Nice store, love that they greet you and point you in the right direction at the front door. Other businesses should take note. Very clean well organized store. Dont like that I cannot see all aisle signs due to height of shelving. Good variety of products. Wish they had more sale/discounts. I do have a complaint for the manager though. Was there today looking to check out we finally a employee waived to me letting me know she was available to help me. I really appreciated that she waived to me and got my attention. Unfortunately for her the Manager some Indian woman scolded her immediately for waving to me and told her Dont wave to the customers I laughed and told the cashier she was wrong and thank you for waving. I am sure there is not one customer who would not like to be waived at to get their attention. Manager needs a little education in customer service I think.

PERMANENTLY CLOSED - This place has a more local feel than Home Depot, which can be nice. The staff is usually pretty knowledgeable and willing to help...if you can find someone. Ive been there 3 times in the last 3 days and was only able to find help one time.

Dont always have what Im looking for but prefer osh over some of the other places like Home Depot, tend to have better quality stuff and the rewards are good if you shop there a lot. Take advantage of the no tax days and holiday deals when you can. This is my go to place for most home improvement solutions. Staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable but hard to find at times. Still prefer to go here than the other stores.

Orchard Supply is such a great store! They have all of the essential DIY goods, plus a great selection of plants and seasonal merchandise! Best of all though, knowledgeable and attentive staff! I feel like Im in an old time independent hardware store here.

Some of the plants look terrible honestly almost dead but mostly they are good. The have a decent selection of plants and seeds. The service is good. I like the fact that if you buy a plant and and a pot they will move it for you into the new pot which makes it easier specially for us that live in apartments.

Very helpful. Good selection. Can usually find whatever I need here. Store remodeled when Lowes took over.

I love the feeling of Orchid Supply over home depot. It just feels cleaner and friendlier than the warehouse feeling of HD.

Terrible, rude, condescending service from staff (when you can find them in the aisles!) Liked it better when they hired old-timers from old hardware stores. Cashier more concerned with person in front of me, who was very slow, and person in back of me, who had a dog. Most of the time she was waiting on me, she was talking to the woman behind me about her dog. But the service from the guy in the aisle was rude!

Very organized and polite I know theyre working through their organizational changes if I have any comments I need to say that standing in line longer than I need to is no fun go OHS😎

Refused to take an OSH gift card - mag strip had issues. Called corporate they said cashier should be able to manually enter no problem. Wasted time :(

The staff sucks. Why are these sour old ladies here when its painfully apparent how much they hate being there or helping anyone.Todays experience drove me to finally write a review.The old squat lady ringing me up was simply discourteous, and unpleasant.She was oddly abrasive while ringing me up.Then I had to come back from the parking lot because she charged me for extra items I didnt have. I didnt ask her for an explanation about why that happened and was very kind in my explanation, but she still felt compelled to BLAME WHAT HAPPENED ON ME because I spoke to her while she was scanning my items. (I suppose it was when I said no, I am not a member.) So sorry to inconvenience you.I had to stand around for about 6 minutes while she took care of another disgruntled customer on the phone and loudly complained about it to one of her coworkers across the floor.I will say that there are a few old men that walk about the floor that are always great to interact with. They are upbeat and courteous in their uniquely boisterous way. Which probably explains the other positive reviews i see here.One more piece of BS that Ive experienced here:when Im asked how I am and reply good, how are you? THAT IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR DAY!! Its just courteous small talk! But thats just it, no real sense of courtesy.I was excited for the new renovation they just had, but I guess I should just go to the Home Depot thats just 3 minutes away.Seriously, how is this twenty-something complaining about lousy customer service provided by a bunch of seniors that ought to know better!At Orchard, everyday is opposite day.
