Called 9/22/21 to speak with someone about buying a equipment. A lady took my name and number and I never got a call back, so I purchased from someone else...they called back. I purchased a Softwash unit 2 months ago from powerwash.com friendly people...but they ignore emails...except when they bill you...ignore voicemails....the sales rep once...and the assembly dept once. Called for a ship date and was told a sales rep would call back in 15-20 minutes...its been 2 weeks....but I did get the item on time. Packaged nice & shipped with no damage. Good job! I will however be building out my new trailer with equipment from someone else. Your inability to return calls cost you 2 8 gallon machines, a gas powered softwash machine, 6 100 foot hoses and 3 reels. You blew a $14,200 call.

Only place that had the pump I needed. Very informative on other items needed as well.

The staff there was knowledgeable and very helpful. They had solid answers for all of my questions and had great advice. This place is now my go to source for everything power washing.

Edit: I appreciate the courteous reply and may return at some point.Bottom-line I wouldnt waste your time as a walk-in customerI dont know how they treat online customers but when I walked in their store. I did not get treated very well.First off there was no-one waiting the counter. No big deal... I use to work a counter, I get it. Then some guy walks in from the back and I hear him say to one of the office girls, do we have a customer?. I was literally standing 10 feet away, looking right at him. He says Oh, hey. I said I need 100ft of the cheapest high pressure hose for 4500 psi. He then looks at me as if I just asked him a complex math equation. So, I pick up a bundle of hose that was on a shelf and say, is this 100ft? He responds, I have no idea. Then proceeds to tell me that hose is very expensive and is a minimum of $170.00 and it just goes up from there. I replied... I know hose can be pricey. He then starts asking me what type of machine I have and explains to me that my machine has proprietary fittings and none of the fittings they have will work. At this point I realized he really had no interest in actual customer service. Long story short, I asked for a business card and left... just so I would remember to find this place online and leave this review. I definitely wont take a 45 min drive to get there again, and wont be ordering from them online.He got what he wanted and chased me away. I guess Amazon or someone else will get the business from me. He didnt even let me get to the part about the soft-wash system I wanted to set up. The new surface cleaner I wanted to buy, chemicals, a new ball valve or anything else. I think he just assumed I missed my exit or something or that I had no idea where I was.

I called looking for a pump for my pressure washer. The guy that answered the phone said he had never heard of that brand of pressure washer nor did he have anyway to look it up. Now I know this is a part store and like any other parts store you have books or computer systems and even the internet to help you help the customer. This guy was a complete I dont want to do nothing jerk!!! I even had the model number for the exact part that I could buy online already ready for him and he didnt even care to hear it.Northern Tool out of garland didnt have it in stock but could at least order it and took the time to look it up. They have my business now.
