Friendly but unable to provide service bought a Fridgaire refrigerator 14 months ago it just stopped working called at least 4 times No call back and unable to provide service

This place and is simply the best in the 3 most important areas; Customer service, knowledge, and honesty. They sell all GE appliance which is are both inexpensive and well made. Compare the cost of extra services as well as appliance prices to see why this is the best appliance store in the county.

I love that you can trust what the repair guy says here. Another repair service told me my washer was dead, red wood fixed it for like $80.

Staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. Delivery was to our 2 story house, bad stairwell and the staff stayed positive, with a can do attitude! They make it work for no matter what. They get a 5+ from us!

I have to say this appliance center has the best service I have experienced in a long time. The washer I purchased didnt work, not because of the washer but because of the water pressure in the home I was living in. Not only did they come and get the washer and replace it with another brand new one, they gave a refund to my client. This kind of customer service doesnt exist anymore!!!! I recommend Jan, Tom, John and everyone at Redwood Appliance for their integrity and honesty and just plain good old home town service!!!!!! Thanks all of you so much.

When I walked in the store I was ready to purchases a new washer and dryer. But after talking to the owner Kirk, he gave me honest advice and came and repaired my washer / dryer unit later that day. Very happy to say that they are now running great and hope that they last me another 10 years! Thanks for the excellent service Kirk.

Outstanding customer service. He squeezed me in and came at 5 PM after a long day. He fixed our freezer and explained in detail what happened and why. He said he doubted it would happen again.. When I first called and talked to him he told me that normally its one or two things with a freezer and both mean they are not worth fixing..but then when he found out it was only 5 years old he said he had better take a look. Honest businessman. I would call them in a heartbeat on any appliance repair.. The rate was reasonable.

After doing a little research,I determined that the snubber ring on our washer needed to be replaced. Since time is money, I decided it might be worthwhile to call Redwood Appliance Center to perform the job, hoping that it might be a smoother less painful process than doing it myself.Boy was I mistaken!After getting a busy signal a few times I finally got through to their office on Tuesday Morning 8/20/19. The gentleman who answered seemed extremely busy. He asked for the make and model, told me that hed have to call me back to after he confirmed if they had the part and to schedule.After 24 hours had lapsed and I still hadnt heard anything back, I called back. This time a woman answered. I told her why I was calling and she acted as though I hadnt spoken with anyone yet and re-took all of the same information I had left with the gentlemen that I spoke with the day before. Again, she said she would get back to me after they confirmed if the part was in stock and to schedule.ANOTHER 24 goes by and I call again. This time Im feeling some frustration. A gentleman answers, and I proceeded to tell him that I have called several times trying to have my washer worked on. I let him know that I understand that they might be busy, and if so just to say so and I could take my business elsewhere. No problem, just say it. I was hoping for a painless process, not the run around.He proceeded to apologize and told me that they had the part in stock and that it would be easier for them to work on in their shop so they wanted to pick the washer up. (It would be $10 an hour less to work on but only $40 more in delivery fees) Go figure.We both agreed Monday 8/26 at 5pm the washer would be picked up. He told me that time would work out fine because Im local in Fortuna.On Monday, 8/26 at 3:30pm I receive a voicemail from Tom at Redwood Appliance Center, letting me know that hes in the neighborhood and if somebody was available he would come pick up the washer and to give him a call.I called Tom back and let him know that I was in arcata but on my way that direction. That wasnt opposed to him picking it up a little bit earlier if we could make it happen. He instantly began huffing and puffing, telling me that he didnt have enough time and that we were going to have to reschedule the pickup. I told him that his office had scheduled the pickup for 5pm. He hopped in puffed again and said that thats his quitting time.Believe me, I get it. But its not my problem that youre office has you running ragged. I dont want to hear about it, just like you dont want to hear the run around that your office has already put me through.I told him to forget it, and that I would take my business elsewhere or do it myself.This is where it gets good!I call the office back to let them know that Im completely dissatisfied with the service so far and that I would be writing reviews on Yelp and Google.The lady on the phone tells me that I must have them confused with Eel River Appliance, and that she didnt even have me on the books. This is the same woman I spoke with a week earlier. She asked me for the gentlemens number who called me and proceeded to tell me that he doesnt work for them, but they do have a guy named Tom... But that couldnt be him. I double checked my voicemail just to be sure, This is Tom, with Redwood Appliance.With all that said; this isnt Toms fault. This is a complete internal breakdown of business. Flaw after flaw.Beware before you call this company for service. They seem completely un-organized and incapable of communication inside and out.
