and it has been a nightmare since I walked in. The frames I chose I wanted in a different color so I had to wait a week to get them and once I did I couldnt see a thing through them. They were blurry, made me disoriented and gave me headaches. I gave the lady my old pair of glasses and my new prescription and the optometrists couldnt get my lenses right after 3 times of coming back and I live over an hour away. Then when I got home I noticed the frames were scratched up at the top and the whole frame was bent. I still cant see good out of them and the manager tried to help with the situation but it is still not fixed, still blurry and disoriented and more headaches. I paid a lot of money for these with cash and I can barely drive with them. Ive had glasses for 20 years and this is the first time I have ever had this much problems in just a couple of weeks. I am VERY unhappy with it all. They had my old and new prescription and they changed it all on my lenses which my new prescription hadnt changed much at all but they messed them up 3 times already and now my frames are scratched and noticable and I still cant see. They need to refund my money cause this isnt right and I dont trust them after this. The Optometrists should know what their doing but they dont. Worst experience I have ever gone through to get glasses. I am so stressed out about it

I wanted to order contact lenses over the phone and was put on hold for 17 mins and nobody ever came back to the phone and I believe there was no intention of ever coming back they wanted me to hang up so I called from the home phone back to the insurance department and still no results they said they had to call me back to place an order over the phone the same problem every time I try to place a phone order, if you’re so under staff why don’t you hire some people it’s a lot of people out here that need a job I have been going here for 30 years and the last couple of years same problem.

I purchased a pair of prescription eyeglasses on November 14,2016. These were bought to watch television occasionally, not to be worn continuously. When I picked them up, I didnt get any help to adjust them to my face and head. But I let that go and did the best I could on my own. Two months later a nose piece fell off and then four months after that an ear arm fell off. I took them in last week to get them repaired and was told they were out of warranty,even though there is no mention of any type of warranty on my paperwork.Then I was told that they were unrepairable and would have to purchase another set of frames. Now I wouldnt mind doing that if I had abused the broken ones,but they are like brand new with no wear and tear visible.Will not be doing business with them again!BUYERS BEWARE!!!In response to your response...No where on my receipt is a warranty stated but I was told when I purchased them that they were warranted for a year.Ive checked around and have found that a one year warranty is what most places offer with their products.Long story short... Lesson learned!

The lady helping me and my daughter, Cici, was so incredibly rude and inappropriate. She threw a huge fit because I did not give her the primary’s social security number for my daughters insurance. I told her she didn’t need it as we have used this before and I had the member number and all other insurance information. Very rude and embarrassing. The rest of the fitting she continued to be extremely rude with all her questions and rolled her eyes with my responses. Not sure why she even works here.

I ordered my contacts over the phone and when I called to check on the status they advised me they were never ordered. So, a week later they ordered my contacts. I went to pick them up and they ordered a 90 day supply (daily disposable) of only my right lens. I was confused as to why they would even do this. At this point it had been two weeks since my initial order. They ensured that they would reorder the correct lenses and mail to my home. Guess what, they mailed to an old address. I then spent hours having to track down the package at various post offices. The many times I spoke to the office they didn’t seem apologetic or concerned with my situation. I was very disappointed in my service and will not be returning.

The optometry visit was good. The doctor we saw was very professional, thorough and friendly. The only issue we encountered was we already have a place to purchase our glasses and when we went to get my husbands glasses, his benefits were tied up by this office. By that time, the office was closed and is closed Sunday, so we have to wait until Monday for his benefits to be released so he can get his new glasses.

There is a reason I have used LUCK OPTICAL for over 30 Years! The Prices are Great – but as I have aged this choice has become clearer. In grade school my first glasses – and now bifocals are from Luck Optical. They have accommodated the most sentimental requests… When I got married they found me a pair of sleeper contacts – So I could see my new bride without looking for glasses.
