Customer service is very rude do not greet every customer even of color store smelled it dirty baskets was not clean no hand sanitizer or sanitary wipes to wipe the basket not covid-19 friendly

Should have been more cashiers for a weekend, also had a ringing phone on loud speaker that was never answered- sooo annoying! Saving grace - cleas and well stocked

We stopped going to this location because there’s always 5-10 homeless people lurking the exit asking for money. My female friends do not feel safe.Strongly recommend to go somewhere else.

Alway bought flour tortillas there because they looked an tasted home made. Went the other day bought some they looked like they werent cooked all the way. Looked like tortillas that you buy uncooked. Wont be buying any more tortillas there anymore.

The Chicken Tamales are to die for...Full of meat.. They also have pork and jalapeno and cheese.. Very good😊👍

This location was one of the ONLY locations to put limits at the start of the pandemic. So all us non-hoarders were able to still find our needed supplies.The amount of cleanliness protocols they established is magnificent. Employees are very helpful and friendly.The restaurant area is also great. Their food is AMAZING if you dont feel like cooking. Their frutería and aguas frescas are always on point. Both areas are affordably priced.The location itself is very convenient. Its off I-35 and Berry so getting in/out in any direction is very easy.The parking in the shopping center is plentiful. Even if you park at the end of the parking lot, its not a far walk.NOTE: Be careful when walking or pulling out of your parking spot. Cars drive extremely fast down the lanes (not sure why considering all the pot holes in the shopping center parking lot).

Great grocery store with a mini food court and bakery. There is seating available for diners. You will find a well organized store with everything you will need in the kitchen. Obviously, they specialize in Latin culture food products and they have a lot of choices.

The place is beautiful and has everything you would ever need. The place is also very clean and clam. When entering you also get sanitizer and mask if needed to protect yourself.

I really enjoy going here! The guys who keep the store clean do a very good job and are always friendly.

Very clean grocery store, looks like its packed with different kinds of variety. Came here specifically for the pastries and was extremely dissatisfied. Everything was stale and not very tasty. Too many other better options in the area.

Usually lower prices than its competition. Great selection of hispanic goods. Parking near the front is almost always available. For a grocery store in Fort Worth, I cant think of a better one than this one.

Selection was great, I highly recommend the Masa preparada for tamales. It was so easy to work with and had a fresh smell. The first time I made tamales I got the Masa from another store. It was harder to work with and had a funny smell. Rio Grande will be my go-to from now on

Filthy store, as you can see one of the workers is reporting an issue as he tries to dry up all the water coming from the meat department. It smells sewer water. Anywhere you step your shoes get dirty.

It wasnt me that she ran off, but shes running off a lot of people accusing them off panhandling when they are not. What gives her the right to run people off for smoking or talking on their phone when they arent even near your store? Theyre sometimes past Family Dollar. I refuse to ever come in your store again because of her. And its pretty shady of you to remove my review just because it wasnt positive.

This store has great deals!! Not to mention the aguas frescas, the fresh tortillas being made right in front of you, the Panaderia, the first food, and the grocery store in general are awesome. The only thing, I must warn you is the parking. I wouldnt recommend you parking too close. Walking a bit is better than being stuck trying to get out of a very trafficked parking lot -pedestrians and vehicles. Outside the store there is an elote stand, so that is a plus.

Everything that you can get at a big box supermarket can be found here. Prices are equivalent as well. Bakery items are plentiful variety and delicious. Hot food restaurant was lacking though very affordable.

This place is wonderful. The produce is well priced and usually very fresh. The fresh tortillas, salsas, and chips are all well made if a tad expensive. The real reason to go is the meats. Their selection is big, and the marinated meats are to die for. Meat, meet grill. Boom.

We love coming here for the tacos, wonderful salsas, and great people working their. Their carnitas are the best in Fort Worth, good tortillas, and excellent salsas. My wife loves the el pastor...Sylvia and the rest of the crew always do a great job and we always leave happy. Haven’t been disappointed once. Thanks guys.

Love El Rio Grande. They have well priced groceries. They continually add new items that are needed and truly appreciated.

Do not buy their tres leche cakes. The cake was super dry and the fruit had mold growing on it.

I went to buy a Tamarindo water. It was sour, so I went back and told the lady that was there. The one who took care of my order was very nice. The other lady there on the other hand, I think she was the manager, was very rude. She was very bold and said well your going to have to pay the difference. Which I did not mind at all but the way she said it was like I was lying about the water not being good. No apologies were offered, nothing. No thank you either. Where has hospitality gone?
