This was easily the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Absolutely no-nonsense, no pushiness. I walked in, told them what I wanted and told them my budget. I was in and out in about 2 hours (sounds like a long time, but for buying a car with financing it is nothing) with the car I wanted UNDER the budget I asked for. Charles and Ryan were great. Highly recommend.

These folks did most of my transaction remotely, all I had to do was go in to sign the paperwork and pick up my car. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and a good deal on the new car. Staff was friendly and made sure we were happy with our purchase.

This review is for Autobahn Preowned. I just completed the long distance purchase of an absolutely gorgeous 2008 Porsche Cayman S. Transaction was completed quickly and drama free. The entire evolution took 9 days. That includes financing and shipping to Pennsylvania. The car arrived today and I couldnt be happier. Ben Morales on the internet sales team was fantastic to deal with. I can be a bit impatient, but all of my questions were answered lightning fast on both email and text messaging. Financing was quick and easy. Robear(sales manager) walked me through everything with no aggressive upsell tactics..just good, plain talk. My car was by no means anywhere close to the most expensive in their inventory, but you would never know it by the way I was treated from start to finish. Thanks guys!

My wife and I recently purchased an awesome preowned 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite from Autobahn and had the pleasure of working with salesman Jody Kirk.Jody is by far the best car salesman with whom we’ve worked. He was responsive, patient, kind, respectful and really went out of his way to make the deal work for us.We live all the way in Garland and we have a newborn and a toddler, so driving all the way to Fort Worth during business hours is really rough. So, to make the deal easier on us, on two occasions Jody let me meet him at his residence after business hours, which was farther east and closer to my home, and meant I was driving alone after my toddler was already asleep.Because we have a newborn, we are social distancing as much as possible in this age of pandemic, and Jody was extremely respectful of our request for distancing. Would you believe it - we purchased a car and the closest I ever got to our awesome salesman was probably ten feet - and we were outside and both had on masks.Thank you so much, Jody! The next time we need a car, we’ll be coming to you!

I called arrange for a test drive of one of the Certified Pre-Owned Porsches. To my dismay I found that they dont clean up the cars between trades so the entire headliiner was coated in dog hair as well as the boot. Very sad. Never saw such a unprofessional showing of a car at a dealership.Dont recommend that you visit this dealership

Ive been coming to Autobahn for 12 years now, and theyve always treated me great. I have never gotten the impression that one needs to buy a $100k vehicle to be treated well in their service department...my jaguar is 16 years old, as a matter of fact. Ive even threw a couple miscellaneous, unscheduled items to check and/or fix at them when I dropped off my car, and they were happy to accommodate me.

Dear Autobahn,I aquired a Pre-Owned Jaguar XF 2.0T and the vehicle was in great condition. I took it to the Autobahn service and had it checked out for any recalls. That was a year ago and everything went well, none was required. Long story short, the service light came on almost a year to the date I had it first checked. It had 67,000 + miles and the serice department said the Turbos were going out. Now, the warranty that is stated for a Jaguar is; 5 years 65,000 miles. A quote was given and $6,700 later I made a tough decision that broke my heart. I had to trade it in for another vehicle. It took everything in me to seperate myself from it and I would like to say, the Autobahn did not seem to honor the warranty and help me in any way. Sadly to say, if I could Id give them a below 1 rating!R/S,THEY LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH.THE THRILL IS GONE!

The service was okay but not really great. I had a 9am appt for an oil change and it took over 4 hours because they only had one tech servicing vehicles. So that was very disappointing. I had to take the vehicle back in the following week for service that should have taken 3 days but ended up taking four. The people are nice enough, but just the time it takes is crazy. The guy working in parts is amazing and super informative!

I had not been intending to replace my 2014 750LiX but a deer crashed into my car and totaled it. This was my first ever buying experience and I urge new buyers to read this review. I am absolutely livid with this dealership and the way they handled my case. I researched used cars and found one I liked, later that day went and test drove it, loved it, and started the paperwork to start financing. I was there for almost 3 hours while the salesman went back and forth to financing. Then stated no one could further work on financing because they had left for the day. This was at 8 PM. So he stated they would have an answer the next day. The next day the salesman briefly text me stating they were working on it, but by the end of the day there was no answer. I had to constantly attempt to get ahold of the salesman to see the status of the financing. From there it was hiccup after hiccup, some excuse that it was the end of the month and they were busy, which isnt my problem. So after starting this process, 4 DAYS LATER, I finally get a call that financing approved and I can come get the car. Not even 30 minutes later I receive a call from the salesmans supervisor stating that the salesman brought the paperwork to the supervisor to sign off on, but he failed to secure the car after the initial offer was started. The car was sold days before the offer was completed. So all of this time wasted, when I could have looked elsewhere and already had a vehicle. When the supervisor interrogated the salesman, he had no answer as to why the car was not secured. The supervisor then assured me they would work diligently to find me another vehicle that fit the needs I had, and stated he would be in contact. Since then, I have not heard anything from the supervisor. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Not only it being my first car buying process, but I did not have a vehicle, so thats why it was imperative that i find one quickly. Im disappointed at how my situation was handled and the lack of communication. And the fact that there was no wanting to rectify the situation into a better experience. After this happened, I was able to go to a new dealership, and Walked out with a new car, keys in hand only 2 hours later. Definitely research dealerships when searching for a vehicle. Sincerely, the frustrated single mom...

I have been to McKinney and Lewisville and both experiences were horrific. I have had horrific experiences at Fort Worth, until I discovered Dennis. He was very helpful, and follows up with you while your car is being serviced.

My experience was aweful. Was told to be there by a time which i was. Having drove nearly 2 hrs to pick up 2 parts was relieved i made it. The parts dept had closed. Was just flabbergasted by how service and sales dept seemed it was normal.
