My wife Robin and I came in today today and worked with store representative Josh. At first we were worried since we didnt have a good experience at the Corporate store in Findlay. They only showed us one phone without any regard to cost to us. Thankfully we spoke up and asked about another phone that we happened to see and the representative was able to get them sent to our house. What upset us though is that we asked if they could set up the phone but they said no and handed us a paper which is unreasonable. How can they expect us to know how to set up these phones! Thus we came into this store and Josh was so kind as to set us up and get everything we needed over. There was even trouble activating the phone that they sent. Thankfully Josh spent over a half hour to make sure we were up and running. Due to my previous experience I will coming back here for my needs!

EDIT: GO TO THE FINDLAY CORPORATE STORE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY AND HASSLE.I’m so tired of this store scamming my family members - making statements about Verizon policies and account management that are not true, telling them they can’t pay for devices in full up front, and screwing up the family plan so it costs way more a month than it would by going to an ACTUAL corporate Verizon store.We can’t even return the devices and reverse the changes (making us whole again), without being charged additional “restocking” fees. PLEASE skip this store altogether and go to the corporate Verizon store in Findlay.To Josh, the employee who was dishonest to my father about the upfront costs and changes to our plan, I’m really disappointed in you. This is an elderly man who takes you for your word, doesn’t even consider that you’re upselling him to make more money, and now his daughters have to take hours out of their day to clean up your mess.#reportedBBB

Came in the store looking for a battery for my phone. Was greeted by Andrew who was way over the top. Somehow talked me into a new phone. Told me it was only going to cost about 10 dollars that day. I figured ten dollars is what I would spend on the battery so why not? As he was going through it another worker walked over and told him he needed to explain everything to me. That’s when the truth came out. I was actually going to be charged a monthly fee for the phone on top of the ten dollars. He said because he was going to change my plan to a lower cost it didn’t matter how much the phone was! No thank you! I do not like being lied to and I will never return to this store again. Steer clear. Dishonest people.

RIDICULOUS! I arrived just before 6:30pm, the store closes at 7:00pm. I was ready to purchase and pay, in full. Sign on the door said, employee at lunch will return at 6:45pm. Meanwhile she is sitting on her butt, inside the store, looking at us! You literally close at 7, but you wont return until 6:45??? If you are at lunch, why are you looking at me? I will gladly take my business and $1200 elsewhere!

I bought my phone at the dollar store for prepaid. They didnt set it up for me at all. I dont know much about phones and took it to Verizon. They helped me get set up and told me they offer the same pricing as the dollar store. I wont forget thatnext time.

These guys acted like it was their first day on the job. I had very simple questions about transferring my phone and upon telling me my new phone wasnt compatible, which is fine, neither one of them gave me any further instructions or suggestions. One fella was complaining about how he didnt get his lunch break because of the time we came in and almost refused to answer questions about what I could do about it. He suggested I get a prepaid phone from the store and that was it. Frustrating.next time I will make the drive to findlays Verizon.

So nice to have a Verizon in town so I dont have to make a trip to Findlay or Tiffin. The new staff is super friendly Justin helped me get set up.
