Had a great visit here. The staff was very helpful and they had a few products available that other locations were low on stock in. Looking forward to the demo days here.

Fabulous experience! My wife traded her Scout on a 2022 Chief, and we are very happy with the whole experience. Steve was terrific helping her choose the right model and accessories to suit her style (He is the most patient person Ive ever met, spending lots of time explaining features, etc.). Ive always gotten favorable money for my trades, and this time was no exception. These people are totally open, transparent, and always act in good faith. For example, we pre-ordered her ride, and it arrived much sooner than expected. This dealership can give lessons to other dealers in courtesy, competence, and customer care. The best, most fun experience weve ever had at any dealership - car and motorcycle alike!

Excellent all around. Wonderful people that really know what they are talking about and definitely the kind of place that genuinely wants their customers happy. My husband bought a used Chieftain Nighthorse about 3 months ago and they were wonderful to us. I brought my dad in to take a look at a Chieftain of his own and Steve was absolutely amazing. No hassle. No pressure. Just good people being good people. Definitely will keep coming back to them for future purchases.

This dealer is great! Recently purchased a new bike. Given the current circumstances regarding COVID, Steve went out of his way to educate and help me through the process. The pressure free process was very welcoming. The knowledge and assistance from the GM to the very helpful technicians....I would choose this team any day of the week! Thank you all for smooth process. I will be seeing you again soon!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Indian Fort Worth Indian Motorcycle!!! Dave and Yolanda were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I purchased my first Indian bike from an Indian dealer in the Houston area since it was close to home but the experience was let’s just say, less than positive. Fast forward two and a half years and Bam!! What a different experience!! Definitely felt the difference right away from the moment I walked in to the dealership to the moment I rode off Houston bound! I will most definitely travel the 230 mile trip the next time I look into buying another Indian Motorcycle. Thank You Fort Worth Indian Motorcycle, keep up the great work!

Fort Worth Indian is the best Indian dealership Ive ever been to. They have you covered with parts, service, accessories, or apparel. Knowledgeable sales staff and a terrific General Manager (Yolanda) can answer all your questions, give you space just to check out the bikes, or just hang out and talk motorcycles.

I was in town visiting family and friends and decided to stop by Fort Worth Indian to check out their rather large pre-owned stock. Got to the dealership to find out half the bikes we were interested in were just taken to auction and no longer available. Not a big deal. They still had a few bikes in our price range that were in good shape and one I really liked and was ready to make a deal. The salesman David was really nice and was up front with us the entire visit. We also brought a bike to trade and David mentioned it shouldnt be an issue of what I had in mind the bike was worth. Harley Davidson next door was giving retail for trades and David let us know that it shouldnt be an issue to match their offer. However, once we started talking soft numbers and David went to speak with the owner a few times, he kept coming back with bad news. Eventually, David told us the owner straight up didnt want my bike and was only giving me 1/2 of what the bike was worth. He also sent David to give us hypothetical numbers on what it would take to get the bike down to the payment I wanted and still said up front, the owner would not agree to the numbers but just wanted to put it into perspective what we were asking. By the last trip to see the owner, he came back and said he wont budge on your trade and after knowing Harley Davidson next door was giving retail for trade he said go ahead and trade into Harley, but youll drive off on a Harley. I couldnt believe it. The OWNER of Indian is telling me to go buy a Harley and wont budge AT ALL on giving me more for my trade or even coming off the price of the bike to compensate not wanting my bike. I couldnt believe it and at that point I could tell he didnt care if he made a sale or not. Hed rather me trade my bike elsewhere than sell his bike and send my bike immediately to auction if he didnt want it so adamantly. So I walked out of the dealership and asked David to tell the owner he just lost a sale. To prove it, Ive attached a picture of my 2014 Indian Chief Vintage I got from JPM Powersports in Hopkinsville, KY when I got back from my trip to Dallas. Ft. Worth Indian Owner mustve thought I wasnt serious when I said I was ready to buy and jipping me out on my trade would just deter me from buying an Indian. Wrong. Im a Happy new Indian Motorcycle owner but its not because of the service I got at Fort Worth Indian. Its because of the service from JPM Powersports in Hopkinsville, KY. My recommendation is to avoid this dealer and go to Big Tex instead.

What an absolutely wonderful dealership. I purchased my bike from Big Tex, in Denton, and what a horrible experience and subpar service and thought this was with all Indian dealers. I participated in the Guiness Book of World Records in 2019 and experienced Gregory Indian and learned my selling dealer is not the norm. Had warranty work completed and now stage 2 upgrade, Yolanda and Lonnie are beyond fantastic and they will be my dealership for any additional Indian purchases and highly recommended.

Love the Indian motorcycle. Been here before and enjoyed the demo days and other events. They are low pressure sales but also very inadequate when it comes to the Indian bike itself. Have done a lot of research and know a bit but when I talk to sales people I would like to know they know their product and that simply isnt the case here. Im in the market and seriously looking at bikes. But want to know my local dealer would mire helpful than they are.

This dealership delivers the product in a way that needs to be shown and serviced demonstrating excellence and determination to make the best motorcycle the best experience an owner can have. Yolanda Retiz and her crew at Indian Motorcycle of Fort Worth are top notch. When a Texas-sized pothole took out my front wheel when transiting to the area, they were the only dealership out of the three in the Metroplex who were willing to remove a tire and wheel assembly from a new bike and install it on mine. They did this in short notice, on a weekend when they were very busy. I appreciate that they stepped up to get me back on the road to continue my trip so quickly and kept me from being stranded for three additional days waiting on parts like the other area dealers suggested.I highly recommend that if your looking for a dealership in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you check out Indian Motorcycle of Fort Worth!Yolanda, thanks to you and your team!
