The Evans staff were incredibly accommodating while I n-taking my vacuum, open about what to expect about their process, and up-front about the assessment, costs, service fees, and timelines. To beat all that, the total bill was shockingly below what I predicted prior to drop- off. Highly recommend them.
I had a holiday 911 Wednesday before Thanksgiving as my vac wouldn’t work. I raced from Burleson to my trusted Evans on Camp Bowie. They’ve helped me several times through the years. I explained the urgency and they dropped everything to check it out. He even allowed me in the back area as he took it apart. He was able to fix it on the spot for only $38 and saved the day!! I know all fixes aren’t that cheap, but this is about how they understood my anxiety and took my vacuum in as if it were an ER. Always honest and dependable perfection. Thanks guys!!
Very friendly and knowledgeable !!! Took a Kirby in for a replacement belt. Paul showed me the belt was installed correctly. He corrected the belt install and it is working again . Great customer service!!

Manager is the best. I rolled in to get belts and bags for my vacuum cleaner. He helped me at the car to bring in shop and put on the belts gratis. Came home and machine did not feel right. Called back, and he came out to house to pick up and bring back to shop. Found that it was the brush and replaced it. Brought back to house and no charge. This is a person who goes above and beyond with service. I highly recommend Evans for. all your needs to include new units. Cudos to you

Second time took in for repair of a roller brush for a Dyson. After 4 months broke again and said would have to bring it in again for a third time. He stated may not have been the brush. However they were quick to sell me 2 brushes thus far without looking at machine second time when I had told Paul this was second time bringing it in. He said it is probably the way I vacuum. I own a residential cleaning company in the area, and due to some unfortunate circumstances I had to find a new vacuum repair shop. Based off other reviews I thought I’d give Evans a chance, thought the repairs would be done right and I wouldn’t have to worry. I brought in several power heads to be repaired, only to get a call a day later from Evans telling me they wouldn’t be able to repair them bc the vacuums had been discontinued, but that they had some other great vacuums they could sell me. I was shocked to hear the vacuums had been discontinued so I reached out to my rep to confirm it. She confirmed my suspicions that Evans was not being honest with what they were telling me. Unfortunately for them, they lost out on a good customer, as I’m having to repair many vacuums throughout the year. I don’t recommend this company at all

Great service. Crystal is the best. She always greets me with a smile and provides fast and friendly service. I have two large dogs which present a challenge for most vacuums. I have made several trips for different issues. Every time I go to Evans, I leave happy. I highly recommend the Camp Bowie location of Evans Vacuums.
I used them years ago and had a great experience so went back to find out why my newest vacuum had no suction. My o my, I had fixed the clogged hose but apparently didnt have it put together right lol. Thanks again guys for the great service, appreciate you!
Called ahead as we live a long way from the city. They said to bring our Shark vaccuum in and they would take a look. Once we arrived after a 45 minute drive, we were told they do not and can not work on Shark brand or even get parts and immediately tried to sell us a 1500 dollar vaccuum. WTH!? These people are frauds.

It is refreshing to see this level of customer service in todays age where rushing people in and out, not stopping to get to know one another is the norm. After an initial good buying experience (thank you, Crystal! +5), the past year has been really uneven. I don’t know that I will be returning.1: I took my Riccar Immaculate power head in for a brush replacement, moving from the stiffer bristles that come with the head to the softer horse hair, which I figured would be a little easier on my particular carpeting. When I got the unit home and tried to use it, if was very noisy and vibrated like crazy, which was very unlike the way it acted when I brought it in. I opened up the power head and noticed two things: 1) Three screws on one side of the rotating brush bar were loose; 2) The brush strips are made to be cut at certain places to fit into the bar, and it looked like they had been hacked off in the middle of the “perforations” (for lack of a better term). I pulled the brushes out, weighed them and did my best to balance them, then reinstalled them. The power head worked much better after that, but never quite the same as when I first bought it. (-2)2: When I made my “Red Carpet” service appointment, I mentioned the power head problem to the person that I spoke with, and he said they would make it right. (+1)3: When I came back to pick up my unit after servicing, I brought the hose and extension tube so that the unit could be tried out before bring it home. When I gave it to the person at the desk, he immediately informed me that I had been using the extension tube without an attachment, which would cause wear to the lower end and ruin it. I insisted that I never use the tube without an attachment, told him that the tube came with a bevel when I bought it (probably to make insertion in the power head easier), and proceeded to show him that the edge was very smooth and perfectly even, whereas if it were worn it would likely be uneven. However he would not listen to my statements or my reasoning (which basically amounted to calling me a liar) and told me that he would show me a new extension tube out of the box to prove it to me. He went to get one, and upon returning agreed that he owed me an apology because…well, the tube came new with a beveled end of course. (-2, which is probably being generous.)Frankly, it wasn’t until I got home and I had a chance to think about it that #3 really started to tick me off. After spending that much on a premium vacuum (or anything, for that matter) you expect good customer service, and certainly don’t expect someone to tell you to your face that they don’t believe you. Maybe that’s not how he intended to come off, but there is no other way it could be interpreted after that exchange, and it’s poor customer service.I’m leaving them with a point for returning a working, clean unit, but I think I’ll be going elsewhere in the future for service and to shop for my upright.

I wish every repair company in my life was as helpful as I find Evans vacuum to be. Crystal helped me today and she is very representative of the other employees there. I have always found them courteous and very professional. They are committed to excellence. And, Ive used them for the last 8 years.
This place is very unprofessional. I drop my vacuum off. When it had been weeks and had not called me to tell me that it was ready for pickup I called. They had no idea what I was speaking of. I asked for the supervisor to call me. I waited a week she never called. So I called back and got told she would call me later. When she called me and she never called me back. I ended up calling the store again left another message. A couple hours later she called me back. Told me that I had picked it up already. The thing that was off was she said I picked it up on a day that I was in Midland. So theres no way I could have picked it up. All in all they dont have my vacuum anymore. They didnt want to own up to it. And now Dyson is having a clean up their mess with replacing it. I dont trust these people and will never go there again.
This is the only place I will buy a vacuum cleaner. the quality of service and customer service is the best!!! Evans Vacuum has a quality product and worth every penny.

We have a Miele vacuum that we purchased here at least 10 years ago. It is still working very well- I go in to the store mostly for maintenance type issues. Crystal is friendly, knowledgable, and takes care of the issue quickly.

I came in for a dyson warranty fix. I knew that it was a wiring harness issue either from the brush or the actual unit. I didnt need them to tell me what the issue was. I give them props for actually turning on the unit and seeing what the issue was and what do you know I was right. They said two days and they will get it fixed so I was amazed that they can fix it that fast. They called two days after and I picked it up on the third day since I had to work. I was so excited to use my vacuum but two minutes later it was the same issue that was never fixed. I should have read the reviews first about their warranty work especially if its not from them. I checked my unit and it looked like it was never touched. Once again I call dyson and now I will have to drive an hour away just to get it relooked at again! But this time by a dyson repair shop. Thanks for nothing
Several years ago, my wife and I invested in the Riccar Brilliance. The Riccar is a high quality vacuum made in the USA. I am able to vacuum my home in far less time than I was with other brands and my home feels and looks cleaner. I HIGHLY recommend Riccar! Also, you will receive high-level service at Evans; Crystal and Jesse are AWESOME! Thank you Evans and Riccar!!
Very disappointed in service. Took a dyson in for warranty work, was told they would inspect it, then confirm what the repair was and if it was covered in the warranty and contact me within a week to let me know. Didnt hear back for 2 weeks until I called, when they said it was a motor, they had on order, and expect it in and have the unit repaired within a week. Didnt hear back again for 2 weeks, at which point they still hadnt received the motor and said they were having issues with Dyson. I went ahead and called dyson to resolve it myself (not having much confidence in Evans) and they went ahead and just did an exchange, but I had to go pick up the vacuum, get it boxed up and go to a UPS store to ship it back to dyson. Overall I was without a vacuum for over a month, and each time Evans said they would update me or contact me or meet a timeline, they never did.
