First visit to this Costco. They didnt have Riunite Lambrusco, so a little disappointing. Very clean, well lit store with wide isles. Was pretty busy today (Sunday). Purchased my first peaches of the season. The yellow peaches 🍑 had an awesome sweet flavor. I had been jonesing for some peaches this year just hadnt found any decent 😋ones till today. These peaches were from California would have preferred 🇨🇱 TEXAS PEACHES 🇨🇱 . ALL STAFF were very helpful as well as friendly! I will go back when in the area.

Very busy. All of the employees were wearing masks, but very few customers were.Otherwise a normal shopping experience at Costco.

Always stop at Costco in TX to buy wine. Wish they carried it in Kansas. This is a good Costco with an e ternary (unaffiliated) liquor store. Convenient to 35 W for a fill up and slice if pizza.

I come here for everything but I love their tire service center. The guys are legit so courteous and extremely helpful, its worth the wait. Sometimes its up to 2 - 3 hours depending on the time the day of you go or if you dont make an appointment but I like the service and the work they do on my car so I dont mind, plus I get some shopping done while Im waiting.

A warehouse (essentially) of bulk goods of usually good value. However, it has been a rare occasion that I have been able to walk out of this store for less than $200. Typically we spend $400-600 per visit. The balance to this is that we generally only visit it once every month or two. Stores are always clean and staff are professional, but I wont go much beyond that. Lines are almost always long with 10 to 30min wait for checkout being very common. With few exceptions, they only accept cash.

Way too many people. No social distancing. Long wait to check out. Too many shoppers to get through the isles. This is not always so busy but Im appalled at the sheer volume of people shopping at one time. All the employees are wearing masks but the sign says at the front vaccinated members are allowed to go mask free if they choose. Every check out lane is open and they all have at least 3 people waiting in each.

Went there for gas and a Costco dog on lunch break. Drove right to pump no waiting. Store was busy but fast. Awesome.

Worst customer service at a Costco ever! I had planned to shop for a lot of items for a big event at our company and I went ahead of my coworker (who does not have a card) to get started with the shopping. Her calls didnt go through because there was no signal inside the store. She waited out for a long time due to that. When we finally got to paying, we had to take out every single item from the cart and leave it on the shelf next to the checkout machine. There were a couple of ladies with scanners but they did not want to scan our items. Ive been to other Costcos and they are usually so nice and leave everything in the cart and scan for you. Or you can scan yourself. I mean whats the purpose of the check at the exit if youre still having to put everything out of your cart? It was such a waste of time. Sure they have great products, but customer service is more important in my opinion. Also, I tried to get my friends on board, and this has been the reason why they chose to go with Sams.

Was recommended to get glasses here, went in completely naive to glasswear and came out a aficiando thanks to Kirsten. Best customer service ever. Made it super easy to decide what to get.

Great selection of items. Fruit department needs a little work. Often times the fruits are rotting the day after I bring them home.

Shopping at Costco is an adventure. Today was a holiday size crowd. Plenty of registers open.

We love Costco... Normally... but lately have been frustrated from a few events. Was pitched to upgrade our membership, pitched to take on the credit card, and told we would get a gift card... Did all that and never got the gift card. Was told it was not supposed to have been advised and was In error. What further frustrated us was that same day we did just over $3000 in purchases and when we got to the door for checks, was pulled to the side because about 7 or 8 items were not rung up. We were asked what lane, did we know them or friend or family, made us feel as if we did something wrong. So they escorted my wife to another lane, had those items rung up, got to the door, and they missed another item and kept us to the side and one of the employees kept questioning us as if we were hiding something or at fault for the items missed. The whole day has caused us to now not go very often like we used too. Visiting with management they really didnt seem to care of willing to assist in the matter.

Love to go to Costco. Great selection and service. Helpful staff. I bought a recliner and they loaded it for me in the back of my truck. I appreciate them since I am disabled.

Very nice, clean and well managed. The check out is seamless, even though they are extremely busy. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they did a hard sell on me to get the executive membership which I was later able to downgrade with no issue.

Kirsten from the optical department helped me fix my broken sunglasses (screw fell out). She was fast, made sure others who were waiting were called for in the right order, cleaned my sunglasses up, and made sure they still fit just right on my face. Give her an award or something Costco! Thanks!

Very nice store, I buy there often and everything is great .Just writing this review to mention that you must check your receipt before leaving the store you will be surprised how many times you come home with double charges for some of the items, I have had same thing happened to me over 3 times and today I went to the food court right after and forgot all about it .And they did it again

My husband and I decided to take the plunge and get a Costco membership! We were finding that Kroger and Walmart were consistently out of items we needed, and honestly it was adding up when we have to drive store to store looking for grocery items.We have discovered that we are actually saving money with Costco, not everything is in bulk! Milk, eggs, etc. So the food does not go to waste if you check dates and make sure your family will go through it, or else share with your neighbors! We LOVE getting our salmon, beef and chicken from here. The meats are so fresh! Also, I buy my water from here and it’s cheapest I’ve found.The weekends are PACKED with people. We have visited right when they open and in the middle of the day, there’s not a better time tbh. I imagine during the week and in the morning would be better, but I don’t have the luxury of being able to make the trip at that time. I ONLY get weekends, so just grab a coffee beforehand and keep on trudging! Haha.

Very nice store, ...well stocked and pleasant staff. I removed a star due to the notice that next week they will be discontinuing their senior hours that have been so helpful during this stressful time. With covid variants on the uptick, this appears to be a premature move. All things being equal, well be just as safe shopping locally and no longer need to make the longer trip, to here.

LOVE Costco! This one is even better because they have a Liquor store as well. I got a bottle of EH Taylor bourbon and they had Buffalo Trace in a handle for like $64. That is a bargain in my book.

This location is a hidden gem! Weve been to a lot of Costco locations, but this one is really big and very clean and not a lot of people there. Its kind of hidden away. I would definitely drive farther to go to this one!

Your products at this store and other stores make me buy things I dont want to buy! I think theres a mind altering device when I walk in. Cant wait to visit again. Great service and products.

Why is it every time I go to COSTCO for the basics, you know, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Laundry detergent etc, I leave there with over $100 dollars worth of items. Impulse shopper, unfortunately for my bank account. Lol. Besides the basics, I love their cilantro shrimp, almond pastries, Toys for my great grands, occasional clothing for myself, trying new items they have. I guess I just love shopping at Costco!! Classic.If you havent been, you should. The discounts are incredible, especially if you are getting more than one mouth. The fruit is fresh, the meat is succulent, the gas is unbeatable.

Their bakery staff is super professional, friendly, and they make the best cakes! I had a cake pickup scheduled for 6 PM and I called and asked to see if Id be able to pick it up earlier around noon, and left my phone number with someone in the receiving department to give to the bakery. A few minutes later, I got a call from the bakery saying that theyll put our cake order in front of everyone elses and get it done ASAP! We got there by noon and our cake was ready to go. Very grateful for this awesome customer service.

I have been a Costco customer for more than 10 years. In general, I like the Costco customer service and Costco employees’ attitude towards customers. However, on August, 2021, I7 experienced just an opposite treatment. I had terrible and unprofessional customer service with very bad attitude.

Love Costco for taking harmful products out of the store, but the cooked food served in the restaurant there is ultra-mega salty. I cant eat any of that stuff. It harms my health; it swells me up every time I eat it. I had to give it up.

Very frustrating to try and do instacart shopping here since there is zero cell service inside. I was told I am not the only one with the same problem. It would be extremely helpful to have wifi available.

The tire shop is quick and friendly. The liquor store is convenient.

This place is clean and has great prices their produce is good never really see anything going bad . However on my last visit they weren’t over packed at the checkout lines but still felt like I was being rushed out the door and little to non interaction with the cashier or her helper . The lady’s at the door were nice and friendly though

I do like this Costco. Honestly the employees are hit and miss. Register folks are great and fun to talk to. Had a few emoyees get nasty because we were too close. We were and we were not fighting it. The nasty was not needed. We were nothing but agreeable. Why so nasty.

We live here in TX, the state mask mandate Has been lifted, the fact that you have your employees coached up to attack people not wearing a mask or having it slightly pulled down is a great way to lose business. The reason they left at the mask mandate is because it’s proven that masks don’t work and actually cause more issues. You’re blindly following a policy that is known to be a complete fraud. I’ve been a customer for a very long time however next weekend I’ll be going to get a Sam’s membership. They seem to be more reasonable about personal freedoms there.

Love this place. They have $1.50 hot dogs that come with a drink. Also great big slice of pizza and a tasty chicken bake. You can also get a whole rotisserie chicken for only $5. You need a membership which cost yearly or if you have a gift card you can enter.

We shop at Costco all the time and are pleased with the stores inventory of food and merchandise. We also make use of Costcos Tire Center & Optical departments.Costco managers & employees are courteous and they provide excellent customer service to its customers. The store, itself, is very clean and well-stacked.

Plenty of ways to buy in bulk and save money. Quality cuts of meats a the bakery is quite nice. It was an overall enjoyable shopping trip.

Need to ditch the face diapers man! If your not going to require the proper PPE like a N95 mask that medical professionals and first responders use to come in, dont bother! Because a thin piece of cloth or dust mask is not preventing one micron of virus on a particle from being caught.

This was only my 2nd time inside a Costco, and the first that I have bought anything. Have to say, Im very impressed. Great selection of everything. The best compliment that I can give Costco, is...For years, I ave shopped at that other warehouse store, and Costco has them beat in every way.

Hundreds of people in the store this afternoon in very close proximity to each other. But dont get caught with your mask pulled down an inch below your nose while youre disciplining your child. Their staff will be on you like white on rice to make sure your nose and mouth are completely covered at all times. But no social distancing. None, whatsoever. That doesnt matter to Costco staff and management. People side by side everywhere..Hypocrisy of the highest order.

I have one major complaint about Costco and this trip is the perfect example of why. I went in with a list that had 4 items. I walked in and knew where the items were. Unfortunately they were spread out across the store. Needles to say I found the 4 items and 10 others that I didn’t need but yet somehow ended up coming home with us. Great store and service but it takes my money with no remorse.

To be that busy and still have such a helpful and polite staff from anywhere in the store. Best place to get your goods.

Love this Costco location. Like all of them, Costco is a great place to stock up on bulk quantities of stuff you use a lot of. I try to make the trip to restock every month and they almost always have what I want on the enormous shelves. Electronics, clothes, books, cookware, tools, furniture, holiday decor, glasses, pharmacy, and obviously food... lots to choose from! Don’t forget to stop next door at the attached liquor store for ice to put in the ice chest!

We just moved here and was going to get a membership, but I went with my son and the lady at the front had a complete meltdown because I wasn’t wearing a mask.I will not be getting a membership at a place that does not respect my freedom. I’ll drive a little further and go to Sam’s.

We love Costco. We buy the majority of our red meats from here - including steak. Beware of the middle aisles though - that is where your checkout total goes from $100 to $1,000 real quick.

They had sanitation station and very courteous employees.

Went to the hearing aid center for replacement parts and was given the wrong size. As result, the part (tulip) is now lodged in my left ear canal. I asked they could remove it and said they would not. Now I have to go to the Emergency room or a real doctor to have removed from my ear. Someone at Costco needs to look into this. You owe me some answers on how and why this happened. Never have gone shopping and caused me to go to ER.
