Two star cause we got a rotor that was warped cost my nephew q days work and a second trip to get the new part .... I know its not thier fault but bad parts hurt thier image so 2 stars today.

We had the worst service but the food when it finally arrived it was good. When we spoke with the manager he was not helpful. Overall it was very disappointing.

Other Auto Parts Stores will install windshield whipers, and ask if the can. Auto zone did not install mine dont advertise they do or ask if they can install them. Thank god Im mechanically inclined they were very easy to install.

Most of the time they have exactly what Im looking for, just have to find it myself. I just wish the staff was more knowledgeable, most of them only know how to go by the system in front of them even for basic universal parts. I do always get a laugh when I go in asking about something for a small black 350 and the kid asks if thats a Ford. It is a well stocked store and odds are they have what you need, itd just make it easier if they had a general knowledge of what they sell.

This is another typical, competitive auto parts store. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty much the same as Advance Auto Parts. They do price match too.

Yesterday I went to buy some brake pads for all fourth sizes for my Cadillac srx in the employee was there he didnt know anything about brakes because he give me the same sizes for all fourth sizes if you know the rear brakes for Cadillac srx are smaller than the front size and he said the all fourth sizes was the same so I have to go to the other place to get my brake pads and to get treat better service was disappointed
