I started using Les Schwab when they were first starting and their store was at the northbound offer northbound off ramp Ferndale.I have been a loyal customer of their since. I really hope after the pandemic is over they start up their popcorn machine too.. As an Iowa country boy by birth I love popcorn.

The team at this location were incredibly kind to my family and I. We were headed to Shelter Cove and ended with a pretty bad flat.They got us right in, were so kind to my kiddos and fixed it right up. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I highly recommend this store!

Have alway had a good experience here. In the past have left work early because I can’t get there during their regular business hours. Today I did the same and was denied rotation due to closing in 15 mins and notified me they had stopped taking service 1.5 hours prior to me coming in. So if they close at 6pm and stop taking customers 1.5 hours before then how does a business say closing is 6pm? I work in service too. I understand walk-in business, and folks continue walking in till closing time and I still provide service. If you say open till 6 and don’t accept appointments you probably should serve your customers till closing time.

Great service but kinda pricey.

My friend and I dropped off 4 flat tires and 1 spare they were in bad shape. The next day they had them patched up earlier. No charge but they couldnt fix the spare Im good with that. 😀

It was clean and fast service

Had new rims and valve stems mounted, and got an alignment. I was only charged for a front wheel alignment, as the rear wheels were fine. Made an online appointment a couple of days ahead, and immediately got a spot on a Saturday. Very happy with their work, excellent value.

Tyler was very helpful, not only did he put new tires on he also took the time to show me where my spare was and tell /show me the process of getting it out to be used if need be. Great experience, was in and out in less than an hour.

Took about 1 hour to get tires rotated. Staff was ok. Bummed about no popcorn though.

I have had good days and bad days here..... twice drove out of parking lot and the wheel almost fell off! That was years ago. I dont like the no appointment rule... i quit going here just because of that.... i cant just wait all day long in the lobby... but they get the job done and usually are quick about it..... kinda a love hate relationship lol

This store is fantastic! First, their price for a full synthetic oil change is the best Ive seen on the entire west coast. But their friendly service is unbeatable. When I first visited, my son was 7 months old and very curious. He wanted to see all the tires and eventually watch the men and women working in the shop. After a few employees noticed my son giggling while playing peek-a-boo, they began entertaining him through the window. I later found out they also had young children. Sometimes as a mother of young children, its hard to feel welcome during these necessary errands. They really helped take the pressure off of entertaining my high energy little guy and made it a positive outing for us. Thank you!

Had some lugnuts come loose on me on the freeway after getting new tires put on and its not the first time that its happened.

Professional, efficient, and timely.I went in for an issue that was handled, another issue was found and they had a window of warranty that was overdue, they still gave me the warranty on their part and covered the cost. Thanks guys.

We been going here 25+ years, but have had bad experiences the last two times. Went in to have our truck tires changed before our trip to Baja California. They would not honor the warranty because we were 1/32 over on the tread, even after we explained to them we were going on a 3,500 mile road trip where they didnt have any Les Schwabs. They acted like they didnt care. After two tire disasters we went to Costco in San Diego where we got a new and even higher quality set for $200 less.

The Fortuna Les Schwab is outstanding, I needed to get my wheels alignment done Eureka Les Schwab could not do it. Called Fortuna they had the time for it to get down. Thank you Fortuna Les Schwab for allowing this to be done when the only time I had was today. Your awesome.

While the staff was friendly, I was. Or a fan of waiting over two hours for 2 tires to be changed. I recommend Costco or the Internet for tires in the future. The prices were at least 50 dollars more per tire grade compared to local stores. Had this have not been an emergency I would have gone to Costco. i dont believe I will be returning, and dont have the desire to return for the routine rotations... I would rather pay to have it done in a reasonable amount of time. I dont believe the store was busy, as a majority of the staff was socializing with customers, and family or friend visitors. I have also visited the mckinleyville location for a replacement of 4 tires, in that case I also had an appointment I highly suggest saving the extra money by going to Costco, or supporting a local business and paying a little extra to save some time.

The employees here are extremely kind, friendly and helpful! I came in with my small kids without an appointment and with a low tire. They checked the tire and found a nail. Fixed it for us and sent us on the way! The whole experience was very pleasant.

Sep 8th, 2017 we were driving a class A motor home towing a utility trailer north bound on Highway 101. Got flat on the trailer. Got directions to Les Schwab and had my tire patched for free in under an hour. Bart the manager (along with the rest of the staff) were super friendly. If this is the normal policy, I cant wait until a Les Schwab comes to my home town.

Sorry to say have been a customer for 20+ years and never realized till now that when you get a very expensive oil change they do nothing else. Went in last week, paid for an oil change and they did not top off my other fluids. Brake fluid low also, really sucks. They even informed me my coolant was low and I a needed to do something about it. Sheltons does it all. Back to them from now on. Still like the tires etc at Least Les Schwab. Just not oil changes.

I recently had my oil change before taking a trip to Texas. After 2000 miles of driving I noticed that the nut to my oil pan was not tightened all the way and was leaking oil.I contacted the location I had the work done (Fortuna) and was put in contact with the store manager, Tanner. I was obviously a little irritated and definitely had an attitude, but After an explanation of my issue, Tanner was extremely apologetic and did his due diligence as the store manager to make sure I was taken care of.I personally am in the customer service/sales industry and have seen seasoned veterans of the business not handle confrontations as well as this guy. Extremely impressed with Tanner!!!There are mistakes made in every business, but how the mistakes are handle is the difference between a good business, and a great one!Thank you Tanner, and Les Schwab!

I was very disappointed!! Jeremiah inspected my tires to see if i qualify for there warranty, he called saying they would cover the back tires then called back and said they were going to get me all four .i was stoked that i bought tires and the warranty covered them the tires did cost 1,100 and change..then i recived a message saying they would cover 82.29 on my tires,, i was very upset they got me to buy the most expensive tires again ...the tires where the tread riped off the tire causing the tire to go flat instantly!!very dangerous!!!especially sence i have 5 kids in the car...so now i have to pay 1,000 and change fore tires that werent safe and they said they were coverd but now i have to pay full price minus 80 something dollars...never again Costco values warranty and even if your over miles if the tread comes complety off they cover there defective tires ...

Great service and very pleasant people! Driving North for our vacation and caught a nail in the tire. They had us in and out in 10 minutes tops.

Great service. I had a flat an had to ride on a low tire for about a mile to find a safe place to pull over the tire was no good afterwards. They didnt charge me for a new tire because the tire only had about 5000 miles on it. Will keep on buying my tires @ les Schaub.

Les Schwab company and entire staff are amazing!! I wouldnt purchase tires or get brake service etc., anywhere else!! I know of no other company this ethical!!

Not all Les Schwabs are the same. But Fortuna Led Schwab is run by honest careing people that stand by their work. Great people with a good attitude. I tell all my friends to go there. But stay AWAY from the Eureka one. They are crooks and do shabby work.

My wife brought here suv in for a simple tire patch from a screw. They said they couldnt perform the service. Thay gave her a quote for $1200 to replace all four tires which did not need to be replaced. We took our suv down the street and got the tire patched for free. In no way did thet attempt to be a helpful shop and there ethics borderline criminal in my opinion. Very dissatisfied.

Great service great workers great prices

When I have to go in here the people behind the counter full on ignore me. One time I stood at the counter for over five minutes before someone even looked my way, and then they still finished their conversation before coming to ask me what I need help with.They are more interestes conversations with one another than watching the door...Which is ironic since a a huge part of their old ad campaigns used to be how theyd meet you at your car before you parked.Also, the wait time on repairs and tire checks is insane, but thats not the workers fault, they just have a very high volume of customers.
