Outstanding experience choosing just the right bag. I worked with Christian but everyone was very professional and nice. I was on a waiting list for the Odeon bag and had it shipped to store so I could see the size before purchasing. Of course I loved it and took it home. The staff goes out of their way to ensure your experience reflects the brand. Loving the bag and cosmetic case !

I love Louis Vuitton but my recent experience at this store was enough to turn me off of this brand forever. I purchased a bag (it was defective) and I wanted to exchange for a like item or similar, I had already done my homework and contacted their corporate office and had a letter in hand explaining the circumstances. I was assigned to a pompous & rude Sales Assistance who was certainly anything but helpful. He never once tried to assist in making recommendations for the in stock inventory but just answered we dont have that item. I asked if he might check another store for inventory and he promptly replied that they are not allowed to contact other stores. This is definitely not what I consider to be Customer Service. Does your sales staff not realize that it is customers like myself that pay their salaries?

Worst experience we’ve ever had! Called the store provided number for the location to check stock for an item for my wife as a birthday present. Once stock was confirmed, I verified the hours of operation and told them that I could be there just before close. No issue. Rushed my wife home from work to surprise her and we arrive at the store at 6:40 pm. 20 minutes before close and we’re told at the door by Jennifer that we had to have an appointment. Nowhere on their website nor location details does it say that I need to have an appointment at any time or within 30 minutes of closing. I guess we just make rules up on the fly… All good. Won’t be going back to this store. ✌🏻

This was the worse customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I purchased a purse and matching wallet on August 23, 2021 but decided it didnt really fit my style so I decided to return it on August 26, 2021. That so call manager Jennifer Patton took my purse and wallet to the back and then came back out and said it had a scratch on both the purse and the wallet and she refuse to give me a refund($4,700) The person who sold the products to me was not there. I think they did something to that purse and wallet so they could keep the commission. This was wrong and I will tell everyone I know, family and friends do not ever purchase another Louis Vuitton from Clearfork store in Fort Worth Texas ever again.

We came right when they opened to avoid any lines if any.Everyone greeted us with such kindness!I’ve been eyeing a purse for such a long time, and it was always either sold out or certain locations didn’t have it. Finally! The LV gods answered my prayers and finally this location had the very last one! It was also perfect timing because it was also my birthday! It was fate.The associate who helped us, Bianca Bercerra was very kind and informative, we talked about the purse and a matching wallet. I had previously already purchased a wallet, so I passed on the offer.We walked out with a great experience and a new beautiful purse!

I have been to this location a couple of times and have had excellent customer service. Today, I went in to get a present for my mother, who is out-of-state, and Erika Rodriguez was an absolute gem to work with. She showed me my options and took care of the delivery details expeditiously. I never felt rushed, nor less of a customer because I was not spending over 2k. Many of the folks leaving bad reviews must be disgruntled because everyone at the store treated me as I was a valued customer.

I have owned 10 LV purses/wallets through the years. When I first began purchasing LV products, the customer service was really good, and LV stood behind their products. Although the merchandise is expensive, it is not particularly well made. I have had issues with almost every bag I have owned. LV no longer stands by their products. When something breaks (and it does break), the customer pays for the repair. I received good service in the FW store on one occasion. Every other time I have visited, I have found the employees to be condescending. I’m not a fan anymore.

ERICA IS THE WORST SALES ASSOCIATE EVER.If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.This store & service from all the sales associates was wonderful the first 2 times I came to shop.The 3rd time? We encountered the absolute worst associate I’ve ever had the ‘pleasure’ of meeting. She was rude, did not help us with the purse we wanted to exchange and did not offer to show us additional purses that may suit us better. In fact, she rudely ushered us out the door.We came back a few days later and the same. rude. associate. came to ‘help’ us.She was even more rude this time so we left about 5 minutes later after dealing with her. My mother-in-law went back to ask for her name so we could make a complaint.Erica came outside, got in my mother-in-law’s face and said that she “should try buying something else instead of trying to exchange” and when my M-I-L asked her if she didn’t want to do an exchange, why would she not offer another purse? Erica raised her voice again and said “Well come on in, buy something, I ain’t seen you lay money down yet”.... while my M-I-L was standing there with a $3,000 purse she just bought at the same store a few days prior... and by the way, security was standing a few feet away, watching, and did NOTHING to intervene.I DO NOT & WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE EVER. THE DRIVE TO NORTHPARK IN DALLAS IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!!!

I can say I havent even picked up my bag yet and they have horrible customer service. Upon arrival I was greeted to a locked door and the guy opened and proceed to tell they werent taking anymore appointments, I told him I was just there to pick up an order not to look around and then he proceeded to lock the door again, this is not the customer service I expect for 1. Driving an hour 1 way to pick it up 2. As much as I paid for the product. I will know not to have my items shipped here again and will have them shipped to my house.

I had a wonderful first time buying experience here with Erika! I was a little nervous at first, as I had absolutely no idea what I was in for. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly employee who kindly instructed me to sanitize my hands. Erika then took me to begin looking at the handbags I wanted to view. She was so sweet and patient with me! Once I settled on the bag, we ordered it (it wasnt in stock) and she called me a week later to let me know it was in. Erika presented me with my beautiful new bag and I am so in love. I will definitely be back- sooner than later (haha). Thank you so much, Erika!

This store has bad communication problem. As much money as you guys make off of these purses you need to invest in a better communication team. We arrived at 645pm and was told they were no longer taking people. The hours are from 10-7pm I would think that as long as your there before 7pm you would be able to shop. This defeats the purpose of hours of operation.The gentleman Tracy stated to make an appt. I explained to him that there in no way of setting up and appt through guest services. Overall bad customer service. People work during the day as well you guys should really invest in a team to schedule appt or stay open as your hours of operation state meaning not closing even a minute before. Good thing Burberry was open to accommodate me@650pm

Louis Vuitton Clearfork goes above and beyond. The staff is so attentive and you can tell they truly try for all their customers. I can’t imagine working in a retail store like this day in and day out. I mean 2020 has not been the year to work in a store front but you can tell these employees hustle. This was my Louis Vuitton 1st purchase for myself. I have been to many other Louis Vuitton stores but this store by far has the best customer service. Madison Odea was so knowledgeable and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions. Since the wallet I decided on was more than I was originally going to spend she wasn’t pushy at all and gave me plenty of time to decide. Just wanted to comment on the incredible customer service provided by Justine. I waited til the last minute to get my wife some specific perfume and the Clearfork store happened to be out. Justine took my cellphone number down and told me she would text me if they came in the next day. Well they did and she did text me. However, I ended up going to the Galleria and picking up a bottle to be safe but the level of service she provided was above and beyond. I will be doing all of my future purchases at this store and hopefully with Justine. Excellent.

This was my husband’s first purchase of a Louis Vuitton wallet. Madison Odea did an exceptional job. She was so very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my husband. Since this is the largest wallet purchase my husband has made he needed to think about it and she wasn’t pushy at all and answered all our questions. If I could leave a zero star review I would. I dropped off my Louis Vuitton Purse for repair on June 7th 2020 with Clearfork Client Advisor Yeimi Partida and was told the amount of money it would be ($210.00) and the time frame of (10 weeks) to receive my bag back. I have called multiple times and have spoken to a representative in regards to the status of my purse and no one can tell me anything. They havent even called me back. Its been well over the allotted time frame and all I want is my purse back. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, unsatisfactory customer service.UPDATE 11/17/2020 DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE>>> I Have exhausted all options and cannot reach a GM of this location in regards to my purse that was dropped of back in June. My purse has been in their possession for going on 6 months now and per the manager (2 weeks ago) the rep who took my bag no longer works their and so no one knows anything . No updates, no repairs it has literally vanished and no one can tell me anything. Worst Experience ever. They are BAG THIEFSS!!!UPDATE 11/19/2020- Finally was able to speak to someone in regards to my purse that magically upon posting my review (the second time) was completed. It is shocking to me that my Purse SAT for 6 MONTHS no one could tell me anything, left voicemails, and emailed the manager who apparently is never their and all it took was posting a review to get answers. It was supposed to be overnighted on the 17th and here we are on the 19th and still NO PURSE. The leather looks as if it was dry rotted from sitting in a warm room for about 6 months. The Manager is never their to talk to. The person who told me she was the Manager is clearly NOT ( Ariana Sanchez). I have Filed a complaint as well with the Better Business Bureau and I am going to let them take it from here. I have emailed (twice) and have left several messages and no response. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place. They will destroy your personal items.

I give 2 stars only to Justina for greeting us with a smile and showing me various items. Justina also took my info and put me on a waiting list for the item I wish to purchase. The blond lady who stared us up & down when we 1st walked in gets a negative 10 stars. I have been calling all around the US for a specific bag that is currently sold out. Im a Flight Attendant & can fly anywhere in the World for free.It just so happened Justina found 1 in the back. While we were there at the store waiting to see the bag, the phone rang, the blond answered and told Justina to put that bag on hold for the caller. I couldnt even see straight I was so livid!!! So Justina did her best to try to find something else I might like, but the blond kept walking past us, staring, and not saying a word. So, I guess my $$$$, like my skin tone, was the wrong color & not welcomed to shop there. Business wise, a sale opposed to a promise to pay, is MUCH BETTER.Well see if they even call once the bag is in.

Pretty disappointed with this location. I went in to ask about a repair for one of my purses and they were accommodating by just taking a picture to get details about what repairs would be necessary rather than sending the whole purse in. But I was informed that I’d hear back about the needed repairs in 24-48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago. I called the store 2 weeks ago after not hearing back and I was told that they had to contact someone else to get an answer about the repairs and I should expect another call with those answers in 24-48 hours. Again, still haven’t been contacted. I’ve had way better experiences at the Galleria Dallas location so I suggest making the trip to go there if you can.

Went on yesterday to return or exchange a bag I purchased in NYC in December. I was unsure it was right for me. I have never used the purseand only removed it from the cloth bag and box to ask my husbands opinion. The clerk was rude said she had to inspect the bag. Took it into the back and on return told me LV doesnt accept used bags! I was flabbergasted. I HAVE NEVER USED IT OR EVEN REMOVED IT FROM THE BOX ONE TIME! She said sorry and walked away. AMAZING customer service! I purchased an Artsy bag in London in 2015 & the monogram has been badly peeling for over 2 years. Ive been putting off going to an LV store because I dreaded having to deal with the whole thing. Finally went today and within less than 2 minutes of walking in the store they told me they would replace it with a brand new Artsy or give full credit towards another bag. No hassle. I chose to go here rather than Highland Park thinking it would be better service. Wow was I wrong! I have had to follow up with multiple people just to get a luggage tag hot stamped. They refused to hot stamp it 2 times thinking it was a fake even though I had the receipt from their store. They never call back or even mailed the tag back when finished, it was sitting in the back the next time I called and asked them, once again, to please mail it back. Absolutely no training in customer service at this store.

Wasn’t paid attention to...although I had a $3,100 purse on hold, workers were more concerned with the couple that entered behind me. I had to ask multiple employees to retrieve my item on hold and waited over 30minutes. Employees seemed more concerned with people looking at keychains for entertainment than a customer practically begging to pay. Awful experience. Will not be going back.
