My experience was unpleasant. They have different policies due to covid which they failed to inform me when I called in advanced for information on paying for theyre product. I was not greeted when approached and also was not treated with kidness. They made a error on their end and didnt apologize or try to correct. The error charged me 100$ when it shouldnt of went through and was told they would reimburse me the money but in 3-5 business days which was a huge inconvenience for me when I wasnt planning on being charged twice.
