I walked into this store in need of paint for my entire exterior and interior of my home as well as all of the surrounding exterior walls. I presume that’s quite a bit of paint.Well this was my first and last time I will visit this store. In discussing paint colors with the young, rude and inexperienced sales clerk, he actually started to pitch an attitude and started ranting about being insulted when I mentioned exterior darker colors retain more heat gain from the sun than lighter colors. His response was this is absolutely not true. Perhaps management or Sherwin should re-train this clerk.I have never been confronted by such horrible and arrogant customer service anywhere. If you hate your job and lack this much patience with customers, try a different career. I wouldn’t hire this guy to work in a zoo!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I’ve been a painting contractor for four years and have used Sherwin Williams for mostly all of it. They have been great overall but this store had one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to at any retail store. I believe Dylan was his name and basically told me I had no idea what I was talking about and that I was wasting time and money when they got a color match wrong and saying it in the most condescending and rude ways possible. I will never even think about going back to this store let alone recommend it to anyone personally or professionally.

Amazing customer service and high quality paint and supplies. Dylan went above and beyond locating me an exact match of a SW paint that was not carried in this store, and was hard to match. They had it in and ready the next day. The customer service is outstanding and the product quality is wonderful. I will definitely be buying from this location whenever I need future paint. The staff at the Fountain Hills store were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The gentleman carried my paint and supplies out to my vehicle for me. I was impressed with the service.

The Fountain Hills store allowed me to purchase and pay online. I could also use curbside pickup at the store. Since there were no other customers, I opted to go inside to pickup. The store associate was very professional and personable. He is a great asset to that store.

Good people, just not given very much training...too bad corporate attitude is taking over a great company...be careful Lowes... youre turning into home depot!

Pete was extremely helpful colors, taking us out freight to get a real hero colors and explained that the sample paint is good as the real thing. He was a great help with contemporary gray without the blue hues. very energetic and delightful to work with

The girl at the front desk has a chip on her shoulder, every time I come in to get samples, or buy paint. EVERYTIME, I understand if your not having a good day in retail its understandable. But three times these past two weeks Ive experienced her being cold and rude, the managers at this location need to take care of this. Every other employee is helpful and attentive. I dont know her name, and honestly dont want too. Its such bad customer service Ive even gone to other paint stores when shes working the front. Sorry this is harsh, because I appreciate all the others working hard there.

As the slump block color of my house is a dull gold that I cant change, I was looking for a very unusual front door color---deep Purple, not bright, in a covering that was durable. Staff didnt laugh at choice, and we found the shade I wanted and they adapted it for outdoor enamel. About once a month a stranger walking by my house will ring the doorbell and ash Where did you find that amazing color!
