I went to find out what the payment system is like at the store and everyone was very nice, especially Ema she was extremely helpful in letting me know what the payments would look like. She was also very patient and knew all the answers to the questions I had. Definitely will be coming back

I have been a customer since 2012. Did use my account for a while so they suspended it. Went to get it reactivated to make a purchase and they would not do it. Called credit and finance was treated horrible. But in the long run found the item some where else cheaper and just paid cash. Will not be shopping there ever again and cut up my card.

I did not like my experience here at all. They say no credit needed but the still run your credit. They are no help at all. I would not recommend anyone to go. Things are also over priced and its sad that people actually go there and waist their time and energy to not be approved because of credit

Feel like this kind of places rip off people with their money, just by offering them easy credit. Had bad experience with them buying our first mattress. They literally gave us the displayed one. Came in looking to get a new phone on a new credit line. My wife has had credit here for a good while now, so we decided I’d come in with her recommendation. I bought a smart tv in a promotion in this store and the tv was damaged went was delivered it. They replaced it with another one but in this case the tv brings many failures, it turns off by itself and the quality is very bad, talked to the store manager. He said they could not do anything that would speak to the insurance company that they refused to fix it. It gives me a lot of anger that the store did not want to be reponsible now I have a TV that is nothing more than garbage and I keep paying it, I rather buy another store like best buy there if it has better services and quality not like here..very disappointed with Curacao.

Just returned to the store after a year of coming to Cali. I picked up a table to sit my computer on so I could stop sitting in the bed doing work. I was so graciously greeted by Brenda Vaccaro. She was of great assistance to me in helping me find a reason sofa table to use as a desk in the corner of my studio apartment. She was so patient with me and offered a solution for using a table instead of an over side desk for the small space. Great suggestion and now I can get some back relief

I havent been to many Curacao stores but i love the location in Santa Ana whenever Im traveling. Idania from traveling is not only friendly and professional but she always finds the best bookings and the best activities. My anniversary at Hawaii was amazing thanks to her. Of course Ill be coming to her for my next adventure.
