First let me say i LOVE Harbor Freight... this store was welm stocked neat and clean the staff was friendly and quick to help... well organized ..i liked it.

An item will say In stock on the website but never seems to actually be in stock at this store. Third time this has happened to me in the last couple of months. The manager told me I have to call to check, but if thats the case why have an online inventory? They are also very understaffed; its a good day when they have more than one cashier or you can find someone on the floor to ask for help. Great prices but not worth the hassle.

I love Harbor Freight. I get all my outside decorative lights there. They have great prices.

They had what I needed and it worked just fine .

Great staff. Reasonably knowledgeable, at least more so than me.Inventory showed that there was 6 of something in stock that was no where to be found, but it wasnt that big of an issue.Helped me save about $10 by signing up for the Membership program. Cost $30 for a year but saved $40 total.

Great place for all kinds of tools from watch repair to automotive- even lawn/garden equipment. New/used big tools like welders and such. I can never walk out of this store empty-handed, lol. Can catch dome amazing deals.

No matter how little you plan to spend at harbor freight you will always spend two or three times that amount. They always have the things you didnt know you needed till you saw them. LOL

This location is normally pretty nice. Workers are always helpful. My last visit I need a pump and the hose attachments. The manager grabbed a basket himself and loaded up ready for me to check out. You dont see that too often in places where a manager works.

Got what I went for plus a 100 watt solar panel set at 130 bucks. Id buy more for this price. Store was in order and employees were kind.

No problem with these tools. You just have to use your head when buying. If you are a professional go buy the higher end pro stuff. If you are a weekend worrier like myself. Then buy em use em replace when wore out. If you find I a year you have used a tool 50 times and it breaks either buy another one or upgrade to a higher more know brand. See picture for a small $100 vertical band saw.

Found a great table saw for $129.00. Best price I could find anywhere. But there werent enough employees there to serve anybody on the floor so your pretty much on your own.

Its always good to go hear its cheap and by I-20 on Grandbury Rd today i am guessing one employee was overwhelmed i presume. Though she should know what kind of work (job) she got into. That way her responses to customers can be a little bit more on the customer service.

Every thing you could use for every sort of craft at a reasonable price, customer service is good they knew were everything was at and was greeted at the entrance

Love Tools. Love Harbor Freight. Everything reasonably priced and they have such a large variety of merchandise.

Its just a matter of knowing where to shop. Im real big on the Amazon discounts, but every now and then I come to harbor freight for some serious bargains. This is the one closest to me and has never disappointed. I tend to get lost in all the merchandise theyre able to fit in such a small store, but they have a ton of things I never even knew I wanted or needed!

Excellent customer service!!! They didnt have the machine we needed in stock but they checked on the computer for us and gave us the address for the closest location that had it in stock and we doce there and bought it!

Only rating the store. Every time I call and ask for something they say they have it stock but when I get there its oh sorry we do not have it. I understand inventory gets out of wack but this store here. Surprise they get anything. This is not an isolated event, this is all the time. I honestly dislike this store personally. Some of the staff are friendly, other are mad to be at work. ( Just my opinion) They need to come in and do inventory there.

Great store, had what I needed in stock. Store personnel were helpful. One customer was not wearing a mask as required by the county and Governor. And no one appeared to question him.

Generally a pretty good store to shop at with decent prices on decent good tools unfortunately I would have given five stars but I needed a nail gun but they were out of stock on that one and few others which is understandable right now but totally not their fault. Cant win them all.

Ive given up for online ship to address orders. Went in today to pick up something once I made sure they had it. The item I purchased you have to go back and get a paper inventory card then go to the cashier and pay for it and someone will bring it to the front of the store and even helped load the item. I called ahead due to a 45 mile drive to make this purchase and they held the last one for me.Maybe its just me but I saw alot of tools and a large air compressor being brought back into the store due to failure...with Harbor freight chances are the product isnt made in the 🇺🇸 js

30 minutes in check out line while.... Other staff messed around with empty carts trying to look important. Ill never come back.... Ill drive 30 miles to avoid that mind numbing experience!

I was just there today for a few small things, but the staff was able to direct me to them immediately. The items I bought were MUCH less expensive than at a traditional hardware store, and very close in quality. Since they were one time use items, they were good enough.The larger equipment I have previously purchased were also of fine quality, and much less expensive than elsewhere.

Cheap tools! Always a cheap price, sometimes cheap quality, but always what I expect. You dont buy for 80% off comparable prices to get the same quality. There is allot of stuff though that is if good quality, just not so cheap.

It needs more check out lines than just 3 the lines stretch all the way to the back of the store for no reason

Let me start out by saying that I LOVE Harbor Freight. Generally low priced tools that work for what I use them for. I am usually in a store at least once a week. This location however, is a SH****LE. The lines are ALWAYS at least 4 people long. They never open an additional register when they are busy (they are busy from open to close, everyday), and on the off chance they do, the dont take customers in the order in which they were waiting. Good luck finding anyone in the store area for assistance, as there is no help for you here. Must be their version of the Hunger Games... Call them on the phone, and expect to be placed on hold for eternity, and when someone does finally come to the phone, they will NOT be able to answer your question. I was told I could not use the 20% coupon on an item, so I went to the website, and apply the coupon to my cart with that item in it, and voila!! it works. They obviously have no clue about the rules at their own store. Do yourself a huge favor, and drive the extra miles to the store in Arlington, youll be happy you did.

Love this store! Best Prices on the tools you need everyday! My home away from home. I have been coming here for several years and have never really bought anything that was substandard. Although the tools are not Dewalt or Snap on, neither is the price. There are tools for everyone and everything. This is one of the few remaining places that gives you a free item with purchase and coupon. People are usually really helpful and friendly. They recently remodeled and the store is larger with more shopping options.

Always a great place to shop. My wife needed a tool for her hobby. We came out with a bag full of tools. Also, we just had a storm and we lost our electricity for a time. They must of had a dozen different generators. We purchased one for $109. Not large can run a heater or light. You will always find something you need.

Their collection of tools have really expanded. Lots of cheap tools but also lots of high quality tools too. I love this place and always check here before any other tool store.
