Ive worked with the team on two separate properties and several years apart. Both the condo and duplex were great experiences. The team is professional, will keep you informed of the work in progress and up front about expectations. They reviewed both properties ahead of installation to take final measurements and check for levelness and let me know about any concerns. Ill use them again for the other half of the duplex in the future!

I have had my carpet, hardwood, and marble installed by floor expo in my house and had the best experience ever. I would recommend this place to anybody whos in the market for floor covering, and heres a photo of the work that was done by their installers.

I am really happy working with Floor Expo and Design. These guys where very professional, responsive, on time and did a fantastic job!! My floors turned out great! Thank you Hayan and the installation crew for the great experience. What I liked most about working with this company was that the owners are very ethical and polite. They will not trick you and what they promise you is exactly what they will give you. I know I will hire them again for any future flooring or home remodeling projects.

I did a kitchen remodel with Floor Expo. It was my first remodel but Hayan held my hand through the tough parts. Hes very knowledgeable, his crew is great and I had no problems having them in my house while I was at work. They did a great job, had attention to detail and Hayan alway picked up the phone to talk through any questions or concerns I had. I ended up going with the non custom cabinets because of cost and after seeing the limitations with them then it would give me pause next time. However, Hayan made them work with my kitchen and they look really nice.

Floor expo completed transformed our home. We were just passing by and decided to stop. Hayan greeted us right away and helped guide us to a flooring choice that was nice for our lifestyle. He even let our 2 kids run around the store.We were able to have our floors installed at a time we were out of town. As a general contractor, he was able to improve other parts of the house like our fireplace.When we got homes- the floors looked amazing. He even upgraded our floor boards. Our house looks amazing and it definitely increased our resale value.Highly recommend!

I paid $5,000 for new carpet in 4 bedrooms and a den. I asked them not to install it in the master closet because the night before installation we found we had a small roof leak coming down the wall. Had roof repaired, went back to the store to ask if they would come out and install in the closet, they wanted to charge me for it. I live less than a mile from them and they wouldnt do it. I have purchased new carpet every 5 years for over 40 years and this is the worst carpet I have ever had. This company sucks. I will pay someone else before I pay them and will never purchase a single thing from them again.

After a slab leak that ruined our old-fashioned hardwood flooring, we were in the market for a new look. I did my research and then started looking. By chance only, we stopped in at Floor Expo on a rainy Saturday and were the only customers. Hayan was very kind and helpful from the start. I thought I had found a wood and a contractor elsewhere, but just decided to take a look - since we were in the neighborhood. Hayan knew we probably had our minds made up, but still offered to come out and take a look and give us a quote.After months of discussion with the insurance company, we finally got the go-ahead for the repairs. We stopped back in to the showroom and Hayan remembered us. We needed to add on to the scope of the project and he was very helpful. After discussing with him and looking at the numbers we chose him. Great decision!Hayan guided us in choosing an excellent product at a competitive price and helped us chose our baseboards as well.The crew - headed by Oscar were amazing! They were very prompt, courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond and were very respectful. There were some bumps along the way - all with regards to issues in our house - not their work, and they were all handled very professionally. We were never charged for the little extras!Our job was done to perfection! It was done within the time frame promised and at the exact price we were quoted - not a penny more - even though they did do a few extra things that were not in the scope of the original quote. They were minor, yes, but they were done with a smile and without the fear of being overcharged - it was at no charge.On top of that - Hayan helped us find someone to do the little touch-up carpentry work that needed to be done to completely get our house back to normal - that my original contractor (that I have used for years) really didnt want to be bothered with.I plan on using Hayan and Floor Expo and Design for future projects.
