Went there today, needed a driveline cut down and a yoke welded on then balanced for a 1950 Mercury. Not a big paying job, probably $150-$200.00. A lady was helpful and referred me to another man at the counter, he seemed to find excuses not to do the work. I thanked him for his time. I then called a driveline company in Hurst who was extremely grateful to have my business and I will have my driveshaft back next week.I understand that I dont do a lot of driveline work, but I do own a business and for me the needs of every customer is important. That didnt seem to be the case with Mr. Cowtown Gear, his comment was he does big stuff not little drivelines like mine.
