We recently purchased new windows from SunSmart Windows and Doors. They did a terrific job and we were very pleased with both the quality of the windows and the installation. It took less than a month from the time we agreed to buy the windows until they had been ordered and installed. Replacing windows in an older home can be a challenge and we were very pleased with their quick completion and painless installation.

Scott was wonderful came out and helped us find the perfect windows for our home. Once the windows came, everything was extremely seamless and the install went very smoothly, installers were very quick and tidy. Great quality, totally happy with the windows and the service they provided.

First off, this company is very responsive to messages. It is rare that a company is transparent and answers inquiries promptly to help in your decision making. By my experience, they have a storefront that is clean, and in a very secure area in Ft. Worth. They are knowledgeable about the merchandise they sell. I was in the market for patio doors and they are good quality. In a world of anonymity thru internet web services, it is difficult to know who you are transacting business with. They care about their customers. I recommend this business as honest, professional, responsive, & friendly.

6 months to get 5 windows in, one window was ordered incorrectly. As of today still missing one window they don’t keep us informed we have to call or text them. 8 months and still missing a window. Company gets their money and their done with you or try making customer happy. They been getting their monthly payment since day one. Wouldn’t ever recommend this company

The install exceeded my expectations. I had a garden window put in above my kitchen sink and did not know that the sides of the window were going to be able to open, that was a huge bonus. All of the windows are filled with argon gas so they keep out almost all heat from the sun which is a must for our house because the morning and evening sun beats in the windows and heats up the house. Great communication throughout the installation process as well.

The window installation went very well! They arrived promptly and had a streamline process. They knew exactly what they were doing and wasted no time getting the job done. They covered my home and furniture to minimize the mess. The service men were professional and courteous. The minimal clean-up was completed after the installation. We love our Sun Smart windows. This is only May, but we already notice the difference in heat coming through our windows in the afternoon. I think we will break even with our investment in five years! The company was great to work with. Summart did an amazing job installing our windows. Do not regret one bit making this decision of choosing them for our windows.

We replaced half the windows in our house about 4 years ago. The process was kind of painful in that the workmanship was less than what we expected and the timing of the project was no where near what the sales person promised. To get the project completed to our satisfaction ended up taking several months. The bright side was that we did see some pretty good energy savings.Our experience with SunSmart was definitely superior to our experience with the other guys. The cost and quality of the windows is probably about the same. The process for getting them installed was completely different. The installation schedule worked out to be exactly what was promised when we signed the papers. The installation guys were a pleasure to work with, AND they did some real quality work. Since we only had the windows installed a month ago, the jurys still out on the energy savings, but the new view and noise reduction is already evident. Id urge anyone desiring to install new windows in their home to include SunSmart in their vendor evaluation. My guess is that they (like we) will choose SunSmart - and not regret it!

Everything went well. We love the windows. They open and close very easily and smoothly. They have great curb appeal and should help protect us and our electric bill from the harsh Texas summers. The windows are tinted, so we can open our blinds during the day and dont have to worry about strangers being able to see inside. We bought two back doors: one for a patio and one for an upstairs balcony. Both doors open and lock smoothly. The doors have built in mini blinds. We love them because they dont bang around when you open the door like our others did. Installation went well. The entire crew was polite, courteous, friendly, and most importantly, cleaned up after themselves. I am sure the house was cleaner after they left than before they arrived.

This was a very easy process and the staff were very professional. The installation was done over 3 days for 27 windows. The installers did an excellent job of covering all our furniture with protective sheets and clearly they knew what they were doing. Kudos to the installer Carlos. The old windows were removed from our home as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to save energy and have nicer looking windows to call SunSmart.

We unfortunately had a frustrating experience due to the sales rep selling turn key results to us when Sunsmart typically does not do this. As a result, come installation day, there was a lot of confusion about what was supposed to be done, and the process was drawn out.Bill, however, was very professional and corrected the mistakes of the sales rep. The quality of windows/doors and installation is great! Make sure every detail is outlined in your sales agreement and in writing; Sunsmart did the work as it was sold to us at no extra cost to us.

I was hesitant to replace my windows due to the cost but Im so happy I took the plunge to replace my 30 year old windows. I was able to get custom picture windows and they are energy efficient too. They are absolutely beautiful and I dont have to worry about heat or cold coming through.

The whole process was great. I actually just wanted to get a quoteBut I really needed some windows and the difference between what I had and the quality of these windows was no comparison. I ended up getting the whole house done. I was also worried about the Covid-19 thing but the install team was really good and respectful of the social distancing. We just move into different rooms than where they were working.Brian and his team did a wonderful job and I couldnt be more please with our windows. This was a major improvent to the whole house. The only downside is that it now makes me want to do other improvements.

Then, after the job was done, he came by again in person to inspect the installation job. The installers were all professional and very good. I replaced five windows that previously Id received bids from four companies who wanted to install windows that open. I did not want these windows to open, they are for light only. So SunSmart gave me exactly what I wanted. They were punctual and clean and the windows upgraded the whole feel and look of my house.

My Familys experience with SunSmart Windows was fantastic! We had gone to the home show and gotten quotes from a few other companies and each one of those said that the other companies where not good they were better ( like most do). We werent sure if we wanted to go forward with the windows. SunSmart just happen to be in our neighborhood and knocked on our door. I told the guy that we have a few quotes already but one more would be fine. He was very polite and we set the appointment to get a price. Andrew came to our home right on time and unlike the other reps that had come to our home he made us his friend not just someone looking to upgrade their windows. So the price was better than all the others for the same windows so we said yes. Andrew was our contact with the company but when the office called with any question or to give us an update each person we spoke with was awesome. The day of the install the team arrived exactly on time and were done earlier than they said it would take which was not long at all. The installers were very professional, prepared the entire house by moving needed items and taking down and putting blinds back, and very efficiently changed out 18 windows in less than a full work day(8 hrs). This company is amazing. When we bought our home in 2016 we knew right away we were going to need to replace our windows. They were the originals from when the house was built in the 60s. But replacing 12 windows was going to be a huge expense so we took our time looking for a quality company with the highest quality products. And then Sunsmart found us. The entire process was a breeze and we got exactly what they said we would, and if you arent new to home renovations you know that is often a rarity. Not only do my windows now look great and keep out more of the surrounding noises from the neighborhood, but I also feel safer the the security features built into their products. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

I gave them a call and within a few days they came out and took a look and got us taken care of. Truly still impressed with their customer service and quality of work. 10/10!We are very satisfied after using this company to replace our 1963 aluminum windows. After contacting them, we had an appointment with Daniel. Daniel spent a few hours going over window choices, SunSmarts incredible warranty, and financing options. The demonstration really makes you a believer! We can look forward to not feeling the killer Texas heat coming up. He was extremely courteous and frankly, kind of fun to hang out with! He even sent a super nice thank you note after all was said and done.It took several weeks to have the windows built to our dimensions, but it was well worth the wait. Jessica was very communicative about any updates and even came after they were installed to check in with us.Caleb and Mike did a wonderful job not only installing, but cleaning up as they went. They were super nice and professional and I would love to use them again in the future for our door replacements.

My kitchen windows were old and damaged from previous owners, I knew I wanted them replaced but what I did not know was how much of a difference it would make. I thought all windows were created equal but that is not the case, Sunsmart windows are AMAZING! They have a slight tint and a nice thick trim that makes them look luxurious. Andrew was our salesman and he was very polite and knowledgeable. Jay and another person I think Keith, installed our windows. They were incredibly fast and efficient! They were also entertaining to watch and made sure our experience with Sunsmart was great. I could not be happier with our new windows they look incredible and gave our house a much needed facelift. We plan to move in the next couple of years but I will be a Sunsmart customer for life. you can bet my next house will be getting these windows, now that I know how great they are I cant live without them!

I was hesitant to buy these windows at first but after talking to one of the sales representatives and doing my own research I knew I made the right choice.The builder windows they put into homes is absolute trash and does little for environmental control of heat and cold. The composite windows with the Argon middle layer has been doing wonders for keeping my AC running low. My house stays cool in the Texas heat and at night I can open them up without to much breeze coming in and freezing the house.As for the buying process, it only took a couple of hours from start to finish and I can say that it was actually delightful. My sales rep Camilla showed us the product, reliable information, and a demonstration that has been true since she showed me.The installation was also fairly quick and hassle free. The installers came in, took out each window, and cleaned up. This is an upgrade to homes that I highly recommend if you plan on living there for some time and dont want to deal with the Texas heat!
