Tremendous and efficient service. Very friendly and professional.

A lot has changed since I last visited this location. They now demand you remain in your car as they change oil. They no longer check the wiper blades, tire pressure or anything else. They indicated on service check list that wiper blades appears okay even though no one came anywhere close to them let alone checking them. They also indicated that they checked the tire pressure which was a lie. I certainly will not be going back.

Look, I like to give positive stars whenever possible. I cant give any oil service 4-5 stars when they can only service 1 car at a time. Maybe its a Covid thing maybe it was shortfalls of scheduling i do not know. I give 3 because they got my car out in the window they promised so there is a good thing. It is close to work so its convenient....Maybe being in Fountain Hills its more expensive etc. I just cannot say but it seemed so..... I will go back it it is necessary, only because I have my preferences near home.

MY CAR WAS LEAKING OIL AFTER! After changing my valve cover gasket thinking that might have been the issue I climbed under my car to find that the oil filter was so loose that I could easily turn it with my hand. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I got an oil change with a coupon that didnt work for some reason, so the guy working gave me a similar discount that actually saved me $5 more than my coupon would have.

The staff here is %100 better than most of the places I’ve even to.They are extremely knowledgeable and explain any issues that may come up.Definitely come here for service.

Greeted quickly and got in right away. The guys even went above and beyond to grease some hard to reach fittings along with the oil change. Would certainly recommend!

I use them all the time and theyve always done the right thing for my cars. Theyre not the usual guy who always walks up and tells me I need a filter changed, even though I did that recently. I trust them. They do good work.

Stopped in to get a standard oil change. $92.99!!!.......Weve all seen . $39.98 advertised? Thats just to get you in the door-- they dont even have that option! A true bait and switch

The service sign clearly saids it cost $40 for an oil change & they were trying to charge me $105 & they also lied about the debit card reader wasnt working & that I would had to pay in cash. I believe gabby & Dustin and other employees are running a scam stealing from the elderly and other customers by over charging twice the cost of their services-putting the correct amount in the register- and stealing the difference and splitting it between each other. Who knows how many hundreds or thousands they have stolen from both their employer customers. No Bueno!!!!!!

Just went today for the first time. So friendly, helpful and really went above and beyond even though I only went for an oil change. I highly recommend them. They are worth the wait!

Been Coming Here for over a Decade. Customer service is not what it used to be. Very Overpriced for just a basic oil change. Even had to leave to get cash since their card reader had been down for days they claim. Horrible experience. Its a shame they closed the other location in Fountain Hills...

Just bought a different used Buick, thought we should check/change fluids, upon pulling in the Manager comes up, smiles, and states that there is no need, fluids are all full and fresh, we did find a marker light out, and we replaced it,most places would have dumped new oil, just for the profit of it all. Glad these folks still have scruples.

Just tried to have my jeep breaks changed. The female behind the desk acted like it was unheard of to just have breaks changed.. my rotors are in perfect condition.. she kept asking why I didnt need rotors as well. Then she brought a guy out. Same thing told him i just wanted breaks changed and no rotors.. they started whispering to eachother then Walked around the corner so they could talk. Said theyd be with me in a minute then never came back. Very shady! I walked out.

Had to change my 5 star to a 1 star. Inexperienced kids working here. Some older guys who are lazy and refusing oil changes. Told they had a car they were changing an O2 sensor and it would be an hour wait. 3 people working. They moved the truck. I waiting 30 plus minutes. Just to have a high schooler tell me they couldnt do the oil change because the knocking he heard was determined to be a thrown rod. Horrible customer service. I WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN!!

Clean efficient really helpful staff no pressure or Up selling tactics, the manager is great and knows this stuff, will revisit again when its time for an oil change again.

Paid to have my coolant topped off and there was no coolant in after a month. I had it checked out to make sure there wasnt a leak and there wasnt. I filled up the coolant myself and it is still full after another month. Beware, this sounds like jiffy lubes reputation that I did not want to believe. I will never go back and make sure everyone knows

My tires didn’t need a rotation at my oil change time, so they had me come back 1,000 miles later and did it for free. Good folks

Why are you still in business? One of the worst experiences ever. I have only used them for basic oil changes and this last experience just put the cherry on top. This location knows absolutely nothing about vehicles and should never work on any vehicles. Their job is to just get you in the door, begin doing the oil change then just upsell, upsell, upsell. Definately is a company that is taking advantage, or trying to, of women and the elderly. Stay away.

I will never go back there, this happened a while back, I was told by one of their technicians that the dude Driving it inside the garage and saw the break lights working. I was charged $15 for a light bulb because I didn’t buy any of the extras that they try to sell you, I didn’t say a damn thing, I just paid it and that was it for me with jeffylube

JIFFY LUBE is not taking responsibility for warranty of their workmanship. Talked to 2 store managers and the customer service rep and all said they take no responsibility because they have no control over the parts involved.
