I love Kroger Products. Private Select Brand are usually up to par in quality. The products are great for the price with the discounted coupons with my Kroger Card and cents off gas I can also use at Shell Gas Station.
I like it here. Lots in stock and not to crowed typically!
Does anyone at this store ever smile? They act like its a chore to help you. Im paying your wages!!! Old lady at self checkout just stands there with an attitude, wont scan large heavy items. She acts like we should carry them to her. Wont go in that store again before 3 PM. Maybe some employees just need to retire. Thats my thoughts!!!
Managements refusal to enforce basic rules of civil society is disgusting. People openly refusing to wear masks while perusing the produce section are allowed to check our while management stands by letting their customers be put at risk. I was told by staff that corporate insists they cannot refuse service or attempt to enforce the mask rules, making it clear the people far from the risk care more about money than the health and safety of their customers or staff.
Pretty gross how harassment of female employees goes without follow-up from leadership
This Krogers is very clean and well stocked. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are a little high if you dont have a Krogers Plus card, but I guess this is how they personalize your savings.
I have used the pick-up service several times at this store and i want to thank all their employees for this great service. I especially want tp thank Bianca, Tim, Kim, Gail, Charles and Cristian for all they do to make sure everything is right. Since I am partially disabled, this has been a great help and a fast way to shop.
Not too crowded, easy in easy out
Decent selection for a smaller store. Relatively clean. It may have been the weather, but the workers were a bit stoic.
The fresh fruit is a good selection. They have a sushi bar with someone their during the day. When its busy they are god at opening extra lanes. The one thing Ive noticed is that sometimes they are out of staples when I shop. For instance brown sugar was out one time and a seasoning was another. I just feel that should not be happening at a grocery store.
Its a great place to go to The Price is Right also when I went there to buy a few items I took some produce out of my garden a mush melon I wasnt sure if it was ripe and I asked one of the people that are knowledgeable about that and they explain to me when it would be completely right and give me all the details thats awesome
Friendly folks!
For the most part, good service, good staff, but Corporate office has made some bad decisions lately. No longer carrying certain magazines because of political correctness, such as gun magazines. If I wanted to deal with censorship, Id move to somewhere that doesnt have the First Amendment, or the Bill of Rights!
To shame a teenager for carrying her diabetic supplies and try to make her leave them behind the counter is completely uncalled for. There is no excuse, no reason for this. Its no different than a woman carrying her purse in or someone bringing their oxygen tank in its carrier. This is a necessity for people with type 1 diabetes. Apparently your store needs training on disabilities and what is needed. You should also hope hire people that have s little empathy. I hope noone you love ever had to live with this disease. You truly would be apologizing as you should have already. Proper training can be provided for your employees on type 1 diabetes. God forbid a customer have a low and go into a comma in your store. You should be ashamed, people with this disease should not, they didnt choose it, insulin is life or death for them because their body doesnt produce it.
Customer service has down hill real quick. I used to go here a couple times a week. Now Im lucky to go once a month.
This morning at 7:05 I walked into Kroger Fostoria to shop. Doors were locked and couldnt get in. Posted opening time on website is 6 am. Will shop elsewhere from now on.
Other than that they play their music way too loud, Kroger in fostoria offers a clean well stocked grocery store. Ive shopped other Krogers locally and prefer this one.
I love my Kroger store its only a few blocks from my home so I can go there day or night
We bought a hundred buck worth of flowers. We made them into bunches for a memorial service. The floral lady was very helpful.
Love shopping Kroger but theyhave moved a lot of products recently and I end up going in circles to find what I want.
By far the worst experience I have ever had at this store. Went and bought a half pound of white American cheese, upon getting home to have cheeseburgers every slice of cheese had some type of black stuff embedded in the cheese. Upon returning to the store was told that they would not replace my cheese because the deli was close and then told me I would have to wait till tomorrow to fix a problem that was not created by myself. When I asked to speak to a member of management was told there was no one in the store for the night. It is only 9 oclock and the store is open till 1 in the morning and there is no management to handle problems. Will be contacting corporate in the morning for this problem.
I find that items on sale dont come up on the register at the sale prices . When that happens I tell the cashier to keep it or l tell them to keep everything and walk out. This happens to often to be just a mistake.
They have friendly helpful associates in a bright organized store. I get all my prescriptions there in their new sychronized program. They make shopping a pleasure.
Everyone very nice and helpful. Best veggies around. Love my Krogers in Fostoria.
The pick up service is fabulous!! The staff do a great job!!
Dont try to use out of state cards they are too stupid to know what to do with them
This Kroger store likes to bully young people. Even when they have a life threatening disability. They are treated like a their when they walk in the door with a bag. The young lady in question told the manager she had to have her LIFE SAVING supply bag. She was demeaned by these employees until her mother stood up to them. She will forever be self conscious because she carries her bag. Now it is even worse. She has to have this bag with her all the time. Just like many other children and adults with this disability.
I love the Krogers card that they offer to you. It makes everything so cheap and resonable to buy and you dont even need credit to get the card which I can appreciate.
I think this is a great store. They have everything!!! But in time I wanted raspberries but there were spiders and gnats in the packages😭😱😡
Horrible they gave me the wrong order and then when I called and went back they said we think its right if not call back. Ive done the online ordering and pickup with them many times but today was horrible and I think the new guy I dealt with today seemed to be the problem his name was Auggie. He then said hed bring it right out to my house since I live down the street and 1hr. later he showed up. I think Ill pass the next time
Good sales. Prices not so great when their not on sale. Love the new look though...
I love the selection they have, the natural section, the store brand including Private Selection, the sale prices. Im glad to have them in our town.
Could have more tailors but everything was easy to find and the people were very nice and pleasant
Please please stop moving things I understand theres a reset every year Ive worked retail and with the public but it seems you guys are moving things all the time as I shopped at Krogers in Fostoria many customers where talking about the same thing I am thinking about shopping at Meijer or Walmart!!! Seriously 😠😠😠😠😠😠
Found what I want and got out of there quick
I live shopping here. Its the best place to shop.
Wonderful grocery store with decently priced food and supplies run by friendly and helpful people.
Helpfully friendly employees and a good selection of produce. The bakery doughnuts are terrible though. No variety and are often gross looking.
Nice and helpful employees. Easy to find what I was looking for.
Nice selection, clean, and organized. Friendly staff willing to help
Love Kroger. Always have a great selection and fair prices
They always have what Im looking for! Great deals to!
I like the smiles and kindness I get all the time and also How it dont bother them when my grandkids just are being kids.
They were very courteous and helpful. Thanks.
The employees are all really very friendly and the store is normally clean and well stocked.
Great choice friendly staff
Everyone always friendly an helpful. Great over all.
Good selection for a small town. I love the new organic line, Simple Truth.
The cashier was so helpful and went out of her way to help me.
A big grocery store with good selection of products.
Im usually able to get in and out quickly.
Always liked Fostoria Kroger. Employees are great, never had a bad experience there.
Super friendly and happy to be there love it
Great store . Good prices and fresh produce.
Good store, well supplied and friendly and helpful staff members
No problems checking out found good price
Most of the time I go to Krogers in Fostoria, it seems that they never have no pop or very limited supplies. And as far as the gas station associated with the store, it seems that a lot of times that there is no paper towels to dry the squeegee or check oil fluids or transmission.
This happened on Wednesday....still have not gotten an apology for my dear sweet daughter!! Did talk to store manager he told me he would get back to me sometime late next week but got no where, then I called corporate office and still got nowhere and I did call ADA and they did apologize this happened to my little girl but after talking to them I went on line and filed a claim against our Fostoria Krogers- I WILL NOT LET THIS GO, this was WRONG!! Ok calling for help from my fb friends, diabetic friends all of my friends that be able to help please read and share this!! I am a very very unhappy parent and adult right now! Adults can be such idiots and be so stupid!! This happened to my little girl tonight...we had band until 5 and I needed groceries very bad so we missed church and we went to the only grocery store we have in fostoria, Krogers. This will be the last time I ever buy anything from this store again! They have fresh produce and her pig needed spinach. So I had about $100 worth of groceries in my cart, when something told me to go to the front of the store so I did. There my little girl was crying her eyes out at the service desk because they told my 17 year old type 1 diabetic daughter, Brooklyn that she could not carry her glucose meter bag with her in the store, it was store policy that she leave her bag behind the front counter. she had 3 ladies telling her she must get her bag searched and it stays behind the counter no exceptions even though she had told them 3 times shes a type 1 diabetic and she has it hanging on her bag that shes type 1 diabetic, to be safe. I dont care if its store policy or not it is her legal right to carry her glucose Meter and her few low supplies we had in it as we were out. Brooklyn told them I was in the store, they didnt care! She told them she just had band for hours and she did not want to go low they told her her bag stays behind the counter. They did NOT care to even listen to her until she started crying. Then the lady behind the front counter seen me coming and I was asking her why she was crying out of control, I thought she was low and then the lady behind the front counter told her she could have her bag. She was so embarrassed and humiliated! Thank you Fostoria Krogers for making my daughter hate herself and her diabetes for the few min that you were able make her feel like a criminal and control her!! She was so scared and upset and most of embarrassed for having diabetes! Please please train your employees!!!! Not all teenagers are thiefs! Even though she feels like it now! I am livid! My daughter cried for an hour and a half because of bad Fostoria Krogers made her feel!! Shame on you Fostoria Krogers and employees! You have lost our business! Please pray for my little girl she said she is not going to carry her meter in stores anymore.
Stocked...assorted....variety.....plentiful....friendly....clean...wholesome!!!! Wonderful first experience!!!! Only wish this store was in my area code!!!!
Great deals, workers are very helpful and very friendly, great place to shop
Good Kroger, just feels like its a bit crammed inside.
Clean and easy to find stuff youre looking for
Not bad, kind of hard to navigate
Krogers is under construction due to the clicklist that rgey5 are putting in.
Check out here is horrible. I bagged my own while 3 workers stood at next lane talking, 1 was no doubt a bagger. Shame !!!÷÷Update: we have gotten groceries here many times since original review, sadly I have been my own bagger many more times while employees stand close by chatting. Maybe the need a manager that gets what customer service is or means. How can a company justify paying staff to talk while customers do their job.Id be pissed if my grandmother had to bag her groceries while paid workers watch!!!!Update, again. Fostoria Kroger is in desperate need of new management!I fid that every visit we wait in li e to pay way to long and I bag our items. Kroger owes me a damn paycheck . Terrible way to run a buisness, especially a chain business
It is clean and the staff its very polite.
Friendly faces. Good prices. Clean.
Our local Krogers store in the city of Fostoria was just built a few years ago. It is spacious and full of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. They have a couple of isles of frozen foods next to the pharmacy. My favorite thing about the Krogers here is the automated checkout. I am usually in and out of the store really fast when I only have to buy a few items. They have great deals on meat, cereal, juices and other items that go on clearance or manager special.
Everyone was extremely hlp fullI am disabled &on scooter but they asked even in ping lot do I need hlp...
The merchandise is easy to find and generally well stocked. The store is always very clean and the employees are friendly.
Nice staff and good prices
The Attendant at the express lane was very helpful
Found everything I needed but being a holiday it was packed with shoppers.
Great place to get groceries and good prices
They have great customer service.
Get prices great customer service
Great friendly service at deli counter
Good selection with great savings.
Bad experience. It was crowded, long lines at the checkout, and the store was very disorganized due to the getting ready to put in the clicklist department.
Best Kroger Ever! But need to be open 24 hours!
Large selection of just about anything you would need. Helpful employees.
Right now the store is a mess with all the Renovating going on. Its hard to find things but give it time
It has everything a grocery store should have and it was clean. The bathrooms are a little hard to find though.
They dont have the splits pop tarts
Clean and very helpful staff..
Fostoria location is quite easy to navigate.
Clean store with everything you need. Friendly employees. They have bakery, groceries, wine, beer and liquor and also a pharmacy.
Neighborhood convenience and fair prices.
Store is very clean, and staff is always willing to help you find what you need, when you add in the great sales how could you go wrong with shopping here.
Not impressed never has fast check out new system crashes all the time. Hard to get help in deli.
It was fine, very busy.
You can not cash a check for any cash back untill you have 3 checks clear
Has a lot of good food
Good frozen food selection
Pleasant crew.
The only major grocery store in town very expensive but convenient.
I hate there parking lot. Its so tight. The store never looks clean. I normally dont shop at this one.
Very small store. Produce was terrible.
The parking lot should be the other way around
