Usual donut shop I go to was closed for the week, so I came here since it was close to where I work. The service was great and the employee who took care of me was very kind and helpful. Thank you! 😄

These are my favorite donuts. The dough is light and airy, not greasy at all, and they always have a nice variety of all my favorites. They’re much cheaper than other donut places too! 😊

Dominic was super warm and welcoming. The donut holes are A but with his service they were upgraded to A1.

I went there during this ice storm to pick up some breakfast considering they were the only thing open I bought some burritos sausage egg cheese and hashbrowns they gave me food poisoning I have been sick all day take your money somewhere else or live with the consequences of being sick

Im not sure if this place changed ownership, or maybe they have multiple locations and the friendly people who were working here months ago are focusing their attention on a different shop, but as of late the one man I keep seeing behind the counter really hasnt maintained what I used to like about this place.He isnt all that friendly (he isnt MEAN, but the woman and various students that used to be working this place were SO NICE). The variety of breakfast sandwiches is gone. (At first I thought I wasnt getting in there early enough, but Ive come in there earlier and earlier and its just been sausage rolls; they used to have this one with a fluffier bread stuffed with a rice and sasauge mixture... havent seen it in weeks.) Doesnt seem to interested in making any of the specialty coffee drinks they advertise on the menu board (a variety that, admittedly, seems to have dwindled recently, too, given the amount of handwritten edits the board has seen lately). And the dining area used to be kept really tidy, with all the cooler drinks and supplies kept out of sight, but this is no longer the case.All-in-all, the things that made this donut shop stand out among the crowd seem to have vanished, which is kind of a shame. But, ya know, maybe its for the best. I probably shouldnt be eatin em, anyway.

An excellent find. The true new hidden gem of samson park/lake worth. Me and my wife went there and loved it. The donuts had great flavor and were a melt-in-your-mouth kind of light. I strongly recommend Nates Donuts if youre looking for above average donuts.

Clean, friendly personnel, and many many tasty treats to choose from at reasonable prices.Will be returning myself and highly recommend for all of the 🍩 (plus) fans out there.

After trying all the local donut places Ive found this one. Nates has great fluffy donuts. My whole family asks to go here on Sunday mornings. We will continue to come here. Thank you gut for A+ service and food.

I was given a cold sandwich right off the shelf. He did not ask if i wanted it heated in addition to the fact he charged my card an extra 1.50 for the total displayed. Theres no telling if the price displayed is even correct I called to express my concerns and he did not care. Completely unapologetic. 1 ham & cheese sandwich and 2 regular chocolate donuts 7.78? To rob customers of hard earned money is theft. Thats not right!

Appreciate service providers that smile, make eye contact and give me compliments!! And his donuts melted in my mouth. Definitely will visit again if i get the chance b !!!

Once they had a had a bacon maple bar and it was so delicious. They dont have them often but if they do, get it. We most of the time we get their breakfast sandwiches heated. So good.

A small Donut Place just opened next to the DPS and its awesome! Phil is really cool and friendly and seems delighted to work for his new business. Defiently a nice place to stop for donuts.

The donuts are the best Ive had locally. Ive never been over charged. I would have gave 5 stars but their customer service skills are not the best. Theyre not very friendly at least to me. Im pretty polite but even when i smile at eaither the husband or wife its like it takes everything in them to smile back.lol Idk its just very uncomfortable when i get donuts. I go once a month if that.

Very kind staff the only downside is that the donuts are more like the cake texture than donuts. The cinnamon raisin roll was great though. Kolaches were alright definitly worth the price.

Casher overcharged me when I questioned it, she asked someone in back, voided my purchase then overcharged me for my orange juice. First time I checked this place out the pig in blankets where overcooked and the guy tried to tell me they where still good. (Poor at best). I wood like to see them make it.

Ive tried to take my little kid here 3 times now, all the times were before 9am, around 830ish, and literally EVERY single time they are out of almost everything, basic donuts like donut holes, sprinkled chocolate, chocolate. It just doesnt make any sense to be open until 12 or 1, and not make enough stuff to last you until even 9 or 10 oclock?! This shop is the most convenient for us when we get donuts, however we will just continue to drive a little further to Yummy Yummy donuts on jacksboro, they are ALWAYS stocked up and ready to serve. And they have great service which means a lot as well. Just my 2 cents!

I know the owners personally because I work for their convenience store in springtown and they use to make the dont here and sell them here for years but they decided to move the donut business to a better location and I loved their donuts and the customers here misses the donuts a lot the only time we get them now is when they have left overs from that morning then they box them up and bring over here and I always buy a box for myself

Both online and the door says the shop is open to 1 p.m. and when I got there they werent open I was pretty irritaded. So save to say they lost my trust and Im never going to attempt to go here again because theyre probably not going to be open
